NBC Yanks SNL Skit From Internet To Help Democrats
The Saturday Night LIve skit lampooning the mortgage bailout has been yanked from the internet by NBC. GregInFla [mentioned this] (http://www.redstate.com/diaries/redstate/2008/oct/06/snl-bows-to-liberal-pressures-as-nbc-shows-i/) yesterday. The skit correctly pointed out that the Democrats blocked oversight of Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac when President Bush and the Republicans warned them there was a problem coming. Likewise, the skit mocked Herbert and Marion Sandler and George Soros, three of the | Read More »
SNL Bows to Liberal Pressures, as it Pulls Skit from Website
I was going to write on this, but let’s promote this one instead. And feel free to email NBC to ask them what gives. – Moe Lane Everyone knows NBC is in the bag for Obama. Even O’Reilly admits it. From what I read on Michelle Malkin’s great website the real-life Sandlers got a bit upset after seeing the SNL skit Saturday night. See Moe’s | Read More »
The NBC-ABC anti-McCain Alliance
**NBC and ABC are now defending each other as to the other’s objective journalism. Just recently, an ABC hatchet man said NBC has been reporting very objectively and has no desire to help or hinder either candidate. He continued to say NBC’s programming is also neutral in nature.
“All that is needed for evil to exist is for Republicans to do nothing”
**It wasn’t going to be pretty no matter how it came out. So, let’s all take a deep breath and look at the silver lining. Their one trick pony has lost a shoe. Obama has lost a lot of his ability to spread fear, if you think about it. He was riding on the sense of urgency over the economy. Bad deal or not, he | Read More »
Obama’s WONDERFUL and BRILLIANT New Ad!
I love this new Obama ad. Tom Brokaw’s voice suddenly turns into Keith Olbermann’s–but I love it. In all actually, Olbermann would be unable to form sounds approximating human speech if this comes to pass, but let’s not quibble with the beauty and magnificence of this hopeful vision. This is “bad news” to be devoutly hoped for all by Americans.
Tell NBC what you think of Saturday Night Live
I do not watch NBC, CBS, or ABC, ever, except for NFL games. Today, I decided I’d ban NBC from my TV even for football. I didn’t see the Saturday Night Live skit where they joked about incest in Sarah Palin’s family but I heard about it today. In case you missed it, they cracked jokes about Todd Palin having sex with his daughters. I | Read More »
NBC Reassigment of Olbermann Tied to Palin and Iran
NBC has decided to modify the roles both Keith Olbermann and Chris Matthews play throughout the rest of the campaign. Now they are merely political analysts, offering their leftist slant on the campaign. Until now, they have been anchoring MSNBC’s coverage. There are a number of excuses being given as to why this change was made. The dominant one that the mainstream media is running | Read More »
Why Gov. Palin Should Meet The Press
I am a very conservative person and I don’t just throw my vote away. It’s definately not going to Obama and I am not crazy about McCain. Sarah was great giving her speech but is she ready to deal with Putin? With China? With Iran? With a declining dollar and loose nukes? What is her world view? Is she a realist? A neocon? A carbon | Read More »
NBC’S Mitchell to Obama: To Sir, With Love
I guess I can understand it. You spend a lot of time with a candidate on the campaign trail, watching their every move. Listening to their evey word, fart, burp, and whistle. And it doesn’t hurt is the candidate is young and not so ugly. You can develop a schoolgirl crush on the candidate. It happens. But should it color the way you do your | Read More »
Will NBC Report On Health Risks To Olympic Athletes
Tonight, The Jim Lehrer Report on PBS broadcast a segment on the serious health challenges all the Olympic athletes are facing in mega-polluted Beijing. One athlete who had competed in Beijing last year recounted how he and other world class bicyclists became violently ill during a race. The World Champion marathoner was advised to run a shorter course because he was risking his life by | Read More »
