Because the Dems no longer maintain their super-majority in both chambers of Congress, the President isn’t getting everything rubber stamped and rammed through.  This means, according to David Axelrod, that the conservative Republicans are imposing a “reign of terror” on all those Republicans that want to go back to rubber stamping Obama’s agenda. Here is the Washington Post story on the detention of Faisal Shahzad, the suspected bomber in New York — or at least a person of interest. Here is the Wall Street Journal story on the same.
