Barack Obama tacitly admits Eric Holder is as guilty as sin about Operation Fast & Furious…
…in other words, the former is having the latter stay on as Attorney General. President Obama is holding on to Eric Holder as the nation’s top law-enforcement official, The Post has learned. The newly re-elected president asked his controversial attorney general to stay for the second term, and Holder has agreed despite enduring a firestorm of criticism from Republican lawmakers. Because, of course, now that | Read More »
A look at the horrific, graphic Univision Fast & Furious excerpt.
The below is not the entire Univision Operation Fast & Furious expose: it’s merely about ten minutes of it. Ten very graphic, very infuriating, and very embarrassing ten minutes of it. Don’t watch it if you have a physical/mental problem with seeing people being murdered on-screen, and for real: (see also this ABC article) It’s a useful primer for what happened: which is to say, | Read More »
More details about tomorrow’s Univision expose of Operation Fast & Furious.
I’ve looked at that second paragraph three times and I don’t know which is the worst revelation. That the Obama administration enabled the murder of innocent children? That it indirectly participated in a targeted assassination of the family of a Mexican law enforcement official? That it’s going to be pointed out that the Obama administration was in full Ugly American mode when it came to the Mexican government? Or that our actions emboldened Mexican narco-terrorists to continue their destabilization campaign against our southern neighbor? Any one of those would be a scandal; taken collectively, and you have to wonder just how many more people have to die before Barack Obama and Eric Holder will take any kind of accountability for their actions.

Meet Ronald C Machen, US Attorney for the District of Columbia.
He hates his life – or at least, he’s about to hate his life. You see, if Congress votes today to hold US Attorney General Eric Holder in criminal contempt of Congress today for Holder’s stonewalling on providing documents on the botched Operation Fast & Furious botched gunrunning scandal* then Mr. Machen is apparently the lucky individual who gets to bring charges up for a | Read More »
Is the Department of Justice sanitizing its connection to Media Matters for America?
OK, here’s the background. CJ Ciaramella is a reporter at the Washington Free Beacon, and he emailed the Department of Justice to find out if they had any response to the allegations being featured in Kate Pavlich’s latest book on the Operation Fast & Furious scandal (Fast and Furious: Barack Obama’s Bloodiest Scandal and the Shameless Cover-Up). Specifically, the allegation that there was a third | Read More »
Comparing the Colombian Prostitute Scandal to Operation Fast & Furious.
So, we now what the priorities are when it comes to American law enforcement officials acting badly. Secret Service agents who patronize, then refuse to pay, Colombian prostitutes? People end up getting fired, investigated, and generally have their careers blighted, within days. DEA/DOJ officials who put cop-killing (and Mexican-civilian-killing) guns into the hands of Mexican narco-terrorist gangs? No firings. The bare minimum of non-Congressional investigations. | Read More »
A question for ANY GOP Presidential campaign out there…
…why are none of them talking about Operation Fast & Furious? And when I say ‘talk’ I mean ‘bringing it up at every opportunity, complete with raised voices and angry tones.’ Seriously. This is an easy issue to be on the right side of: everyone agrees – now – that it’s bad to create a sting operation where you facilitate the running of guns to | Read More »
Fast & Furious update: Holder’s deputy CoS briefed in December 2010.
There’s been a lot of commentary, obviously, about the information found in the latest Department of Justice Friday afternoon email dump with regards to the administration’s catastrophic Operation Fast & Furious. For those who need a reminder, OF&F was a program by which political appointees in the Obama administration ignored federal rules and basic common sense in order to facilitate the illegal resale of firearms | Read More »
Are there SECRET Fast & Furious emails from Eric Holder?
Maybe. Just possibly maybe. Check out the video below showing freshman Rep. Sandy Adams of Florida – I had the pleasure of interviewing her last year, by the way – grilling Attorney General Eric Holder over Operation Fast & Furious. For those of you unfamiliar with the Congresswoman, Rep. Adams is a former police officer whose first husband (also a police officer) was killed in | Read More »
Cornyn on Balanced Budget Amendment, Obama’s Failure to Lead, Fast and Furious
Sen. John Cornyn (R-TX) had tough words for President Obama and Attorney General Eric Holder following a speech today at The Heritage Foundation. He criticized Obama for a failure to lead and voiced concern about Holder’s handling of the Operation Fast and Furious scandal. “Unfortunately, the president is already campaigning, trying to channel Harry Truman, railing against a ‘do-nothing Congress’ when he’s apparently given up | Read More »
