Long hot summer for the White House, why not a national vacation?
Summer doldrums is here. That time between the end of basketball and hockey season, and before football season starts, when lazy baseball games stretch on, the days are long, and everyone takes their vacations. They are also reporting that the government of Qatar is not restricting the movements of the Taliban Five. The “deal” we have is supposed to keep those men from traveling, but I suspect it won’t be hard for them to slip out at some point to Afghanistan. They are certainly expected there soon.
