What practicing Catholic …..

What practicing Catholic would vote of Obama knowing what he said last night on abortion?? This is a big issue with the Catholic Church. If there are no Catholic’s worried about this….. what about taxpayers funding these abortions?? If you read between the lines last night…. there will be tax funded abortions under the Obama plan……

In 2002, Barack Obama Supported Infanticide and I’ve Got the Transcript of His Words

Promoted up top in light of tonight’s debate.Editorial Note: People forget this issue came up more than once in Illinois. In 2001, Obama was concerned about abortion rights and the impact the Born Alive Infant Protection Act would have on abortion rights. In 2002, those concerns were addressed and fixed in the legislation. Now Obama’s concerns were more clear. His views on life had no | Read More »

Obama, Abortion, and the Objective Record

The philosopher Robert George takes a backseat to no one when it comes to thinking and writing about abortion and the sanctity of life. Professor George has taken the time to carefully parse Obama’s positions on life issues. I am going to list the more spectacular points. All are direct quotes from the article: For starters, [Obama] supports legislation that would repeal the Hyde Amendment, | Read More »

Obama on Abortion, the Simple Facts

This is a direct quote from Newsweek, a mainstream liberal newsmagazine, on the consequences for the Pro-Life position of the election of Obama. Keep in mind he will have sizable Democratic majorities in the Congress and Senate. Obama’s election would, in one fell-swoop, reverse every single gain made by pro-lifers in the last 30 years and even remove the right of Doctors to refuse to | Read More »

Bring up abortion during the debate

I have been so frustrated that abortion has not come up in the last few debates. It is and will remain a huge issue. It is one of the things that put Bush into the White House twice, even after the blunders he made during his first term. It is one of the reasons why when John McCain named Sarah Palin as his running mate, | Read More »

    “Obama’s Abortion Extremism”

Professor Robert P. George of Princeton University is, hands down, the most eloquent voice of the pro-life movement; and his latest essay, “Obama’s Abortion Extremism,” is nothing short of a masterpiece. Here is just a taste of Professor George’s must-read compilation of Senator Barack Obama’s radical views on abortion and embryonic stem cell research:What kind of America do we want our beloved nation to be? | Read More »

    IT’S NOT OVER……

I spend alot of time on this web site. i love it. Finally, there is a place for me, and fellow conservatives/GOP’s can have intelligent conversations. Unfortunately, I’m seeing an increasing number of posts displaying a defeatist attitude. Where is your faith? We all know that the MSM takes the side of the left. It’s common knowledge that polls favor the left. People are smart. | Read More »

    Idea for a Sign/Slogen for McCain/Palin Campaign

    Obama is Pro-Slavery

Abortion is justified by the idea that the mother owns the fetus and can dispose of it if so desired. If the fetus is a living human (distinct human DNA and growing, aka alive) then abortion involves human ownership. As was the case 200 years ago, the majority of the Democrat party has sided with the practice of human ownership, while the majority of the | Read More »

    Brian McLaren and Barack Obama

I have read Brian McLaren’s work to the profit of my own thinking. He has many good ideas and has stimulated the church in important ways. However, I think he has a major blind spot when it comes to politics. McLaren recently came out in support of Barack Obama’s campaign for the presidency.

    Domestic Debate Questions

The economy is an important issue to be sure but this election also marks, potentially, a dramatic shift in what American values are. Barack Obama has a vastly different than what I believe most Americans think. Part of the problem is that no one has asked Barack about these things and as a result most people think that he shares the same values as everyone | Read More »
