Must See TV: Tonight at 9PM, Fox News Presents the Facts on Gosnell
By: Erick Erickson (Diary) | May 3rd at 09:32 AM |
Tonight at 9pm, pre-empting Sean Hannity’s show, and again on Sunday night, Fox News is going to run a documentary on the Kermit Gosnell trial. So many people haven’t really understood what it was about, why it mattered, or even why some are outraged by the lack of media coverage. Well, that will change tonight. Fox is going to go in-depth presenting the facts of | Read More »
Senate Democrats, please listen carefully to the New York Times
By: Erick Erickson (Diary) | February 1st at 04:45 PM |
I have made my debut at Fox News with a column on FoxNews.com encouraging the Democrats to listen to the New York Times Editorial Board. I think they really should. I think they should try to do exactly as the New York Times commands. You can see why here.
VIDEO: Thomas Ricks Rolls Fox News
By: Breeanne Howe (Diary) | November 28th at 12:47 PM |
Thomas Ricks, author of The Generals, recently appeared on Fox News to discuss the Benghazi terror attack and ostensibly to shed light on his book that has been slipping in sales. Jon Scott, the host, began by asking Ricks’ opinion on the controversial pick by President Obama of Susan Rice to serve as the new Secretary of State. Ricks, however, had his own agenda and | Read More »
The First Likely Voter Poll from Fox News Portends Mostly Good News
By: Daniel Horowitz (Diary) | August 23rd at 09:10 PM |
Earlier this afternoon Fox News posted their first likely voter poll of the campaign, which shows Mitt Romney leading Barack Obama 45%-44%. Many of us were wondering how the polling would look once the pollsters switch to a likely voter screen – a model which is almost always more favorable to Republicans than a poll of registered voters. This poll of 1,007 likely voters is | Read More »
The Palin-Bolling Proposal To Lower Gas Prices
By: Brian Darling (Diary) | April 19th at 05:00 PM |
Conservatives need to do a better job of explaining how they would lower gas prices. More drilling is a great piece of the pie, but there needs to be more. Governor Sarah Palin and Eric Bolling, Fox News host of of The Five, have put together a comprehensive plan to lower gas prices and they mapped out the details in the video below. The FOX gas | Read More »
Newt Gingrich takes two of the last three, Cain in third
By: Neil Stevens (Diary) | November 17th at 08:00 AM |
Last we looked at the national polling, it was effectively a three way tie in the Republican race, with Rick Perry bringing up the rear. Now it looks like as this week has gone on, Newt Gingrich has continued to rise at Herman Cain’s expense.
Perry had better get Fed Up, fast. This is Herman Cain time.
By: Neil Stevens (Diary) | October 27th at 07:00 AM |
Rick Perry had better get fed up fast with his polling situation. As I warned on Tuesday, he’s teetering at the brink of irrelevance. This is Herman Cain’s moment. The new Fox News poll only confirms the CBS poll.
Fox: A new look at Herman Cain
By: Neil Stevens (Diary) | September 28th at 08:30 PM |
Today’s been the single biggest polling day in my estimation since the 2010 elections. Three major releases all containing interesting data. The third and most surprising of those comes from Fox News, which shows Herman Cain not just in third place, but taking a top-tier position usually held in recent weeks by Michele Bachmann or Ron Paul.

Debt & Jobs dominate GOP FoxNews/Google debate question requests.
By: Moe Lane (Diary) | September 20th at 05:20 PM |
Let me explain this one: there’s a debate Thursday that’s being sponsored by FoxNews & Google. Google is letting people submit questions via YouTube – frankly, this has more than a slight whiff of gimmick about it, but let’s roll with the notion for a moment. The preliminary survey of submitted questions indicate that the top two categories of questions submitted are “Government Spending” and | Read More »
We need real, useful primary polling
By: Neil Stevens (Diary) | June 30th at 08:00 AM |
So Fox News put out a new poll of the race for the Republican Presidential nomination. It’s a typical poll in many ways, but Fox’s bit of analysis got me to thinking: Polls like this favor frontrunners and likely skew the race.

The First Debate: Pawlenty & Cain Win
By: Erick Erickson (Diary) | May 5th at 10:58 PM |
Two winners came out of the South Carolina Republican Presidential Debate. Let me start this off by noting that Frank Luntz’s panel went for Herman Cain first and Rick Santorum second. Why? Their effective takedowns of Obama. In fact, Republican candidates need to note this, Santorum scored big tonight in his very effective take down of Obamacare. Now, to the real winners. The first winner | Read More »
Jamie Gorelick to be nominated for FBI Director?
By: Moe Lane (Diary) | March 24th at 12:30 AM |
Fox Nation reports that Jamie Gorelick is on the Obama administration’s short list for new FBI Director. Gorelick’s political rap sheet is a thing of wonder: it includes Fannie Mae, Countrywide Loans, defending Duke University after the lacrosse case, (most infamously) the Gorelick Wall – and these days she’s the defense lawyer for British Petroleum. Which basically means that Gorelick brackets the entire political spectrum | Read More »
Why Should We Care What NOW Thinks of Bill Maher’s Sexist Palin Slur?
By: Lori Ziganto (Diary) | March 23rd at 07:00 PM |
On Friday night, the abhorrent idjit known as Bill Maher used a crass and offensive slur about Sarah Palin. It is one that I will not repeat here, but suffice it to say it is a favorite misogynistic epithet of the lofty, oh-so-enlightened leftist set. I’ve been called it many times in hate emails and even on Twitter. It is usually prefaced with “dumb” and is second | Read More »
Media Matters for America forgets the first rule about Fight Club.
By: Moe Lane (Diary) | March 23rd at 01:00 PM |
Executive summary of this Washington Post article: Media Matters for America (MMfA) has come up with its latest ACME-approved method for beating the Road Runner Fox News: a secret training camp in which they teach selected liberal acolytes secret Barking Moonbat Pundit Kung Fu techniques that will let them infiltrate and dominate an unsuspecting “right-wing media!” Well… at least those elements of the aforementioned right-wing | Read More »
Washington Post’s Greg Sargent Demands Unions Get Violent. Union Goons Attack Fox Reporter.
By: Erick Erickson (Diary) | February 28th at 02:26 PM |
The Washington Post’s leftwing mouthpiece, Greg Sargent, who they ostensibly pay to be an objective reporter is on twitter demanding that unions in Wisconsin get violent to get their way. In what we can presume is unrelated to Greg Sargent’s call, a Fox News reporter was attacked by union thugs in Wisconsin. Once I pointed out on Twitter that Sargent was calling for unions to | Read More »
