Hey, Straight White Man? You Look Like a Rapist.
If the world were actually how liberals portrayed it to be, none of us would go outside. I certainly wouldn’t. Just the idea of a pervasive “rape culture” in the U.S. should be enough to keep women inside their homes, taking online courses for higher education instead of subjecting themselves to rape camps known as universities. But as we know, women flock to universities. They | Read More »
For Wendy Davis And Other Leftists Losing Is Never Saying Good-Bye
Perhaps if Barack Obama’s latest Hail Mary Pass on Climate Change falls incomplete, there’s yet another leaf in the old Jackass Party Playbook – The Hail Satan. They won’t call it that, any more than they’d call their playmaker, Wendy Davis, by her popular nickname outside the fever swamps, Abortion Barbie. The vehicle by which she’ll dupe the rubes and plot her grab for more | Read More »
Hillary’s attack on civil rights
If you’ve been following the issue you already know that the most dangerous place in the United States for a heterosexual male is a college campus. Responding to utterly bogus statistics about sexual assault on campus, universities, under pressure from the radical, man-hating feminists in the Obama Department of Education, students, particularly men, have been stripped of their basic Constitutional rights and deprived of even | Read More »
Why Do Sabrina Rubin Erdely’s Rape Stories Keep Falling Apart?
As of this moment, we are now up to three stories about rape that Sabrina Rubin Erdely has written that would not pass responsible journalistic muster. The most prominent, of course, being the now-withdrawn and discredited UVA hoax, the second being this story about “Billy Doe” in Philadelphia, and the third being her story about Petty Officer Rebecca Blumer. Sabrina Rubin Erdely is trying to | Read More »
The Cavaliers Sue The Roundheads
CHARLOTTESVILLE, Va. (AP) — A fraternity at the University of Virginia announced Monday that it will “pursue all available legal action” against Rolling Stone, saying a Columbia Journalism School review shows the magazine acted recklessly and defamed its members by publishing an article that falsely accused them of gang rape. “The Rolling Stone article viewed by millions fueled a court of public opinion that ostracized | Read More »
Sabrina Rubin Erdely’s OTHER Possibly Fake Rape Story
Everyone I spoke to in connection with this investigation was crystal clear that at no point did Sabrina Erdely or Rolling Stone ever contact them whatsoever, even to ask for background information. This is exactly the same lapse in journalistic standards that doomed the UVA story and ultimately led to its retraction. The fact that it occurred in this story is indication of a systemic problem with Rolling Stone and Sabrina Erdely’s reporting, not of a single lapse in judgment.

Spare Us Your Outrage
Rolling Stone has finally admitted its rape story about the University of Virginia was made up. They are doing precisely nothing about it. The journalistic community of America is outraged. Spare us please. The same circle of jerks outraged by Rolling Stone were perfectly fine pushing a false story that RFRA laws legalize discrimination. The same circle of jerks outraged by Rolling Stone were perfectly | Read More »
The Cost of Agenda-Driven Journalism
In the world of mass communications, there is a theory called Agenda-Setting Theory. It describes the ability of the mass media to set the tone and agenda of the day’s talking points. It’s fairly easy to understand, given that so many people are still connected to the news and what goes on in the world around them. The degree to which people are connected to | Read More »
Sabrina Erdley, Rolling Stone, and the Media Put the Cause Before the Truth
The media completely buys the idea of misogynist culture. The media completely buys the idea that fraternities are filled with silver spooned rapists. The media complete believes there is a “rape culture” in America and by God the media will prove it. Thus Sabrina Erdley sought out the perfect victim and found that perfect victim at the University of Virginia. According to Erdley, writing in | Read More »
In the UVA Rape Case, Liberals Dismayed to Learn that Facts Matter
Let me start this piece out by saying that I don’t know one way or another whether the now infamous alleged gang rape of a UVa student (as reported in Rolling Stone) happened. Obviously, I wasn’t there, I’ve never talked to any of the people involved to personally assess their credibility, and I have no means or opportunity to investigate the alleged background facts to | Read More »
Questions arise on Rolling Stone alleged gang rape at UVA story.
There is a technical term for the bolded part of this excerpt from The New Republic‘s otherwise laudable (no, really) look at the suddenly-problematical Rolling Stone article about an alleged gang rape at the University of Virginia*: “If I had to guess what happened at UVA—and at this point, we can only guess (which is why we should not be passing judgment),” Wendy Kaminer, a | Read More »
Democrats, Obama Dream actors and Rolling Stone gather amoral moss
American culture, the rule of law and any semblance of rational thought by liberal Democrats are dead How else to explain the glamorization of a mass murdering Islamist terrorist on the cover of the Rolling Stone; President Obama’s unilateral grant of amnesty to illegal aliens covered by a Dream Act that Congress rejected; the no-questions-asked release of criminals from incarceration claiming Dream Act status even if they | Read More »

Does the Obama Campaign have to report this Rolling Stone interview as a donation-in-kind?
I realize that more eyeballs are seeing this post than have seen the last dozen issues of the hyper-political Rolling Stone. For the 99.999999% of America that doesn’t touch the magazine with a thirty-nine-and-a-half-foot pole, here’s a list of the questions that Douglas Brinkley asked President Obama for the latest issue.
Then again, you know what? Forget “donation in kind.” Rolling Stone should be booked on prostitution charges after this printed romp in the sack.

Matt Taibbi: Ethicist for the Left
Apparently just about anyone can get a piece run in a national magazine without a hint of ethical consideration. Matt Taibbi is the poster boy for the ethical lapse in today’s Party-run media. He wrote a hit piece for Rolling Stone(ers) magazine and the number of ethical breaches involved in its substance are staggering. Not only is the piece a stolen relic from another writer | Read More »
Pt II: Is Gore’s Accusation of Skeptic Climate Scientists Still a Hoax?
Al Gore is on some kind of roll lately. First, he latched onto the population control thing, and today he has a multi-thousand word article online at Rolling Stone, taking his usual swipe at skeptic scientists for being corrupted by fossil fuel industry money. In my RedState article just a short while ago, “Forget the Science; Is Al Gore’s Accusation of Skeptic Climate Scientists a | Read More »
