Ted Cruz, Greg Abbott, and John Cornyn Continue To Fight For Veterans
Ted Cruz and John Cornyn, the U.S. Senators from Texas, and Greg Abbott, the governor of Texas, issued an open letter last week to add pressure to the Department of Veterans Affairs to fix the problems that continue to run rampant. Since the VA scandal blew up in 2014, the Investigator General has been hard at work finding out just how badly VA administrators have been | Read More »
Texas Governor Greg Abbott Boots Atheist Manger Scene Parody From the State Capitol
Anyone who follows religious freedom is well aware of the loathsome Freedom From Religion Foundation. It is an organization of atheist jihadis who have made it their mission to eradicate Christianity from the public square. It is pretty instructive that you don’t find them active in places like Dearborn, MI, which have become virtual no-go zones for non-Muslims for the obvious reason. Beating up on | Read More »
Fifth Circuit upholds injunction against Obama’s Amnesty
Greg Abbott sued to stop Barack Obama’s administrative amnesty for millions of illegal aliens, back when he was Attorney General. Now he’s Governor, and he is winning, along with the other 25 states that joined Texas in suing: the Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals upheld the injunction preventing the President from implementing his amnesty.
Greg Abbott fights back for homeschoolers against union school bias
The educational establishment in this country is greatly biased against parents who want options. Kids who are sent to unionized government schools are presumed to be safe and to be getting a good education, but kids who go to church schools or (gasp) get homeschooled have to jump through extra hoops. Governor Greg Abbott is fighting back in Texas though. He’s appointed a homeschooling parent | Read More »
For Wendy Davis And Other Leftists Losing Is Never Saying Good-Bye
Perhaps if Barack Obama’s latest Hail Mary Pass on Climate Change falls incomplete, there’s yet another leaf in the old Jackass Party Playbook – The Hail Satan. They won’t call it that, any more than they’d call their playmaker, Wendy Davis, by her popular nickname outside the fever swamps, Abortion Barbie. The vehicle by which she’ll dupe the rubes and plot her grab for more | Read More »

Greg Abbott is the man who has to fill the massive shoes left by Rick Perry as Governor of Texas. Fortunately for Texans, it appears he is more than up to the task. Defending Marriage & Religious Liberty: Where Is Texas?
“Texas has two weeks left to stand up for religious liberty.” It sure didn’t take long to miss Rick Perry’s leadership in Texas. As I have written here many times, there is a war waging against people of faith and the values we hold. Nowhere is that more evident than the war on marriage that soon likely will culminate in another Supreme Court decree, this | Read More »

“Abortion Barbie” Wendy Davis is a Truly Horrible Person. But We Already Knew That.
Wendy Davis rose to fame championing the ability to rip children’s skulls open, vacuum out their brains, then rip them apart. But she did it in pink sneakers, so the media loves her. That is the only reason Wendy Davis is the Texas Democrats’ nominee. She got a Vogue profile referencing her “Barbie like good looks,” a Maria Shriver hagiography for NBC, and a lot | Read More »
Does Andrea Mitchell think Greg Abbott fakes his disability?
If you’re politically tuned in and following the Texas gubernatorial race, you’re probably aware of Wendy Davis’ recent “Wheelchair” ad, which accuses Greg Abbott, a paraplegic, of not caring for other people with disabilities. It’s been called a “historic low” for political advertising, a field with plenty of deplorable entries, but Wendy Davis hasn’t back down from it. Instead, she’s doubled down on it. She | Read More »
