And Now, Here is Yet Another Video of Children Praising Obama…..

OK–first there was this video of children singing praises to The One. Next, came this video of children chanting about Obama’s greatness, while implying that he is some sort of deity (“Mmm, mmm, mmm, Barack Hussein Obama….red, yellow, black and white, all are equal in his sight”). Then, came this video of children dancing in school to yet another song about Obama (although, I found this one to be a little less bizarre, because the kids did look like they were having fun). And now, there is a fourth video out of children chanting accolades to The One (H/T Allahpundit of Hot Air–see embed below).

Is it just me, or is this really starting to get weird? I mean, I don’t remember singing praises to Ronald Reagan in school when I was growing up.

The teacher’s union must have held a songwriting contest.

Those of you with elementary school-age kids or grandkids…….

DEMAND to know if anything like this is going on in your children’s schools.
Start investigating the education departments, Federal and every State, County and Local agency.
Start searching for communications within and outside of teacher’s local unions.
Check for ACORN and especially SEIU influence and underhandedness.

One video could probably have been considered a goofball stirring the pot.
    Two videos get someone’s attention.
A third video ? Something’s up and no good can come from any of it.

when I was still in school, but hey that’s been 13 yrs. I can at least take comfort that this was not taken here in Texas. Looking close at the YouTube description says Ashville,NC. I guess we won’t see this here due to the conservative nature of the state.

You may not have kids in school (or grandkids), but SOMEBODY in your family or circle of friends does have young’ns.

I don’t have kids, but you’re damn straight I know a boatload of folks who do.

This has to be stopped in it’s tracks or we’ll lose at least a generation in a heartbeat.

and well over 1,100 school districts. I’m sure the more conservative ones don’t do what HISD,DISD, or Cy-Fair ISD does. Right now there are in the process of re-writing the school books to be more conservative. We don’t take orders from DC. I don’t have to rationalize any thing.

the state may be conservative but the education system is not from stupid programs like the one above to what they teach in the books they use.

The only thing in Texas I ever saw that could be called liberal indoctrination was a fairly silly environmental message on earth day.

a sort of mecca for radicals in the southeast. A stroll through the malls there is just a little different from surrounding towns. Of course, radicals are just as attracted to school kids as pedophiles…

why it’s less likely to happen here in Texas. We don’t have them in great abundance yet and most likely will not.

…better. At least while it’s still legal.

In the past, I have never thought of myself as the homeschooling type (I don’t have kids yet, but hope to one day), but I would totally homeschool my future children before I subjected them to this kind of madness.

Add that in with these videos that continue to pop up. Kenny’s right, too, who knows how much of this is going on that isn’t making it to YouTube, maybe not even being recorded at all. I just think on a time frame where these vids are coming to light that it’s no coincidence Obama makes a proposal like that.

What’s next, kids being told to tell their teacher or principal if their parents, grandparents, or some other family member speaks out against the President?

Obama Youth. That used to be something I joked about.

    Used to be…

Parents, teach your children, like the ones in the latter half of this vid:

….And these people thought that they could beat us. ;-)

If that one disappears I have it on my computer now. I’ll just upload it to my youtube account. :D

Forgive the play on words in the title if it offends. I personally find it highly appropriate.

I remember learning numbers, letters, simple words, very basic math…

Singing to Ronald Reagan wasn’t on our lesson plan.

I DID get told about the good he was doing the Country at home…

    Thank God for my Dad…

  • pro_libertate

I echo Wing Zero’s comments. I don’t ever remember having anyone in school talk to us about political stuff. About the closest it got was I had a teacher in high school have us watch the signing ceremony when Reagan and Gorbachev signed the INF agreement (I think that was it…it’s been awhile).

I would say that I am surprised by all this stuff going on in schools regarding Obama, but I am not. The Left has seen the classroom as the best method of indoctrination for a long time, and they have a stranglehold on education as an institution. My wife and I realize that we have no choice but to be fully engaged in what our child is learning in school, not just for his education but also to ensure that he is being fed some political, social, or religious idea that we don’t approve of. Luckily, there is less of a chance of it happening where I live than a large city, but there are no guarantees.
