URGENT: Last few hours to stop the Boehner Tax Hike
Later today, the House of Representatives will vote on a major tax increase. This disastrous idea is being pushed by Speaker John Boehner and Majority Leader Eric Cantor and will do nothing other than put Republicans on record supporting tax increases that should be the sole responsibility of President Obama. Fortunately, groups like Club for Growth and Heritage Action for America are opposing the bill. The | Read More »

Around the U.S. in 50 Days: Indiana, Part 1
On one level, things should get back to normal in Indiana in 2012; that is, their red state status should come shining through. Unlike its industrial Rust Belt neighbors- Ohio, Illinois, and Michigan- Indiana showed a 5.6% increase in population over the decade- not enough to gain a seat, but neither do they lose a seat in the House. It needs to be mentioned that | Read More »
The Republican field isn’t thin
The best Republican candidates have decided not to run! Tomorrow night, Fox News will broadcast a debate between the declared Republican candidates: Tim Pawlenty, Ron Paul, Gary Johnson, Rick Santorum, and Herman Cain. Two other declared candidates: Buddy Roemer and Fred Karger have been excluded because they don’t have even 1% support. What a joke. Wouldn’t you rather have a debate between the Republican | Read More »

IMF Wants $925 BILLION more for EU bailouts.
First, before we get into the heavy stuff. I had the opportunity to meet Rep. Mike Pence (R-IN), Chairman of the House Republican Conference at CPAC. This video confirms what I already knew. In addition to being a great Congressman, he is also an all-around regular guy. Reference this “Office Space” video where he shows you around his office in DC. Frankly, when he first | Read More »

Obama’s income $5,505,409. Let’s bail him out!
Today Mr. & Mrs Obama released their 2009 tax return. Somehow I feel I am back in France circa 1789 and about to hear the words “let them eat cake” said to the peasants. At a time when Americans are suffering the Man in the Oval Office had $5,505,409 in adjusted gross income. Here is a snapshot of the return: The total return is 65 | Read More »

“Hey, Obambi! We told you Zero-care was gonna place a huge budget problem on the states! But did you listen to us? NO! Now face the consequences and don’t say you are “embarrassed” like you did to all those CEO’s taking charges. We warned you!” John Boehner, Tim Pawlenty, and many more. Pence and Hensarling need our help to make this go viral..
Less than 24 hours ago Reps. Mike Pence (IN), Jeb Hensarling (TX) and John Campbell (CA) introduced their Spending Limit Amendment or SLA (short page here) and longer version here (large PDF file). This amendment differs from the Balanced Budget Amendment in that the SLA would focus on limiting government spending, while the Balanced Budget Amendment would simply focus on limiting taxation. Newt, Steele… Sadly Out Of Touch With Mainstream Conservatives.
Newt Gingrich, who had staunchly defended Dede Scozzafava’s bid for Representative of New York’s 23rd District, seems to be unaware of the reality which has been manifesting itself all over the country with regards to the leadership of the the Republican party, which is this: THERE ISN’T ANY. We thought we sent that message loud and clear during the 2008 Presidential race which brought the | Read More »
