Someone had posted that it was Reince Preibus, RNC chair. that agreed to the number of debates, and the majority of liberal hosts. Unfortunately it is too late to change any of that damage.

I thought it was interesting that yesterday, the day of the 20th debate, being hosted by CNN's John King for the third time, that the all Romney all the time National Review posts an article talking about how destructive the debates this season have been for all of the GOP candidates. They hate Gingrich, and can't stand the fact that Romney gets beat in almost every debate by Newt. So now at debate number 20, they complain. What idiots.

Glad that you have such a favorable opinion of Cooch. He can use all the help he can get when his campaign hits the road for VA Gov. He can't do any campaigning until the legislature is out of session. Bolling almost had a heart attack when Cooch said he was going to challenge him for the seat. Bolling is acting like a child and won't speak to Cooch, even though they have to still work together. Bolling will have a lot of support from McDonnell, the crooked VA GOP, and the party elders in VA that insist you wait your turn. Bolling knows he is going to have a hard time trying to beat Cooch as Cooch is very well liked here by the majority of Virginians. I expect Bolling to run a scorched earth campaign just like Romney's.

I'm not voting in the March 6 primary here in VA. I will laugh my head off though if Paul beats Romney. From what I'm reading, the delegates won't matter as they will all go to Romney, even those Paul may gain.

PAP smears are invasive and involve a surgical removalof tissue, but I assme liberal do not consider them rape and have them on a regualr basis. Cancr tests involving ultra sound wands also are the same as these bogus rape charges. So these ultra sound wands are used for other diagnostics.

The attendant is a female and sits beside the patient with a computer and wand. The patient is draped lying down. The technical attendant moves wands but looks at computer screen for various locations to move the wand. The computer beeps along the way.

Pleased to meet you! LOL Its a joy to hear about defunding VA PP and the abortion clinics being regulated as hospitals. That is so nice to hear. There was popular support as GOP picked up seats. Good work by Ken on those counts. McDonnell is jealous maybe and wants to bask in the glow but not have abortion supporters and liberals against him if VP nominee..

I am so impressed with Ken but typically it takes a while. He led this lawsuit when no one thought he 'd be granted standing. In fact i too had doubts liberal courts would allow anyone to sue until someone got a fine from IRS in mail April 2015 as HHS argued. He was on Greta the day O signed ACA. VA passed a state law which gave him standing. Oh, when judge Roger Vinson struck down ALL ACA oh, man!

He took a risk that has paid off, the suits have moved the limits of what we discuss on 'commerce clause' scope. And no one else had. Ken did.

The more I see and read of Ken the more impressed I am. I say this because I share his views and that sounds self serving. But anyway he hosted one debate along with Bondi , AG OK and FNC's Huckabee on constitution. Candidates replied within a block of time. It was the highest quality debate I saw this season.

Florida scares me too. Bill McC is not AG or governor. He backs Newt and I know of him better than Bondi.

Who actually goes before the court? We await that choice. Much depends on their skill and experience. If Bondi has never been before an appeals court then forget being lead. In fact the more experienced the better. We may see Liberty lawyers and Jay Sekelow involved at Supreme court.

An extra half hour they will have. I assume media will cover outside and that AG VA will play a major role that day that they argue in June. GOD bless them, everyone.

taking over the Fla Obamacare lawsuit, which was joined by 26 other states. That is a scary fact, with her being a Romney supporter. I wonder who will be arguing the case for the Fla. lawsuit at the SC in March. It has been a major focus for Cuccinelli here in VA.

Cuccinelli was the one that first brought up regulating VA abortion clinics as hospitals. It did pass the legislature. Of course Gov. McDonnell gets the credit for it because it happened in his state while he was Gov. VA also voted to defund Planned Parenthood. We were moving along beautifully with the pro-life issues, mostly pushed by Cuccinelli, until now when McDonnell is afraid to make any controversial moves that might jeopardize his possible VP candidacy.

I can't wait to work for and support the next VA Gov. Ken Cuccinelli.

as a comparison suggesting the GOP wants women raped but no one should be molested at the airport. The real heat comes from fear of losing seats to dems as they ramp up the hater machine in hopes women will and independent men will shift the vote this fall. Sure McDonnell wants to be VP or a cabinet job. I think he's more presidential than the final 4.

Dems and liberals have come out of the shells siding with OWS, and they've built a small army of zealots and broad thinkers who fight in a manner that the GOP has yet to take the upper hand with. We're going to have to ramp up counter attacks, encourage more to join in the fight. This issue does give them ammunition to fight hard and anger people who switch sides on election day. Sure many forget, till they see the negative ads near election day. We need more conservative media as well as we have to find a way to push the MSM to the center.

I don't see this bill going to the governor, at best they should focus on requiring abortion patients to watch films of live abortions and sonograms of volunteers assuming they don't already.

The one man or woman to trust to date in repealing Obamacare is AG VA Ken Cuccinelli who got the ball rolling right after it was signed March 2010. AG Bill McCullum did the same in Florida.

Ken says the governor and Lt gov cut a deal not to run against each other in 2009. MCDonnell pays back the Lt gov. Mcdonnell may back the Lt gov for governor. Ken is also running for governor VA. But all his time is spent doing his job and that includes Obamacare law suit. Ken does not trust Romney. I see that skepticism as a sign of hope and light.

Florida saw a fluke in 2010 in the AG race. For all the good tea party spirit and money did there were times the wrong choice may have won. I think Pam Bondi was a bad pick for AG. A lightweight with a sound bite ready on Greta OTR panel she had high TV name recognition and won AG.

Pam took over the lawsuit Bill McCullum began. Pam now supports Romneycare or Romney's plan, there is confusion. She is a big Romney surrogate and there is no doubt there. She is not a strong advocate for Obamacare repeal in my opinion.

That leaves AG Ken in VA
Ken is the man I look to to hold the line on Obamacare and Romenycare models. Tyranical health care need not be inevitable. And Ken Cuccinelli may be the next governor VA. If he is elected I look to his backing the legislature and supporting life.

Ken leads the nation on his ACA lawsuit to repeal ALL of Obamacare and may lead VA to a higher quality of life if elected governor.
.
I subscribe to Ken's newsletter for Court opdates on Obamacare and much of what I posted on Va politics including his critiicism of Romney and the Governor-Lt gov deal was taken from that newsletter.

I have had a dread in my gut after seeing Bob McDonnel a month ago on Fox. He took an unnecessary swipe at social issues. Some who want to drop them set up a dichotomy--pollar opposites-- that does not exist. They say that a fully integrated policy view promoting fiscal conservatism can not work with a state or large body of residents with social issues, and social issues must be abandoned. Since social issues take so little time its a betrayal for convenience on McDonnnell's part..

Bob did support the state legislature on life. Back when he was governor VA.

Now I see what Bob McDonnell meant on Fox when he sneared at social issues as getting in the way of an economic recovery or whatever. A man who got where he is as Christian conservative no longer cares. Pure and simple.

Timelss Moralist Dante reserved the last rung of Hell for trechery.

I hope if the Gov and VP wannabe Bob still has a conscience he keeps that in mind.

I do not support this coward for VP.

even his potential staff are turn-coats. They are like fish out of water flip-flopping around. I pray that Santorum can win everything from here out and that Romney is put to rest. The established GOP is turning to the left and Romney is pulling it right along with him. We don't want or need more leftist. The Democrats have a sufficient supply and we don't need Liberal Republicans. That would be like having a Jewish Pope.

Romney pointedly cut short a vacation to veto an emergency contraception bill on explicitly pro-life grounds in July 2005, and in his op-ed explaining his veto (which was eventually overturned) he strongly criticized Roe v. Wade.

Granted, this may have been positioning himself to run for President in three years time but I think it seriously undermines any argument that he was "solidly pro-abort" as Governor of Massachusetts.

It'd be much more accurate if you had said that he was "solidly pro-abort" as a candidate for Governor of Massachusetts.

And I'm sure Erickson would revisit the otherwise sound policy in the unlikely event it happened.

Arguably Mittens falls in this category. I said "arguably." I don't know. /sarcasm on Depends if you believe his latest viewpoint which he of course did NOT say just to get elected /sarcasm off

In this bill, does the opportunity to view the ultrasound mean real time video or is a printed image after the ultrasound is done acceptable?

In this biill, is a clinic allowed to put the question "Do you want to see the ultrasound?" on the initial form filled out in the waiting room along with the 30 other questions like whether they smoke, did they know the father, do they have any venereal diseases and what they guess the number of weeks is?

How the *bleep* is the state supposed to regulate whether the ultrasound tech/abortionist is giving accurate answers to the number of weeks? Have women who are pregnant and know the day they conceived go undercover and then after the estimate is made "change their minds"? (Is the ultrasound tech/abortionist required to *tell* the woman how many weeks along they are)

The Federal Government has a certain number of enumerated powers.

The States have all powers not specifically enumerated and allocated to the Fed.

The Fed is *not* granted the power to require individuals to purchase a product or service. (else why, back in WWI and WWII, did the government sell war bonds instead of just forcing people to buy them?)

Therefore .. the power is allocated to the States .. and Romneycare is perfectly constitutional.

This does not make it "right" and certainly not anything I recognize as "conservative" - it seems to be straight-up socialism to me - but it *is* constitutional.

Words have meanings, y'see, and conservatism is not based upon emotion.
