What Suzanne Kosmas (INC-D-FL-24) Doesn’t Know About Repealing The 17th Amendment
In a recent ad, Suzanne Kosmas (INC-D-FL-24) has Florida State Representative Sandy Adams (CAN-R-FL-24) stating that she wants to repeal the 16th and 17th Amendment. Kosmas then attacks Adams for wanting to repeal the 17th. I like Representative Sandy Adams even better.
Doubt Ruling Class Attitudes? Meet Marc Ambinder
I am always interested to try to peek into the minds of collectivist apologists who defend the Petulant One. It is an interesting exercise in trying to understand the philosophical basis behind the Ruling Class. Real Clear Politics linked to an article entitled, “What Obama Meant to Say About the Mosque,” from The Atlantic. The Atlantic likes to believe itself to be an Important magazine. | Read More »

Florida Must Say No To Amendment 4 (2010)
If you don’t know, there is a debate going on. A debate whether or not we should be a Democracy or Republic. A debate we are calling the Florida Hometown Democracy Land Use, Amendment 4.
Tolerance is the virtue of a man without conviction
Across this great nation, every day, the culture war rages. One can see it in the comments section of every major news story. It is broadcast to the world in a million ways. The seething, Alinsky-style personal attacks of the left and the intentional avoidance of logical discussion combine to drive many Conservative and Libertarian voices out of the discussion. The ringing cries of “hypocrite” and “racist” spew from every dark, malodorous corner as the leftist “purpleshirts” march to the cadence of Horst Wessel Lied, many of them completely unaware of its baleful origin.

Restore Federalism: Repeal The Seventeenth Amendment
To start out with, I thought we would all like a review of the Seventeenth Amendment to the United States Constitution: The Seventeenth Amendment of the United States Constitution amends Article 1 Section 3 of the Constitution to provide for the direct election of Senators by the people of a state rather than their election or appointment by a state legislature.
Wandering For Generations Toward Despotism
The importance of getting authentic conservatives into Congress cannot be overstated. November 2010 truly is our last opportunity to save America. There will not be another one. Like the Jews who became complacent with all God had done for them and ended up wandering the desert for 40 years, so we will be consigned to a different way of life for us and for our descendants for generations to come.

March 21, 2010, The Day Our Republic Died
It occurred at 10:45 PM Eastern Daylight Time in the Capitol Building on the floor of the United States House of Representatives. With a vote of 219 – 212 Health Care passed with thunderous socialist applause and cheers and with it the death of our Republic and the end of true freedom in this land that we love. I admit freely that as I watched | Read More »
A Fight for the Republic means a Fight for the World
The Individual or The Collective “This is a duel between two very formidable adversaries: an extremely powerful, formidable and ruthless state and an insignificant, unknown private individual. The duel does not take place in what is commonly known as the sphere of politics; the individual is by no means a politician, still less a conspirator or an enemy of the state. Throughout, he finds himself | Read More »
Call it a Moment of Silence
In recognition of the vegetative state in which the Constitutional Republic known as the United States of America presently finds itself. Considering the worldwide ramifications of such a demise, should it come, I’d say four days of mourning is actually a little short…dont’cha think? Is this really what people think was intended when we ratified the Constitution? Open-air fraud, hundreds of millions of dollars in | Read More »
End of the Republic
The Gracchi (Gracchus Brothers), Tiberius and Gaius, moved the Roman Republic the same way Clinton and Obama are moving the republican form of government of the United States. The Gracchi moved power from the representative body to an executive body thus hampering legislative power and enhancing executive perogative. This power shift, for the Romans it was land, so castrated the legislative body as to eventually end | Read More »
Our Constitutional Republic Form of Government (Video)
In advance of Saturday’s Senate health care vote, I thought it best to refresh our memories about what is contained in the Constitution. A friend of mine sent this primer on our Constitutional Republic form of government and why America is not a democracy. It’s a fantastic piece.
Confirmation of Racially Charged Judge to US High Court likely to Create Blowback on Dems, Administration
As the Senate Dems ram through confirmation of controversial revisionist Judge Sotomayor, the repercussions will likely resonate around the country and create a ground swell of rage among voters the likes of which has not been seen in living memory. The electorate is already up in arms about the bank bailout, the economy, proposed higher taxes, the nationalization of the auto industry, and the proposed | Read More »

Democracy vs. Republic – Is There Really a Difference?
It seems like every American should already know this, but just in case there were any questions left… Democrats are people who believe that the United States of America is, and should be, governed as a Democracy. Republicans are people who believe that the United States of America is, and should be, governed as a Republic. That sounds pretty simple doesn’t it? But what does | Read More »
Time to REBOOT AMERICA?
Fleshing out a concept. Tell me what you think. Perhaps someone would care to assist in its development? Click the following link. Below is some backstory. REBOOT AMERICA Many argue we need a new operating system (OS) – that our “Windows”-based Constitution isn’t running well enough. “Let’s install Linux”, they say. Perhaps a Linux-based Constitution would indeed run better, but this is not the root | Read More »
None of the Above
If your boss told you that your evaluation score shows you have an 18% approval rating on the job performance, do you really think you would be up for a raise? Let alone keep your job. It’ time for those in Congress to look for other jobs, because they obviously can’t do the job they were elected to do. **I as an Independent and faithful | Read More »
