Joe Biden’s Raging Hypocrisy

I have to admit a lot of ambivalence about this post.

One the one hand I feel silly doing this because we all know what is going on. After struggling for four years to ensure an American defeat in Iraq and endeavoring to effect a “slow bleed” of our military, Obama and Biden are now trying to take credit for policy decisions that were in place when they took office and which they pledged to undo. We all know that.

On the other hand, I am offended at the lack of integrity of the ongoing clown conspiracy now governing our nation. We have never in our history had a government that had such a distant relationship with the truth or with a sense of honor, dignity, or propriety. We become complicit in their lies everytime we let their claims pass without rebuttal.

I’ll let America’s Rain Man speak for himself below the fold but more and more evidence indicates that Ann Coulter may be right.

When he talks using his own words, the results are far less attractive than when he steals the material.

You get it right on Biden.

FWIW, a lot of leftists hate Biden too.

    • Scope

because they knew that if anything came up that Obama could rightfully be impeached for, no one would want the next in line even more so.

      • larryp

I always thought that the Obama transition asked a lot of candidates onthe VP list and got turned down and Biden said yes.He was VP choice,Easy Peasy.

It’s just like many ordinary-looking girls who pal around with fat chicks, in order to make themselves look prettier.

(and I apologize in advance to any fat chicks this may have offended by comparing you to Biden.)

we should keep the Star Wars inspired Veep nickname theme going and refer to Biden as Joe Joe Binks (it makes alot of sense he’s tall, says alot of stupid things in unintelligable and funny ways and just as many people wonder what Barry was thinking in putting him on the ticket as they do why Lucas put that character in the second trilogy).

    • WarEagle01

      I love it. :)

Those videos are devastating. What really caught my attention were the words “Civil War.” When was the last time anyone used that term regarding Iraq?

        • The_Gadfly

I think Joe Joe Binks is the more descriptive image.

…you guys are scarin’ the fish away.

Let Biden be his typical assknuckle self all the way to November, and then let him do it two more years. This is good for us.

Is he a disaster? Of course he is. Is he worse on policy than his boss? Nope. So let him run his yap and embarrass the administration again and again.

And I guess Obama is Charlie Babbitt…that fits pretty good.

Raymond: Maple syrup is supposed to be on the table before the pancakes.
Charlie: We haven’t ordered yet, Ray.
Raymond: Of course when they bring the maple syrup after the pancakes, it’ll definitely be too late.
Charlie: How is that gonna be too late? We haven’t ordered the pancakes yet.
Raymond: We’re gonna be here the entire morning with no maple syrup and no – no toothpicks, I’m definitely, definitely not gonna have my pancakes w-with…
[Charlie grabs him by the neck]
    Raymond: OW!
    Charlie: Don’t make a scene!
    Raymond: OW!
Charlie: Stop acting like an effing retard.
    Raymond: UH-OH!
Charlie: Can I just eat my waffle now????

Obama/Axelrod/Emanuel brought out the “big gun.” He fires jello shots every time he speaks, and, that is the ones he doesn’t swallow first.

Joe Biden is an amazing man… What other national leader has been wrong %100 of the time in foriegn policy prognastications?

    • The_Gadfly

But then again, The Big 0 would have an edge there since he hasn’t been in the game nearly as long Joe Joe Binks has.

Of course, the scary part on that is, Joe Joe’s wrongness on foreign policy issues reminds me of the movie scenes where the first guy marvels at how bad a shot the guy with the full auto weapon is since he didn’t hit a single target in the crowd, and the second guy remarks on how expert a marksman you need to be to miss all those people with that kind of a weapon.

Really. On the surface it would seem ludicrous to claim that Biden was chosen as VP exactly because of his clownish demeanor, lack of credibility, and unfitness to be “one heartbeat away from the presidency,” (It would be just as ludicrous to believe Biden was chosen for his foreign policy experience.) But the leftist power brokers who put Obama up as their candidate for POTUS may have expected so little out of him in the way of intellectual horsepower that they had to find the one VPOTUS who might actually give their guy the appearance of gravitas in comparison.

I hate to point this our for fear of sounding a little goofy, but the above racist gimmick was used in every TV show with an African-American star going all the way back to “Julia” in the 1960′s. They even used it when they didn’t need to, as on shows with truly talented stars like Redd Fox and Bill Cosby. At first it covered for bad writing and mediocre acting, but it’s evolved today into an expression of liberal white guilt.

Let’s face it, Joe Biden is Obama’s whacky clueless white neighbor.

    • blooch

      he’s always just like Biden.

  • Marcus_Traianus

I really can’t even really put my finger on the emotion this outrageous behavior provokes. That is probably because like so many others, I have friends and neighbors that served or are serving in theater.

I would bet at least, at least, 60% of the time my emails and IM’s have been spent keeping spirits up and focus sharp by marginalizing the actions of Biden, Obama and the rest of their anti-war liege as distasteful, contra-intellectual and unrepresentative of our countries majority public opinion. And they take credit for success? It just defies all logic and reason.

They have done nothing but encourage and promote reprehensible behavior that puts our military, American citizens and everyday Iraqis in danger. Any novice with a passing interest in politics, a cursory understanding of history and familiarity with the tactics of war could make that conclusion.

I am done laughing at these buffoons. I don’t think those who have paid with their lives, traumatic injuries, psychological pain or haunting memories would see the humor in their horribly misguided, amateurish and mendacious political tom-foolery.

    • BA Cyclone

“Any novice with a passing interest in politics, a cursory understanding of history and familiarity with the tactics of war could make that conclusion.”

Sadly, I fear that comment excludes more Americans than we all care to admit or recognize…even if you leave out the ‘tactics of war’ portion.

For conservatism, or even constitutionalism to win the day, a huge portion of our energy must include education – or re-education.

And thank you for your service to those who have served our country! It seems odd I suppose – but if our elected leaders cannot inspire our armed forces, someone has to pick up the slack.

  • The_Rebel

didn’t let Biden’s claims pass without rebuttal:

And he has the experience and qualifications to put Biden in his place, being the top JAG in New England for the Army National Guard.

  • Beasley Beesmeal
  • bobmontgomery

….Joe Biden said that Don Rumsfeld didn’t know what he was talking about. He said Dick Cheney didn’t know what he was talking about. He said that Scott Brown (the JAG officer)didn’t know what he was talking about. And he says that Michael Bloomberg and Ray Kelly don’t know what they’re talking about.
What with Obama bowing and scraping and shooting HIS mouth off about “isolated extremists” and stupid police departments, and apologizing for the USA, and Biden’s nutjob quips, it just kind of makes you cringe, doesn’t it? Oh, and the Sp;ecial olympics and retard quips; and the gifts to the British bigwigs; and giving back the Churchill bust; and on, and on, and on, and on, and on. This is perhaps the most pathetic administration in our history. Now let’s talk about the cabinet officers and agency heads – oh, god no, let’s just go get drunk. Hope we don’t need the services of any Navy corpse men.

  • bobmontgomery

….and about making fun of Biden and Obama and how I cringed when the lib pundits made fun of GW and how we should respect our leaders. Then I thought of how GW never dissed his opponents, and although not ‘nuanced’ like Kerry, he brought honor and respect back into the Oval Office, but the BDSers would never let up, even after he left office.
In the end I guess it’s a matter of elite snobbish viciousness on the one hand and commonplace, common sense vindication on the other. These people cannot be allowed to get away with saying the things they say, whether they actually DO anything or not, because words have consequences. See also the climategate scandals. For example, an off-the-cuff quip by a scientist to a magazine led to an IPCC finding which contributed to Friends of Obama getting billions in contracts, and which provided cover for an EPA finding which, if implemented, is going to turn the Great Recession into the Great Depression. They talked about Halliburton ad nauseum, pundits need to start talking about GE.

  • ihateliberals

Biden has plagiarized in the past and probably still does since he has never had an original thought. He is perfect fit for the Obama administration. He only knows whet Obama tells him. The biggest fear i have of losing Obama before his term is up is that Copy Cat Joe will then become President. Mr Climategate, if we let him, will help to bring on the Depression that Obama is trying for. People dont’ seem to realize tht Obama wants a Depression so he can ride in and be the Knight that rides in on the big white horse and saves us from ourselves. Cap & Trade is just the tool to do that. Added to the next wave of foreclosures and job losses that will be coming around the June time period.

the socialization of the US, but Obamaniacs, and surely Joe Biden, don’t understand the US, and they aren’t going to be able to do it.
On another post, the question is posed why Bayh and others are so quickly falling upon one another to get out of the Dem. Cong. How about forseeing the collapse of the the dollar? The fall of Europe with its euro? The implosion of Russia that is built on a house of cards?
Surely, some Dems. have to have the foresight even in ordinary times that things cannot go on as they are. Maybe now they really do know something is coming and want to get out of the way while they can.
