In a sports culture that has been pummeled by scandal and moral decay (heya Tiger!), Tim has shown himself to be the real deal and has become an inspiration to students in Gainesville and across the college football landscape. He has shown what can be accomplished by living a life of principle and conviction and is a true role model for young children to look up to.

The pro-abortion crowd should certainly be wary of such an effective and popular bannerman of the pro-life movement, and their playbook suggests they will attempt to drag him through the mud. Fortunately…Tebow knows what it feels like to be knocked around, but will just get right back up and give them a Gator Chomp!

Tim Tebow is wonderful for our youth. He is a role model for all ages and I find it refreshing that he stands up for his beliefs. The lefties can say all they want about him or his beliefs but in the end they will become gator bait!

Florida is not exactly a team that we here like to say ANYthing nice about, but I have to admit, Tim Tebow is a class act. Intelligent, compassionate, honest, moral… That is huge in this day and age, when Tennessee players (football AND basketball) are arrested for everything from drugs to guns to robbery… Who do you want to be the role model for YOUR child? Oh, and did I mention that he’s a Christian? No, I didn’t – not that I don’t think it’s important, not that I don’t think it has a whole lot to do with the man that Tim Tebow is, but I don’t think it’s the most important thing to focus on. You will know they are Christians by their walk – and this young man walks tall. Sort of reminds me of Payton Manning (yeah, he was QB for the Vols back before he played for the Superbowl destined Colts). Why is it so threatening to have a bright, moral, athlete role model – especially when there are so many athletes who are NOT very bright, moral, and upright? I think this whole thing ought to be a “nevermind” – but then obviously, I do not have the mind of the left in this country (thank God!)

The hysterical reaction to Tim Tebow mirrors the reaction to Sara Palin because she had the audacity to chose to have a child with Down’s syndrome instead of killing it. It is over the top, and hateful against a long-held belief in the sanctity of life which once defined us as human beings.

Thanks to Roe v Wade and the activist ‘feminists’ (and I take issue with that description since Stanton and Anthony were opposed to abortion) we now find ourselves even afraid to publically express our beliefs. . There’s nothing so “offensive” with this message, which is just saying that there is something good in following one’s faith and choosing life and hope. Calling it offensive is dishonest in so many ways.

- Witness it is always about “the promise” yet almost always unproven. The “potential” never fully “realized”. The “wrong” which requires “right”. The “errors” which require “correction”. It is about “the other guy” never “themselves. Nothing , and I mean nothing is ever righteous unless it absolutely surrenders completely to their fundamental desires.

Liberalism is a religion of the disconsolate who can never find happiness. There is no joy unless it involves complete prostration of their fellow man to their ephemeral, intellectually truculent will.

It destroys the myth that killing a fetus is some banal, sterile event and has nothing to do with human life. It shows there is promise, hope and a future in the converse. On things like this, I do a search on ‘teh Twitter’ to see what people are unabashedly saying. Some of the hate and vitriol coming out are….sickening to say the least.

Once again, we see that the ‘pro-choice’ crowd really have no interest in people freely choosing, but instead an underlying hatred of and assault on anyone who stands up and values an innocent life over all else.

I’m reminded of being at a Christian camp a few years ago and hearing a speaker. He told of his life and discovering that he was born several months before his parents married. When he asked his father why, his father tearily responded that his mother had been raped and that he was the product of that rape. He told him that had his mother and he listened to the “advice” that was given, they would’ve been robbed of the most precious gift God had given them. Instead, they decided to get married and raise the child as their own.

Now he goes around spreading the message of Christ to young people.

Outside of recognizing the picture that one article had of him with the Bible reference on his face, I didn’t know until today who Tim Tebow is. But I’m so thankful I do now, and God bless him and his mother for what they’re doing.

I will be watching it now to see the ad that employs the evil “divisive hate speech of FOC (read Christian speech) against women’s reproductive health” (read hired assassin infant murder.) It is amazing that “women’s rights groups” can use such light for darkness, darkness for light euphemisms with a straight face. What has the world come to when rejoicing that you did not kill your baby is “hate speech” but coercing naive young women into paying someone to murder their babies is “reproductive health.”

If it were not tragic, the whole controversy would be laughable. I have actually heard several individual from the left, refer to this as, “Tim Tebow’s message of hate”. Regardless of how twisted someone’s logic may be, how do they extract a “message of hate”? The only hate I hear is from the venom dripping down the chin of some of these “tolerent” liberals.
