Smart Girl Summit 2010: Mama Grizzlies In The Wild
By: Lori Ziganto (Diary) | September 20th at 10:00 PM |
If you rely on leftist blogs or even the alleged mainstream media, you’d think that Mama Grizzlies/conservative women are actually some strange form of wildlife to be peered at curiously. For some, making sport of them has become a hobby. Instead of seeing the caricature made of them by the “Press,” why not come meet some in person? See us in our natural habitat, only | Read More »

It is time to get off the fence and support Pamela Gorman
By: Erick Erickson (Diary) | August 18th at 09:06 AM |
There are so many candidates running in AZ-03 to replace John Shadegg that fundraising is tough unless your last name is Quayle. Pamela Gorman has up what might amount to a closing argument after a great grassroots campaign. This reflects exactly why I’m supporting Pamela Gorman. Unlike every single other candidate in that race, Pamela Gorman has bled for cause. She stood up to Democrats. | Read More »
A Note To Conservatives Who Wanted to Suck Up to the Quayle Family
By: Erick Erickson (Diary) | August 11th at 08:00 AM |
Look, I get it. Dan and Marilyn Quayle are tremendous people. So when they call and say you should back their son who is running for Congress, you tend to say okay. But Ben Quayle is imploding. He did a “rent-a-family” mail piece purported showing him with his daughters, but he has none. Now, it turns out that Ben Quayle has a bit of a | Read More »
It’s Pamela Gorman Day!
By: Tabitha Hale (Diary) | August 5th at 05:33 PM |
FTR Radio is hosting Pamela Gorman Day today! I had the pleasure of meeting Pamela Gorman a couple weeks ago at RightOnline in Las Vegas. I was familiar with the AZ-3 race, but was highly impressed with her, and am happy to be able to support her. I’m going to tell my favorite Pamela Gorman story, as she told it to us on the Tammy | Read More »

I hate to take a dig at Ben Quayle, running against Pamela Gorman in Arizona’s 3rd and also son of the former Vice President, but this is just too funny. Quayle sent out a mail piece of him holding one young child with another in a seat. The caption under it reads, in part, “Tiffany and I live in this district and we are going | Read More »
August 5 is Pamela Gorman Day on From the Right Radio
By: positiveenerg (Diary) | August 3rd at 02:46 PM |
Thomas LaDuke, Programming Director at FTR Radio said , “We will play interviews with Senator Gorman, as well as spin her favorite music and share some of her best cooking recipes. Senator Gorman is the type of no-nonsense conservative that we need in Congress and we are happy to dedicate Thursday to her.”

I met with Pamela in Arizona shortly after she’d been to the desert shooting. She and her son are both great shots. And she has a great shot at getting to Congress if we are willing to step up and help her. Give what you can.
The Battle Moves to Colorado
By: Erick Erickson (Diary) | June 24th at 08:35 AM |
Conservatives did a marvelous job rallying in South Carolina and Utah. Nikki Haley, Tim Scott, and Jeff Duncan scored major conservative victories in South Carolina. Mike Lee will go on to be the next senator from Utah. The next big race will be Ken Buck vs. Jane Norton in Colorado. And conservatives need to rally to Ken Buck. Already the Norton campaign has gone totally | Read More »
Pamela Gorman Drives the Left Crazy
By: Erick Erickson (Diary) | June 15th at 10:41 PM |
I don’t know what it is about attractive, powerful, conservative women, but they drive the left absolutely crazy. That’s just another reason to support Pamela Gorman. In the Arizona State Senate, Pamela was willing to be the lone vote against matters and was willing to drop amendments on popular legislation to kill it because, while popular among politicians, the legislation would be detrimental to freedom. | Read More »
One Conservative Woman Became An Army of One and Won
By: Erick Erickson (Diary) | June 11th at 05:59 PM |
A friend of mine sent me the text below, having seen all the other posts I’ve been writing about Pamela Gorman (who I just had lunch with, by the way). In lieu of me writing my own post or trying to encapsulate this into my own work, let me just give this to you. It is a true story. If you want a government by | Read More »
No Time to Go Wobbly: It’s Time to Follow the New Iron Ladies Into Battle
By: Erick Erickson (Diary) | June 9th at 12:33 PM |
As the two prepared for the first Gulf war, Margaret Thatcher famously told George H.W. Bush “this is no time to go wobbly.” Well, I don’t think it’s an exaggeration to believe that we are now fully engaged in a political war for the very future of our nation. It is no time for us to go wobbly. The Republican Establishment is declaring this their | Read More »
Pamela Gorman and Life
By: Erick Erickson (Diary) | June 8th at 07:22 PM |
I am declaring the rest of this month to be Pamela Gorman month at RedState. As we did for Nikki Haley last December, every day I intend to write a post about Pamela Gorman to make sure you know who she is and why you should support her. Pamela Gorman is the only candidate in the crowded race to replace John Shadegg in Arizona’s 3rd | Read More »
