Fallout From Nerdprom Attack/PCW Politics is War on P-SPAN

PCW Spokesperson Jay Carney announced earlier this week that Charlie Blackwell and Mike the Mechanic from the American Heartland Coalition have been suspended from PCW for their actions last Saturday night at the White House Correspondent‘s Dinner.

Blackwell and Mike led a charge of unaffiliated wrestlers into the hall after Jimmy
Kimmel
‘s routine and all hell broke loose as the group attacked the Republican and Democrat wrestlers as well as some of the honored guests.

Said Carney:

We simply can’t have this type of unruly behavior on one of Washington D.C‘s grandest traditions- politicos hobnobbing with and showcasing rich elite celebrities and other people with overly inflated visions of self importance.

Carney also noted that this is the second time the American Heartland Coalition has attacked the dinner- harking back to last year’s PCW show where the AHC ripped the event saying things such as:  “While the haves dance at their ‘Nerd Prom’, the have nots have to dance around their deteriorating economic situation and try to make ends meet.”

Also suspended, PCW’s Queen of Extreme Valora Salinas and the Mercenaries (Dawn McGill and Svetlana Kovalevski) for their ‘despicable attack’ on the Hollywood guests.

Valora Salinas and the Mercenaries: Dawn McGill and Svetlana Kovalevski

Said Carney:

No one goes to the dinner to see what kind of ridiculous get up Maureen Dowd of the New York Times is dressed in.  They go to see the stars and we simply can’t have loose cannons like Valora and the Mercenaries driving our Hollywood friends away.

Carney also announced that any wrestler not affiliated with the Republicans or Democrats would be ‘excused’ from this Thursday’s PCW Politics is War on
P-SPAN show.  The special two hour show will be split up with the Republicans
taking the first hour and the Democrats taking the second hour to begin tournaments to determine who the Red (Republican) and Blue (Democrat) title holders will be.

Carney noted that the Red and Blue titles will be awarded at next month’s PCW Loose Cannons Unleashed 8 pay per view show.

PCW Politics is War on P-SPAN
Viking Hall
Bristol, TN
Thursday May 3rd, 2012
Host: Johnny Suave

It was the first show after the big announcement on PCW Extreme Political TV that Republicans and Democrats will be competing separately for the Red and Blue title belts.  Plus, the arena was still buzzing over what went down at the White House Correspondent‘s Dinner aka “the Nerdprom” and subsequent suspensions of ringleaders Charlie Blackwell and Mike the Mechanic of the American Heartland Coalition along with PCW’s Queen of Extreme Valora Salinas and The Mercenaries (Dawn McGill and Svetlana Kovalevski).

Suave welcomes everyone to the pre Star Wars Day edition of PCW Politics is War on P-SPAN.

Backstage Fun
Democratic Leader Debbie Wasserman-Schultz and Republican Leader Rance Priebus argue back and forth about who will start the show- the Democrats or the Republicans.

PCW Television Champion ‘The One Man Hollywood A-List’ Stone Chism (D) barges
in and pushes Priebus away.  Chism demands to know why he wasn’t chosen higher
in the draft?  Wasserman-Schultz tries to answer but Chism interrupts her and says it’s not fair to put a talent of his stature in that type of position.  Chism reminds her that he represents the Hollywood Left contingent and that’s an important Democratic constituent.

Wasserman-Schultz apologizes and Chism he’ll have a ’preferred’ entry into the tournament to determine the ’Blue’ champion.  The words barely leave her mouth when Big Union (‘The Self Proclaimed Savior of the Middle Class’ Big Labor and James the Jeep Worker) (D) walk up.  Big Labor shoves Chism out of the way and informs Wasserman-Schultz that Big Union is a big supporter of Democrats and if anyone should have a preferred path to the Blue title it’s either him or James the Jeep Worker.

Wasserman-Schultz tries to sooth things over with Big Labor when Extreme Plaintiff Attorneys Felcher and Felcher walk out with a legal letter they say gives them a preferred entry into the Blue belt title match.

Then it’s the Green World Order (‘Extreme Vegan’ Brock Cole Lee, GreenPete,
‘Radishing’ Rick Rube- Agronomist, and PeaceNick w/Peta from PETA) who come out and claim their preferred spot.

Finally, PCW CEO Barack Obama’s (D-IL) second in command Joe Biden (D-DE) walks out to mediate the dispute.

Biden: As you all know, CEO Obama has a big stick that he uses to keep order here in PCW.  I know that none of you are red state country bumpkins.  You’re shrewd politicos but I am here to tell you that you are not getting what you want.  We want you all to have a fair shot at the Blue title. We think you all deserve a chance at the Blue title.  Democrats want you all to have a title shot.  So tonight, we’re going to have a battle royale…and it’s going to be the main event of the show!

Outside the Arena
The American Heartland Coalition’s Charlie Blackwell, Mike the Mechanic, Tequila Sheila, and Kenzie Blackwell huddle outside.  Suave reminds everyone that Blackwell and Mike are banned from the arena because what went down at the White House Correspondent’s Dinner.

(1) ‘The Japanese SuperDestroyer’ Yamamoto Tanaka (R) def. Rev. Oral
Hinnrich (R) of the God Squad

Tanaka hit a powerbomb early on and then finished Rev. Hinnrich with the Japanese SuperDestroyer @ :58.

Post match, Tanaka does a commercial for a big corporation who then lavish the former three time PCW champion with cash.

Texas Jack (R) hits the ring and breaks up Tanaka’s party.  He thanks the Republican Establishment for being short sighted corporate jackasses.  He tries to goad Tanaka into a extreme hardcore brawl but Priebus comes out and puts a stop to it.

Priebus says the days of the ‘old’ PCW without rules are over.  The Republican says he’s enacted a series of new rules designed to make the PCW Red belt more corporate friendly.  No more hardcore, out of control brawls.  No more weapons. Only good ol’ fashioned all-American wrestling.    Priebus then books Texas Jack in a match against RINO- The Wonk Machine.

(2) RINO- The Wonk Machine (R) def. Texas Jack (R) by DQ

Good match into Texas Jack got pissed off at RINO and tossed him out of the ring.  Jack grabbed a chair and clobbered the Wonk Machine with it to get disqualified @ 6:03.

Post match, Texas Jack drills the referee with the chair and chases Priebus to the back.

In “The Life of Julia,” the Obama campaign released a web slideshow that takes the viewer through the life stages of a fictional woman named Julia. At age three, a slide says Julia is enrolled in the government Head Start program, which says presumptive Republican nominee Mitt Romney would slash. Later in life, the web tool says Julia received cheaper student loans, a Pell Grant and a tax credit. She benefited from the health care law and in her older years, Julia received Medicare and Social Security.

Backstage
PCW Investigative Reporter Woodward Bernstein talks with ‘the Massachusetts Redblood’ Mitt Romney (R-MA).  Romney notes that with the disappointing job numbers out there that the thing Julia needs the most is a job.

(3) Big Oil (R) w/Kirk Walstreit def. ‘The Right Reverend’ Randy Richardson (R)

In a wild match that saw both men nearly get counted out, Big Oil hit the Oklahoma Driller to defeat Triple R @ 11:28 and move on in the tournament.

After the match, Big Oil got on the microphone and announced that the naming rights to his finisher, the Oklahoma Driller, had been sold for over two million dollars to Chevron.  So now, Big Oil says the finisher is to be called the ‘Chevron Oil Oklahoma Driller.’

Suave: Swell.

Julia
The latest political sensation Julia walks out with Democratic strategist Karen Finney.  Finney calls Julia the epitomy of ‘what women want’ and says if Mitt Romney had his way, she’d be dead in her mid-30′s.

Suave: Huh?

Finney says Julia will now be the Democrats standard barrier to win the PCW Women’s title back from Miss USA.

COMMERCIAL BREAK

Why should you buy this book?

Jesusland v Progressiveville isn’t the usual predictable partisan
trashing of the other side like other political books. J v P doesn’t pander to
the fringes of both sides like most books do.

Jesusland vs Progressiveville parodies the very ones responsible for over the top devisive political discussion: Markos Moutilsas, Rush Limbaugh, Sarah Palin, Keith Olbermann, Chris Matthews, Ann Coulter, Ed Schultz, Glenn Beck, Bill O’Reilly, Alec Baldwin among others.

The cover with Sarah Palin and Keith Olbermann sums up just what our
political discourse has become.

Brought to you by the same demented bunch behind Political Championship Wrestling and not bought and paid for by big corporations
or either political party, Jesusland vs. Progressiveville is a political satire
that would be f#$@ing hilarious if parts of the book wasn’t painfully true about the abject dysfunction in American politics.

Available at Amazon.com and other online bookstores.

(4) Kirk Walstreit (R) w/Big Oil def. Magnum PO’d w/ Robyn Masters

Walstreit wins with the Stock Market Plunge @ 7:19 to advance.  Then he got on the microphone.

Walstreit: It’s about time the adults took back PCW and stopped all this hardcore, extreme crap.  It’s over, people.  Go back to your computers and download pictures of Megan Fox to amuse yourselves while the big boys take care of business.  Go back to your Star Wars conventions along with the rest of the job challenged adult adolescents and–

Suave: Indeed.  May the Fourth be with you.

Joe Biden‘s Office
Priebus and Wasserman-Schultz are joined by John Boehner (R-OH) and Harry Reid (D-NV) as they bicker back and forth about the format of the shows.  Then…

Two men come out and unroll a white carpet. Dancers then dance. Ballet dancers…ballet? Little children walk up the white carpet and drop rose petals. Someone lets loose some pigeons…not sure just how they’ll get out of the building.  PCW CEO Barack Obama appears.

Obama: I also find your lack of faith disturbing.  Here’s my proposition.  The Red show will get a half hour a week at a venue of their choosing.  The Blue show will get a half hour a week at their venue.  PCW Extreme Political TV will be the home show for the independents/non-affiliated.

(5) Julia (D) def. Kacie Myers

Julia wins but with help from Women for Women (Code Pink and Emily S. List) and then from the referee who ’assists’ Julia in defeating Independent Myers.

Immediately after the match, the entire group raced to the back towards CEO Obama’s office as the show ends…

Obama Website “Life of Julia” – cradle to grave socialism for America

“Cradle to Grave: Reelect Obama, he will take care of you during your entire life, from age 3 to age 67.”  That may be my slogan but the sentiment expressed, is exactly the “storyboard” on the Obama for President website on this new “The Life of Julia” segment I just read.

You had better rush over to the Obama for President website immediately to take a look at this, because I cannot  believe they will leave this on for long.

If I had not seen it for myself and you had told me about “The Life of Julia” story I have just seen there, I really think there is nothing you could possibly say or write that would persuade me this is not a made up story by some crazed right wing libertarian, religious nut, militia or some other wild eyed fanatic who simply exaggerates like crazy when he is speaking of the “socialist” President Barack Obama.

In a series of website “panels” (or storyboards) you are invited to click through the imaginary “life of Julia” from age 3, with stops at ages 3 through 67 – for a total of 12 “milestones” in her life.

Here is the chronology offered at “The Life of Julia” on the official Obama for President website, and which you can see for yourself if you get there before their “honesty” causes enough of a backlash that they take it down.  Starting with age 3.

(age) 3 – Head Start program, “under President Obama,” helps little Julia get ready for school.  “Romney will cut this” program by 20% meaning 200,000 students will lose out and so not be “ready to learn and succeed.”

17 – “Under President Obama” Julia is now on track with several government programs that will help her “Race to the Top” – another program “implemented by President Obama.  Romney would cut this and give Julia’s money to millionaires.

18 – “President Obama’s American Opportunity Tax Credit” gives Julia and her family up to $10,000, and I did I mention that this also happens “Under President Obama”?  But 10 million students would see their funding cut under nasty old Mitt Romney.

22 – When Julia has to “undergo” surgery it is all paid for by insurance which President Obama made her parents pay for under their insurance, and they will have to go on taking care of that until she turns age 26.  Yes, “Under President Obama.”  But poor Julia is in trouble with Mitt Romney because he’d “kill it dead.”

23 – “Under President Obama” and his “steps” like the “Fair Pay Act” Julia is happily one of the millions of women who just knows she can go ahead and “stand up for her right to equal pay.”  So, I kid you not, the Obama website says, Julia “starts her career as a web designer.”  (well it could have been worse – she could have been a nice little leftist college professor or a government social worker, I suppose).  But that awful Mitt Romney refused to say whether he would have “vetoed or signed” this law.

25 – With all that college debt (it appears no Obama supporters need to work during college), big brother President Obama made those nasty bankers stop charging so much interest – “President Obama capped income-based federal student loan payments and kept interest rates low.”  But those loan payments would have interest rates double under Scrooge Romney, which would really mess up the life of Julia and 7.4 million students.

27 – Our Julia is so happy “Under President Obama” because her birth control is all paid for by her health insurance because the President made them pay, so she can “focus on her work rather than worry about her health.”  But her cheapskate employer would cut that all out in a second under Romney and he would let the insurance companies charge whatever they felt like, ruining Julia’s happy life.

31 – “Under President Obama” Julia can go ahead and get pregnant, and not worry about it, not bother with marriage or a husband, or savings.  She can just go ahead if she wants to, after all that free birth control, and have a baby, because “under health care reform” everything is free.  But Julia will go back to being sad and unhappy under Mitt Romney, and not be able to have that baby after all, because “health care reform would be repealed.”

37 – “Under President Obama” our Julia still hasn’t met a guy who is even a regular in her life, and never mind marriage or family life, she can go ahead and have a son, and our Obama website named him Zachary, who this year starts, “Under President Obama” his kindergarten.

And do you know why?  Because of “President Obama’s investments in education and programs like Race to the Top.”

But poor Julia and Zachery, 37 years from now in the year 2049, will still be suffering painfully under if Barack Obama lose and Mitt Romney becomes President in 2012, as “steep cuts in federal funding” will destroy all the public “schools in all 50 states.”  But that’s the conservatives for you.

42 – If there are still functioning businesses in America in the year 2054, our Julia can now start her very own “web business” and no we won’t tell you what kind of web business except it will not be as an Amway Distributor you can be sure.

All of this is possible only because “Under President Obama” Julia can qualify for a Small Business Administration Loan” (capitalism has of course been destroyed by now and therefore the idea of having some money saved up to start your own business is something no one does – even if there were a safe place to bank your money).

And so, our Julia can “hire employees, creating new jobs in her town and helping to grow the local economy” because President Obama invested the money in her business for her.  But this is all destroyed “under Mitt Romney” because ht would have cut the programs Julia needs and nobody will be able to start new businesses in America anymore.

65 – After a lifetime of free healthcare, Julia now “enrolls in Medicare” and so, can now “afford preventive care and the prescription drugs she needs.”  One presumes she will no longer need the free birth control.  But poor Julia, “under Mitt Romney” will pay “$6,350 extra per year” for her insurance because Medicare “could end as we know it.”

67 – Julia “receives monthly benefits that help her retire comfortably” and unlike what would happen to her if nasty Romney were elected President, our Julia won’t be “worrying that she’ll run out of savings.”  And so, Julia can now “volunteer at a community garden” which is not to be confused with a Gulag Archipelago or a North Vietnamese reeducation camp.  But “under Mitt Romney” Julia’s “benefits could be cut by 40%” and make her suffer terribly.

This “Life of Julia” just went up on the Obama website but already has 1,100 “facebook likes” and 141 “tweets” and now, this new Obama for president website section has its very first RED STATE recommendation.

Honestly, I did not make any of this up.  This is not fantasy.

I’ve written several times during these past 10 weeks at RED STATE, that the left hates all of us, and feels that there’s really no difference between Rick Santorum, Newt Gingrich and Mitt Romney.  So those less than bright lights in our midst who say that same thing – that their candidate is the One True One and nothing else will do, and all the rest are “the same thing,” have simply echoed exactly what Barack Obama says.

They don’t see any difference and if for a second you think there’s none, I invite you to go to the Obama website, read the literal truth about the “cradle to grave” socialism of Barack Obama, and then ask yourself: would a Republican Senate, House and President, do the same thing?

This website story illustrates as good as anything I’ve ever seen, why you and I should be afraid, very afraid, about a reelected and more “flexible” Barack Obama.

Values voters will notice that the major events of Julia’s life do not include a boyfriend, marriage, a family or even parents or church.

Economics minded conservatives will note nothing at all about what kind of economy will there be under President Obama, and what are Julia’s prospects for increased earnings and later for success in business?

Constitutional-minded conservatives will be alarmed when they consider that nothing is said in this story about any limits on government power and authority.

And defense minded conservatives will wonder how safe is Julia and her child (and non-existent family) going to be with a national security which has been totally demolished?

Most of all, my Christian friends would remind you that the path to heaven is not paved on a road built from the good deeds and the money you took from other people to do charitable works, or make possible a better sex life for the 30 year old student lawyer at Georgetown School of Law, or a better “Life of Julia.”

You make your own choices in how you use your time and your money, you build your own life, and if you are a Christian or agree with Rick Santorum about “the centrality of faith” in your life then you give unselfishly of yourself, to help those in need, not because they deserve it, and not because somebody made you do it, but because what you do for the least, He said, you do for me,

If you understand the point about “the centrality of faith” then you give to others (and Julia gives nothing to charity, to her Church or the less fortunate) because if you do believe we are all of us, the sons and daughters of a King, then each of us is a prince and a princess, and a brother and sister to the rest of humanity.

The Life of Julia demeans us all as human beings, is pure socialism, and is a nightmare vision of the future if Barack Obama is reelected.

I thought as a good Instructor of Saul Alinsky’s Chicago based Institute in the past, and the smoothest liar ever to make it to the White House, Barack Obama knows to lie about his real intentions and purposes, as he did to win in 2008.

But the “Life of Julia” tells you plainly his vision for America, both in what he says are the significant events in “the life of Julia” as well as by his omissions – what is missing from her life.

The Obama nightmare vision of “The Life of Julia” is as good a reason to vote for Mitt Romney and to pray that he wins, as anything I have ever read.  And you better rush over there to take a peek because somebody over there may say WHOA what’s with this “honesty” thing, quick, TAKE THAT JULIA THING down at once!

Thus ends my 10th week writing five times a week at RED STATE, on weekdays, and 53 articles, 119,169 words, averaging 2,248 words per article.  Don’t know if I will continue that pace in the future.  But I made a commitment to some Christian conservative activist friends in Pennsylvania to lend a hand and today, the “National Day of Prayer” marks the end of the 10th week of keeping that promise.  Didn’t say I’d do it forever, and not sure about the future, but I have enjoyed the experiment here and on Facebook, and I do appreciate those who have taken the time to read my offerings, and especially those who have taken the time to comment or to “recommend” me to others during these past 70 days.

Thanks Newt Gingrich, for giving voice to (so many) conservative ideas during this campaign

I’m grateful for hearing so many good conservative ideas from Newt Gingrich and thoroughly enjoyed his performances during the debates.  But poor Shephard Smith on Fox News was insufferable today, blasting away at Newt Gingrich moments after the former House Speaker announced that he had suspended his campaign for President.

Newt’s crime in Shephard’s eyes, was he discussed too many ideas as he withdrew and it gave poor Shephard a headache, to have to listen to and then report on conservative ideas, especially if there are more than a few at a time.  Echoed Ed Rollins, the has been campaign manager who’s not had any recent success but is now a regular on Fox, “no discipline.”

Smith seems to never fail to find something to whine about, although he is not big on facts he is most excellent at using the Saul Alinsky method of ridicule and scorn, and gives very good face – a very ugly, upset, scornful look that shows whatever he is reporting on, is well, very upsetting to him, ridiculous, absurd.

And most often, it is a conservative speaker or position that is getting the pounding from this least popular of all Fox News show hosts, who consistently ranks in dead last place among their star lineup.

For my part, I’m delighted that my vote helped elect one delegate to the GOP nominating convention from the 4th Congressional District pledged to Newt Gingrich – namely Charlie Gerow, one of the founders of the conservative Pennsylvania Leadership Conference.

Charlie is one of those people I like even when I might not agree with him.  Because from what I can tell, he is supportive of the conservative cause, not simply one candidate he favors. (as an aside: 2 of my favored candidates pledged to Rick Santorum also earned my vote – both won – and I voted for Santorum in the “beauty” contest).

While I preferred Rick Santorum for President, I would have had no problem voting for Newt Gingrich if I thought he could have beaten Mitt Romney.  In fact, I’d endorsed Newt after his outstanding debate performance and leading into the South Carolina and then Florida primaries for exactly that reason.

I said if I lived in either of those states, and given the rising poll standings for Newt, I’d have voted for him and highly recommend him.

A meeting of Evangelic conservative (or “values voters”) leaders in Texas the week before that South Carolina primary endorsed Rick Santorum by a rare 75% vote – but South Carolina and Florida voters went with my recommendation (aren’t I immodest today) instead, and gave Newt his moment in the sun.

Sadly, his complaints that he was only being beaten because Mitt Romney had raised more money, didn’t work out for him as a campaign issue.

The Romney advertising blitz turned around the victory for Newt in South Carolina, into a devastating loss in Florida from which Romney never recovered.  Rick Santorum regained the lead and held it as the “not Romney” candidate thereafter, with my full support.

I’d prefer to go back to simply being a fan of Newt Gingrich, despite some things where I might not agree with him, and some things in his past that I did not approve of.

His “Rediscovering God in America” book for example, is a perfect refutation of all those “separation of Church and State” and “shut up Christian” folk out there.

There are even some of their creed within the ranks of RED STATE who can be reliably counted on to object to anyone who cites their faith as a reason to believe anything political, and once motivated to go on the attack, will find any excuse that they can to blast away at the Christian-motivated writer.

If someone wants to make the claim that there is no such thing as a “war on religion” they’d best avoid Newt Gingrich because whether he debates you face to face or uses surrogates who have read “Rediscovering God in America” you won’t do very well on logic or facts.

The Gingrich book that is one of my favorites is basically organized as a walking tour of some of the most famous monuments in Washington, DC to show that how a belief in God animated the founding fathers of America.

Gingrich in fact, scored some of his strongest points with conservatives – especially values voters – during the GOP presidential nominating contest debates when he spoke out against the Obama-led “war against religion” in America, specifically citing the shut down of some Catholic supported charities because of this war.

Gingrich has also done some videos in joint productions with Citizens United, and I very highly all of them.  One of my personal favorites is Ronald Reagan: Rendezvous with Destiny, which he and his wife Callista host.

In fact, one of the things I really did not like about Newt Gingrich running for President is that in any instance in which I recommended any of the Gingrich books or videos it sounded as if I was pushing him for President – when in fact I was most of the time, supportive of Rick Santorum.

Now it will again be safe for me to recommend his books and videos without having to worry that I’d have to answer the question “well then why aren’t you supporting him for President.”  I simply liked Santorum better and thought Santorum had a better chance of winning.

I am not amused at all by all of the strongly negative junk I’ve seen during this primary campaign, which at one time or another has come out of the mouth of all of the candidates for the GOP nomination for President.

It is one thing to speak about policy differences but so much of what we saw as a turnoff included personal attacks and sadly, I have to include Newt in that indictment.  Although the candidate who I believe engaged in that the least was Rick Santorum.

Overall I do appreciate the issues that Newt Gingrich raised, including his ideas on space, which do not appear to have gone over very well with people who are tired of government over spending.

I’m a bit libertarian on that topic – I’d like to see America in space but, does it really have to be the government doing everything instead of private companies?

But the whole space thing was a diversion from other issues where Newt’s facts and his rhetoric helped advance our cause.  He will go back to doing exactly that in the future.

The worst his critics can say about him is that he has too many ideas, and was/is just selling books.  Those are his best traits, along with his ability to help explain them.

I rather doubt the more focused Mitt Romney will have too much use for him on the campaign trail but as for me, I do believe I will be able to recommend his future books and videos without hesitation, and the more of them he sells, the more influence he will have with the ideas he proposes.  And for our cause, that is great!!

Thank you Newt Gingrich.  And like Rick Santorum and Newt Gingrich and most conservatives, of course I’m voting for Mitt Romney against Barack Obama.

Obama’s “Bridge Too Far” plan for Special Ops Forces after speech from Afghanistan?

President Obama’s televised remarks from Afghanistan last night gave the impression to many Americans that he is giving credit where it is due, but the smoothest liar to every occupy the White House may have taken a bridge to far, to echo the story of paratroopers who jumped too far and could not hold the ground they had taken.

Of far greater concern, President Obama has committed American special operations to a battle which is a “bridge too far” without any confirmed “status of forces” agreement to protect them from future arrests and trials in Afghanistan where he still plans to deploy them.

To underscore this threat, former Navy SEAL Eric Greitens was quoted on Fox News reporting that special operations forces know that Afghanistan is considered the third most corrupt government in the world.  American special operations forces may have more to worry about from our own ally than from the Taliban.

And within hours of the President’s televised remarks from Afghanistan and his boarding a plane for the flight back to the United States, suicide bombers killed seven contracts as they attacked a privately owned housing complex for international contractors in Kabul.

There is near-panic among both the independent contractors needed to keep order in Afghanistan as well as the civilian population at the mercy of Taliban forces as the United States departs leaving only empty promises of future assistance.

In this case, just like in the real story that was told in “A Bridge Too Far” the President may have landed right on top of an armored Panzer Division.  As nimble and adept a campaigner as he may be, angry special operators who resent his politicizing and publicizing their work may be the unintended blowback that makes the past week a very bad one for the President’s reelection campaign.

More important, the President may have committed our “silent warriors” to fight a battle like the World War II fight, too far away from help and facing serious trouble.

The week strted out with his made for the web, 120 seconds long video commercial in which Obama breaks his hand patting himself on the back for his “gutsy” decision to take out Osama Bin Laden one year ago – with the ad coming out on the one year anniversary.

The President’s ad suggests that the President made the decision that Mitt Romney would not have made, and implies rather strongly that we should reelect him because of his unique courage.  Later a partial quote of what Mitt Romney said five years ago was cited as justification for such a claim.

First, the President’s Men took Mitt Romney out of context.  Put more plainly: they lied, and it leads right into the double “Bridge Too Far” theme I am writing about today.

The truth is that Mitt Romney gave the rather old fashioned idea 5 years ago running for President, that a candidate for President ought not to spell out every single detail of how he would go after Usama Bin Laden, not give away what should be secret national security details.

He said in a followup interview a few days after his original remarks, that he’d not want to tell Germany or any other country for example, that if they did not do what he wanted to his satisfaction he would then invade their country with American troops.  That is pure trouble and gives away too much information, puts our military in danger, provokes another country.

Clearly, our announcing in advance that we intend to ignore the sovereignty of another country is surely going to provoke that other country and cause a firestorm.

Most important, Mitt Romney was prescient in suggesting that the war against these terrorists will not be won and ended simply because we kill one terrorist leader.

“We’ll move everything to get him,” said Romney in the MSNBC debate in May, 2007, “But I don’t want to buy into the Democratic pitch that this is all about one person. … It’s more than Usama bin Laden. But he is going to pay, and he will die.”

Does that sound to you like Mitt Romney would have refused to give his approval to the plan presented to President Obama?

That is exactly today, the President’s narrative – that he has ended the war by killing Usama Bin Laden and we can now rest easy, withdraw our troops from Iraq and Afghanistan, and reelect the man who has been so successful.  What the President is doing today is to make Mitt Romney appear prescient 5 years ago.

There are several problems with the President’s plan.

First, it isn’t true.  Killing Bin Laden did not end the war against America one year ago.  We continue to learn of threats against America regularly.  Mitt Romney was correct in what he said five years ago.

Second, it is becoming increasingly clear to Americans that the President’s “plan” to go after Usama Bin-Laden was simply the continuation of the strategy put in place by President George Bush and his Administration, including the strengthened special operations forces which include the Navy SEAL’s whose budget was dramatically increased during the Bush-Cheney years.

Ironically, Bill Clinton, the President who had the chance to capture Bin Laden and didn’t take it, and who allowed attacks on America at the World Trade Center but treated it as a crime instead of an open war, is the narrator of the web-video ad for President Obama.

The man who refused to go after Bin Laden, is the one who excoriates Mitt Romney as indecisive or unwilling to act.  The gall of the Obama and Clinton team is really remarkable.

But the biggest blowback may be yet to come.

Many Americans do not yet realize how vital stealth and secrecy is, to the world of the special operations command.

The special operators include Navy SEAL’s, US Army Rangers, Army Green Beret, Air Force and Marines.

The President’s speech contained this gem, where he appears to be completely unaware of the work of our military and especially of the Special Operators who produced the result one year ago this week:

“But over the last three years, the tide has turned. We broke the Taliban’s momentum. We’ve built strong Afghan security forces. We devastated al Qaeda’s leadership, taking out over 20 of their top 30 leaders. And one year ago, from a base here in Afghanistan, our troops launched the operation that killed Osama bin Laden. The goal that I set — to defeat al Qaeda, and deny it a chance to rebuild — is within reach.”

So all of this has been accomplished by Barack Obama himself – to hear him tell it – and all within the last three years?

Here is what the Special Operations Command has to say about their operators:

Special Operations Troops Cannot be Mass Produced.”

“It takes years to train operation units to the level of proficiency needed to accomplish difficult and specialized SOF missions.  Intense training – both in SOF schools and units – is required to integrate competent individuals into fully capable units.  This process cannot be hastened without degrading ultimate capability.”  (source: http://www.socom.mil/default.aspx)

Like most mainstream conservatives who have written or spoken, I’ve seen the silly claims that we are all “neocons” and “warmongers” unless we agree that America should adopt the policy of George McGovern, the leftwing candidate for President nominated by the Democrats and slaughtered in the 1972 election.

But the President’s macho claims are at odds with the truth.  And despite the many things that Christian conservatives may have had differences with President Bush about, the truth is that the modern day force of Special Operators in the service of America today, are the product of the Bush years.

And a “gutsy” decision, as Joe Biden claims and as Bill Clinton’s web video claims?

Ryan Zinke, a former SEAL now a GOP State Senator from Montana, said “the decision was a no-brainer.”

About all the unwanted publicity, as the President makes “his” use of special operators a central part of his reelection campaign with this TV ad and with all the media coverage of the once secretive special operators, Clint Bruce, a Navy SEAL officer said “we were extremely surprised and discouraged by the publicity because it compromises the ability of those guys to operate…. the intricacies of national security should not become part of stump speeches.”

Ask yourself this question.

If you had a son or a husband who was a part of this once secretive group of special operators would you feel better now that the President is so openly speaking of the details of their work, or would it make you more nervous about the future safety and security of your loved one?

If it were your loved ones life on the line, would you prefer to not read about details of how they operate, or would you be glad that the President and his campaigners are speaking out in such detail?

And if it was the dedication, training, sacrifice, courage and risk of his life of your son or husband that was put at the service of your country, would you be happy or angry after the President took all the credit in his speech last night, saying “The goal that I set — to defeat al Qaeda, and deny it a chance to rebuild — is within reach”?

The President’s willingness, after he has already retreated from Iraq and is retreating from Afghanistan, to negotiate with the Taliban who have killed so many Americans, is not something that is very popular with those who have served.

President Obama said last night, “my administration has been in direct discussions with the Taliban.”

As Americans come to understand that President Obama is having dealings with these terrorists, and has nothing he can negotiate with (unless he is going to pay them our tax dollars and don’t laugh!), I believe they will be outraged.

The President said “The agreement we signed today sends a clear message to the Afghan people: as you stand up, you will not stand alone.”  But he is withdrawing troops and is claiming today that he reached an agreement to reach a future agreement.

That is downright silly.

Anyone who has ever purchased real estate knows that an agreement to buy a house is only backed with earnest money and is never enforceable – you cannot MAKE somebody reach an agreement, you can only make them forfeit their earnest money.

America’ s earnest money is the blood and treasure we already paid.  It is already forfeit.  There is no such thing as an enforceable “agreement to agree” as the President said with a straight face on TV last night.

When we Christian conservatives object to the President’s politicizing of the secretive, stealthy, small but highly trained special operations forces we are accused of being political.  If the President can run for reelection as a special operations commander he will do so, while the President’s men denounce as “political” those of us who object.

I pray that Americans will understand the work done years in advance to build this community of silent warriors, and that the damage being done to them right now will take many more years to repair.

This President is harvesting the crop planted years earlier by George Bush and the conservatives who have always been the strongest supporters of special operations.  The next President will harvest a force weakened and damaged by this politicizing of the work of the once silent warriors, by the most leftwing President in history.

The magnificent “Bridge Too Far” movie was about a tragedy, where American paratroopers in Operation Market Garden attempted to outflank German Forces in World War II by seizing bridges in advance of an armored advance.  The 35,000 paratroopers flew 300 miles from air bases in England into the Netherlands, with one group of Americans being dropped 64 miles behind enemy lines at Arnhem.

Despite reports that the lightly armed paratroopers would be landed right on top of German tanks, the plan of British General Montgomery goes forward, despite the warning by British Lt. General Frederick Browning, “I think we may be going a bridge too far.”

But General Montgomary believed that his armored troops (tanks) could cross bridge after bridge and advance so rapidly that they would be able to relieve the paratroopers at the Arnhem Bridge 64 miles behind enemy lines.  He was wrong.  That was in fact, a “bridge too far.”

The movie illustrates the disaster of overreaching with a small but highly trained and highly motivated band of paratroopers – special operators – being used incorrectly and not being reinforced and supported.  In Operation Market Garden, some of them were slaughtered by the German tanks and SS forces, and only a very small fraction actually escaped death or capture at Arnhem.

We still do not even have a “status of forces” agreement signed with either Afghanistan or Iraq, where America’s special operators are being sent by this President – with less secrecy and stealth than ever before, into battle.  I pray that it isn’t “a bridge too far” for our special operators.

And I pray that this week, it IS a “bridge too far” for President Obama, who will be thwarted by the America people before our special operations forces pay the price for his blunder.

Occupy Wall Street Resumes Attack on America with today’s May Day Protest

So Occupy Wall Street wants to “celebrate” their special holiday long called “May Day” by “shutting down” 130 American cities today, with various websites calling for a halt to school, work, housework, schoolwork or any other unpleasantness in order to assert power “by the 99%” against the wicked “One Percent.”

And here they go again today with their clenched fist and their angry protests against the American system, and their supposed expression of free speech by “shutting down” American cities, interfering with other people’s ability to earn a living, and breaking their agreement or promise to work (for the few who have jobs) or go to school.

Using much the same language that some self appointed Tea Party leaders also use – the usual “power to the people” and the “truth to power” type of thing, the “Occupy” protesters may have been out of sight and out of mind all of this time but that was just the winter shut down.  For those who lived through or studied the radical left of the 1960′s this is the usual thing – it is now party time.

Ironically, some of the more radical types moving around in our midst happen to love that Guy Fawkes image – that mask with a smiley face.  That became the “occupy” symbol but is also used by some as their badge of protest.  You should be aware that Fawkes was a terrorist in Great Britain, and that “Guy Fawkes Day” is celebrated every year over there as the day that he was captured and his terrorist plot to bomb the Parliament building was stopped.

I have seen some within our movement – usually the ones who hate anyone expressing a belief in Christianity, who are conservative and who say they vote in GOP primaries – employ that symbol and that other revered symbol of the “truth to power” group (as they fancy themselves), Che Guevara, the Marxist thug revolutionary whose face adorns so many T-shirts.

I find it rather ironic in fact, that there are some similarities between the Occupy Wall Street “May Day” protestors and some within our ranks of the Tea Party.  Before I go into a few of those similarities I will caution you that of course there are some rather enormous differences, and I am only speaking of a few within the ranks, none of whom I would ever recommend.

Many of the ironies may be lost on you Dear Reader, so I will stroll you through a few of them to help commemorate “May Day.”

First, it is the date/holiday which Communist occupied countries have traditionally “partied” with marches and demonstrations to show “worker solidarity.”  And of course, if you lived in such a country everyone is supposed to act like they are so happy and pleased to be living in a slave state.

Second, May Day is the “holiday” which the radical left used during the 1960′s to launch their own “May Day” protests against the Vietnam War, their demand for legalization of drugs, their upset over the “influence” of “establishment” including the evil corporations, rich bankers, both political parties, etc.

Oh.  That may sound like some Tea Party types you may know.  So, did you catch the similarities?

Let me be clear on this: I consider myself a “Taxed Enough Already” sympathizer but just like in the conservative cause at large there are some differences of approach within both groups.  I have been a Tea Party, 912 and “patriots” supporter for years, but have been a Christian-conservative many MORE years.

There is a part of the Tea Party which sounds virtually indistinguishable from the 1960′s radical left (ie. drugs, war, and don’t tell me what I am allowed to do).  And those Occupy Wall Streeters, in turn, make sounds (or grunts) like what comes out of the mouth or the “pen” of some of today’s self-appointed Tea Party locals.  Know them by their fruits.

Please note: I do not know of any national Tea Party, 912 or patriot groups or leaders where there is the slightest resemblance to the Occupy Wall Street leftists.  I am referring instead, to Facebook pages and websites and public meetings which anyone can access, and which I have.  Do not laugh – if you have a Facebook page you may very well be “friended” to several of these people – who sound just like Occupy Wall Street May Day leftist protestors.

So tomorrow in a number of cities in America the “Occupy” groups which sounds exactly like Communists, exactly like 1960′s leftists, exactly like the supporters of a certain candidate still running for the GOP nomination for President, and many of whom also dress pretty much the same as well (ie. “we are the ‘workers’”) – will “converge” if that is the word, in a number of cities to make known their protest.

What exactly are they protesting?

Well, they want us to know they are the 99%, and represent “the people.”

That reminds me of the result of some primary elections where I’ve read “we are the people” on Tea Party webpages for the past 2 years, posted by people too busy to attend “how to” workshops offered by American Majority or Leadership Institute or at the recent Pennsylvania Leadership Conference in Harrisburg, PA.

After 2 years of such complaints which never include any attempt to actually meet with officeholders to attempt to influence their vote on key issues, and repeated “we are the people” claims, we then saw primary results (again) in those areas dominated by such groups, of 15 to 25 percent of the vote for their “we are the people” candidate.

Just like the Wall Street leftists, you cannot find too many actual issues that they wish to object to.  They are simply “tired” of “the establishment” running things and they demand that “the will of the people” should be listened to.  Ah.

Similarly tomorrow we will have a group whose philosophy is represented by their clenched fist – the same symbol of Communists around the world for over 80 years and of the American radical left since the 1960′s, marching around to offer some sort of vague protest against “the establishment”.

Three of the groups which are marching together are the SEIU (the “Service Employees International Union”), the Marxists by whatever name they are using this year and the illegals.

About illegals, the radicals of Moveon Dot Org now say that this word describing illegal aliens, we are no longer allowed to use.  It is they aver, so racist and judgmental.

The normally even tempered liberal Juan Williams of Fox News objects, saying that it is like speaking of the bad performance of a student by calling him “dummy.”

No Juan.  Your son or daughter who did not do well in school is NOT at all “just like” an illegal.  He broke no law.  It is never a good idea to call such a child a “dummy” but it is NOT at all the same thing as someone who broke the law to crash our border and live here in violation of our law.

No, they now say, it is preferable to call these visitors to our shores in whose behalf they will “march” on today’s “May Day,” as “undocumented immigrants”.

If I may offer: that is both incorrect and untrue – an immigrant is a person who legally enters a country.

If you lost your documentation then you go get another copy.

If you are here illegally you are breaking the law, you are not allowed to be here, and you are an alien, someone who is subject to the jurisdiction of another country and whose allegiance is to another country.

In American immigration law there is no category for “undocumented worker.”  You can be a legal alien, or an illegal alien.  You can be an immigrant.  You can enter the “path” to American citizenship.  Or you can ignore American law and be an illegal.

And so “illegals” are one of the groups supposedly being represented by the radicalized “May Day” protesters with their new name this year, Occupy Wall Street, demanding the same old thing as before, a leftwing, anti-America agenda.

These are the groups which will be marching around today, some of whose members will engage in civil disobedience to press their complaints against “the 1%” they say are running things.

And that brings us to the most interesting two ironies.

First, the illegals’ cause and the cause of “revolution” to overturn the American system, including our election system which enthrones those who win a majority (or sometimes a plurality, ie. Bill Clinton’s reelection with 42%) of votes – are being championed by illegal means.

Well now isn’t that symmetric?

Second, this “May Day” and its passive or civil disobedience, follows my report yesterday on the call of the Catholic Bishops to work within the system, to put pressure on elected officials, to replace elected officials and if all of that fails then to actually engage in civil disobedience.

So there’s two very disparate groups both speaking of change, both opposing the “establishment” and both saying that their followers should make change but if that fails, then their followers should resist to the point of civil disobedience.

What is the difference?

The Catholics work within the system, including pressing elected officials not to abrogate their religious liberty under the First Amendment.  The Occupy Leftists seem to tear down the system, and demand that government should have no restriction on its powers to force people to give them money and power.

In other words the Occupy Leftists would demand that their law breaking should not be prosecuted because that is just their free speech…. and they would be the one yelling the loudest to put Catholics in jail who refuse to pay for infanticide services which their religion teaches is murder.

The Catholics uphold the idea of government restrained by the Bill of Rights.  The Occupy Leftists demand more power be used by the government to take from one group and give to them what they did not earn.

The Catholics ask nothing from government except to be left alone.  The Occupy Leftists demand that government take from one group to give to them.

The Catholics have jobs and are being urged to vote for candidates who will uphold the American Bill of Rights and the Rule of Law.  The clenched fist of the Marxists posing as Occupy Wall Street is a symbol of oppression from Bolshevik Russia, used by jobless leftists – often students, labor union leaders and professional agitators in America for many years as a thinly veiled threat of violence to tear down the system they hate.

And that sums it up: one group refuses as a matter of conscience to allow the government to violate their most core beliefs about the right to life, and defends what is great about America – the First Amendment and the idea of constraining government power.

The Occupy Wall Street “May Day” protesters have kicked off their new season to complain about the American system and demand more power to the government, and more of an assault on freedom.

Let us hope and pray that our newer friends who consider themselves Tea Party, 912 and/or patriot minded, stand on this side of the line with conservatives, with Christians and Jews, with the Catholics, and not on that side represented by the clenched fist complaining about “the establishment” where both parties are the same thing (to them), and the country is run by the bankers, the corporations, the Jews, the monied interests.

I’m on the side of freedom, on the side which demands constraints on government power, which demands that every elected official answer the question, what are you doing right now to defend your constituents from our own government?   I’m on the side that knows moral right is the foundation basis of law, not simply “I want” and “I demand” or as they said at age 7, “gimme gimme.”

I’m for the American system, and with the primary election over here in Pennsylvania, I have a clear picture of which candidates I can support and which ones whose election I fear.  There’s a heck of a difference.  The other side has the clenched fist in the air, whines when you speak of “illegals.”  They want to “transform” America and I’m with the group that wants to preserve what the American founding fathers created, and get us back on that path which led to American exceptionalism.

PCW Invades White House Correspondent’s Dinner

PCW Extreme Political TV
Frederick High School
Frederick, MD
Monday April 30th, 2012
Host: Johnny Suave

Suave is in the ring to start the show but he doesn’t even get through the introduction before…

Two men come out and unroll a white carpet to the ring steps. Dancers then dance. Ballet dancers…ballet?
Little children walk up the white carpet and drop rose petals. Someone lets loose some pigeons…not sure just how they’ll get out of the building. The crowd stands as PCW CEO Barack Obama appears. Behind Obama walks Joe Biden.  Both look incredibly pissed off.

Suave wonders if it has anything to do with this…

Replay: White House Correspondent‘s Dinner aka ‘Nerdprom’
It’s the big night.  The stars come out at the gala including Kim Kardashian, Woody Harrelson, George Clooney, Steven Spielberg, Paul Rudd, Elizabeth Banks, Reese Witherspoon, Daniel Day-Lewis, Martha Stewart, Diane Keaton, Rashida Jones, John Legend among
others interspersed with the ‘Blue’ table with Democrat wrestlers on one side of the room and the ‘Red’ table on the other side with Republicans.

Suave: Because nothing says America more than politicians parading around with celebrities at a time where ordinary Americans aren’t any closer to pulling themselves out of the economic hole they’re stuck in.

PCW CEO Barack Obama gave the traditional joke-filled address…

Obama: Seriously, guys, what am I doing here? I’m the CEO of Political Championship Wrestling and I’m opening for Jimmy
Kimmel
?…Why am I telling knock-knock jokes to Kim Kardashian? What is she famous for, anyway?

And then gave way to late night talk show host Jimmy Kimmel…

Kimmel: When I think ‘Mitt Romney,’ I don’t think Etch a Sketch — I think of Twister. You can’t even play Monopoly with him, because he keeps putting the dog on the car.”

Both the Blue and Red tables hurled barbs back and forth until Kimmel uncorked this…

Kimmel: Some people say journalism is in decline, they say you’ve become too politicized, too focused on sensationalism, they say you no longer honor your duty to inform America but instead actively divide us so that your corporate overlord can rake in the profits.  I don’t have a joke for this, it’s just what some people say.

*”Can You Hear the People Sing” from Les Miserables plays*

Charlie Blackwell and Mike the Mechanic from the American Heartland Coalition charged into the hall with PCW’s Queen of Extreme Valora Salinas, Politically Incorrect (Al Cahall, Nic Koteen, NRA), The Tea Party (Average Joe and ‘Tin Cup’ Ray McAvay), PBR and Chief, The Mercenaries (Dawn McGill and Svetlana Kovalevski), Ron Claude Von Dammit, Halitosis, SNAFU, Brad Company, Ken Worth- The American Trucker, and Mitch Thomas- American Taxpayer.  Suffice to say, all hell broke loose.

Blackwell hurls two steel chairs at the Republican table and the group wades in.  Dawn McGill uses a kendo stick on Kim Kardashian and then blasts Republican Lani Harlot with a brutal kendo stick shot to the back.  , and that’s enough to draw a “PCW! PCW! PCW!” chant from the crowd. Several celebs try to run away, but Valora Salinas chases them down and levels Martha Stewart with a clothesline. Both Red and Blue tables are engulfed in brawls as McGill goes back to work with the kendo stick before we on a running Reese
Witherspoon.  Svetlana Kovalevski wedges one of the chairs into the door and McGill sends a poor Diane Keaton into the chair.

McGill: And I hated Annie Hall, too!

Elizabeth Banks hides behind Woody Harrelson who tries to talk some sense into Valora.  The probem is Valora’s not buying it and thumbs Harrelson in the eye. Banks gets back to her feet and tries to make a run for it but McGIll connects with a kendo stick shot to her back. Then Kovalevski hits a springboard dropkick that nearly takes Banks’s head off.

Blackwell and Mike the Mechanic make it up to the dias where PCW CEO Obama and Biden long since fled the area and Kimmel simply steps out of the way.

Blackwell: Enough.  The ‘issue’ is the fact that our politicians in Washington D.C. seem to be more concerned about money, power, and re-election than they are actually doing the work that we, the voters, elected them to do. The ‘issue’ is how are we going to get
government to address the myriad of problems ordinary Americans face? Stagnant wages. Rising cost of living. Health care. Taxes. Bankruptcy and foreclosures. As a patriotic, free-thinking, independent, progressively populist American, I’m equally as f’n proud to stand for what I think is right for America and not what’s right for the Republicans and Democrats. I’m even more f’n proud that I
choose to stand with ordinary Americans. You know, the ones who’ve seen their standard of living drop over the past few years and have been ignored by both parties because they’re too busy sucking up to their big money special interests to actually solve their problems.

The Republican and Democratic wrestlers try to get the podium but are driven back.

Blackwell: No, the people who have every right to be angry are ordinary Americans. The ones who’ve seen their government hijacked by
extremists on both sides of the aisle and special interest groups. The ones who fight a never ending battle to feed their families and pay their mortgages with stagnant wages against the rising tide of the cost of living. The ones who don’t show up at expensive fund raisers or write out large checks to candidates. The ones who are losing their houses at an exponential rate to foreclosure. The ones who have to work multiple jobs to keep up and can’t afford the cost health insurance thanks to the greed of pharmacuetical companies, trial lawyers and insurance companies. The ones who’ve pretty much tuned out the political process for the one dollar, one vote, slime-filled cesspool that’s it’s become. Those are the ones who have the right to be angry; not partisans who shine the light on the cockroaches who infest the other parties while ignoring the ones that infest his own.

===========

Obama angrily cuts the replay and says he’s going to deal with what happened Saturday night but suddenly we go to the back.

Both Republicans and Democrats are laying out Blackwell and theindependents.

Then they realize something…and then the Republicans and Democrats go after each other.

Obama and Biden head to the back to stop the brawling as the show ends.

Newt Says Uncle/Obama Announces New Titles

PCW Politics is War on P-SPAN Recap
Huntington Civic Center
Huntington, WV
Thursday April 26th, 2012

PCW Extreme Political TV Main Event: Yamamoto Tanaka (R) w/ Mitt Romney (R-MA) vs. Newt Gingrich (R-GA)
The bell rang and Gingrich, to his credit, took the fight right to Tanaka and promptly ate a powerbomb.

Tanaka, to his credit, dispensed with the gratiutious destruction of Mr. Gingrich and merely dragged him up to the top rope for the cursery Japanese SuperDestroyer. With Gingrich splayed out on the mat, Tanaka put his foot on Gingrich’s chest and the referee could have counted to three hundred and the result would have been the same.

Newt Gingrich (R-GA) hobbles out and talks with the ‘Voice of PCW’ Johnny Suave.

Gingrich: Fine.  I’m suspending my campaign.  Are you happy now?

Then Gingrich limps off.

(1) World B. Peace def. PBR w/Chief
PBR is about to hit the Blue Ribbon Blast when Peace snaps ands elbows PBR in the head, knocking him out cold.  Peace makes the cover for the easy pin.

PCW CEO Barack Obama Addresses World B. Peace

Obama says he wants to address the whole World B. Peace thing.

Last Night: World B. Peace vs. Richard Headd of Guys With Unfortunate
First Names Given Their Surnames.
Peace swept into PCW earlier in the night with a message of love and peace. Then Headd accidently collided with him and Peace uncorked a nasty elbow to the back of his head and knocked him out cold for the win.

Peace then apologized afterwards and blamed the incident on a sudden outbreak of acne that irritated his face.

Suave: You mean to tell me that the reason he decked him with that elbow is because World Peace broke out?

Biden takes the microphone and says it’s time to heed the timeless advice from Teddy Roosevelt: ‘Speak softly and carry a big stick.’ End of quote.

Biden: I promise you, the president has a big stick.

Pause for the requisite flurry of snickering from the crowd.

Obama: Joe, don’t say that.

More snickering from the crowd.

Obama then announces that ‘he’s had enough’ of the extreme nonsense in PCW.
First, he’s suspending World Peace for two weeks.

Suave: Wait.  Can someone actually suspend World Peace?  Well, besides actually declaring war and such…

Obama then clarifies that he’s suspending the wrestler- World B. Peace.  Then he turns to the big announcement.

Obama: Tonight, just like the NFL is doing in New York, PCW is having a draft.  Democrats and Republicans will get to choose wrestlers to compete for the “Blue” belt (Democrats) and the “Red” belt (Republicans).

Obama added as a special treat, the draftees also get to go to Saturday night’s ‘nerd prom’ aka the White House Correspondents Dinner.

Backstage, PCW Investigative Reporter Woodward Bernstein asked Obama spokesperson Jay Carney what about the Independents and those not drafted.  Carney shrugged and walked away.

COMMERCIAL BREAK

In the ring, PCW CEO Obama stands behind a podium a la NFL Commissioner Roger Goodell with Democratic Leader Debbie Wasserman-Schultz to the left of him and Republican Leader Rance Priebus to the right.

The draft then began…

PCW Draft
Round One:
Democrats- PCW Champion The Sanderman; Republicans- Yamamoto Tanaka

Round Two:
Republicans- Scott Walker’s Rangers: Ronnie and John Walker; Democrats- Big Union: Big Labor and James the Jeep Worker with Union Maid

Round Three:

Round Seven:
Democrats- PCW Television Champion ’The One Man Hollywood A-List’ Stone Chism; Republicans- Arizona Rough Justice: D.B. Ruff and Connor
Justice

The first seven rounds provided little drama.  It was the final round that raised a few eyebrows.

Round Eight:
Republicans- RINO- The Wonk Machine

Suave noted that Mitt Romney’s influence may have pushed that pick.

Then the Democrats stunned everyone.

Democrats- former PCW Champion Daniel-San.

As Daniel-San walked up to the podium, John Creese and the Cobra Conservatives attacked and set off a brawl between the Republicans and Democrats.

The good, the bad and the stupid. A report on PA primary election results and what’s next for conservatives.

“This is our challenge; and this is why here in this hall tonight, better than we have ever done before, we have got to quit talking to each other and about each other and go out and communicate to the world that we may be fewer in numbers than we have ever been, but we carry the message they are waiting for.  We must go forth from here united, determined that what a great general said a few years ago is true: There is no substitute for victory.”  Ronald Reagan at 1976 GOP Convention after his defeat

**

Fascinating difference between the tactics of the anti-establishment candidates running in the GOP primary this past Tuesday and their challengers.  And, nothing different in the past, including the usual complaint that “the machine” and “the money” beat us.  Did some of these folks just wake up this year?  Are they incapable of learning anything from history?

First, I will summarize: some of my candidates won, some lost, and in some cases I saw mixed results in Pennsylvania this past Tuesday.  I have no complaints and happily endorse every GOP candidate who won their primary even against my favored candidates.  More later.  On now, to the good, the bad and the stupid.

When Ronald Reagan lost in 1976, he ended his brief and extemporaneous remarks televised on national TV with the clarion call “There is no substitute for victory.”

Well now.  How can a loser call for victory?  What did he mean as he echoed the phrase we’d heard from him in defeat, that “the cause goes on”?

Now you watch, because the Media Matters or Daily KOS folk who are assigned to RED STATE are most likely going to go crazy about this but here it is:

Reagan said that even in defeat we must fight on, that each primary and election is but a single war in an ongoing battle between right and wrong, good and evil, the light and the dark.

Reagan meant that you and I and those who yearn for a RED STATE America must never be dispirited by a loss in a single battle.  We must never, ever think the lesson is, give up.

How we can go on to victory can be seen by what Reagan did in 1976.

In defeat, Reagan went out and campaigned for the candidates who were closest to his philosophy around the United States and who had won their primary and were then the official candidates for U.S. Senator and for Congressman.

In the next 2 years Ronald Reagan spoke out on a variety of issues and helped some of those who shared his views win primary elections and general elections.

Ronald Reagan’s followers saw the fundraising appeals he sent out, heard his call to arms and they followed him into more battles in the future.  Some we won, some we lost, but our army held together during the weeks, months and years following that defeat in Kansas City, 1976.  It was a byproduct of those efforts – not the goal or purpose – that Ronald Reagan’s army held together well enough that they were able to help him win the GOP nomination for President and the Presidency four years later.

Today, some of our best conservative leaders in Pennsylvania – like Andy Shaw to name one – were defeated.  I hope and I pray that this is but their start as conservative leaders and that his narrow loss to “Planned Parenthood’s favorite Pennsylvania GOP State Senator” was but a single battle in the long war that will continue against the liberal left.

I hope that we will see Rick Santorum, Andy Shaw and others who carried our banner into battle this past year, carry on by supporting the candidates who speak for our values, speak out for what we believe in, make a difference, build our army and go forward to block the liberal left and win for the values voter, conservative right in the future.

I pray that we won’t see another Christine O’Donnell, who terribly disappointed so many of us not because she lost, not because the leftwing and their “water carriers” within our midst defamed her, but because when she was knocked down she stayed down, she never used her name recognition and her giant mailing list to build our cause and to help other candidates and other organizations but faded away so that today she is only useful as an example of what “not” to do after you lose.

Just as happened two years ago there were some victories and some losses – some good people lost once again.

So much for “the good.”  And now, the bad:

I quoted Saul Alinsky because I saw some candidates who very much reminded me of that quote.

Foremost, among the users of the tactics of Saul Alinsky in the GOP primary in Pennsylvania this past Tuesday is losing candidate Steve Welch, whose TV ads kept repeating what a great conservative he is and how his closest competitor is a liberal.

I was far from convinced and thankfully, so were PA GOP voters who nominated Tom Smith, who echoed and reeked of “traditional values” in both how he spoke and in what he spoke.  Unlike Sam Rohrer he has no long history of supporting conservative causes (which is why I voted for Sam Rohrer for the third time – once for Governor as a write in last time, and before that in the GOP primary for Governor).

Unlike Sam Rohrer, the official candidate of the GOP State Central Committee (you know – the people who told us Arlen Specter was their ideal as a U.S. Senator), candidate Steve Welch, had money and he used it to try to win the GOP nomination.

I will happily vote for the man who defeated both the liberal/opportunist Steve Welch and my candidate Sam Rohrer, the GOP nominee for U.S. Senator Tom Smith and strongly recommend him, unpersuaded by those who say his past a Democrat should disqualify him.  I note that some said that about former Democrat Ronald Reagan also, when he ran for Governor of California.

But other candidates in the GOP primary this past Tuesday here in Pennsylvania besides Steve Welch reminded me of Saul Alinsky as well.

Without naming names I will give a very specific example, one that should be conclusive to all except Ron Paul supporters who would privately concede that I am correct but never, ever here publicly.

The Ron Paul organization learned a lesson from past campaigns.  Since I do not agree with them on foreign policy and most especially do not agree that “there’s no difference between the GOP and the Democrats” and I do not like their smear tactics against conservatives (everybody can’t be a “neocon” you fools!!) I’d easily go along with calling their candidates “the bad” to return to the title of today’s article and the second third of today’s message.

Any dedicated Ron Paul “organizer” knows that most traditional values and mainstream conservative voters would be very reluctant to ever vote for a Ron Paul candidate for Delegate or Alternate Delegate to the Republican National Nominating Convention in 2012.

Pennsylvania, like many other states, has a separate “beauty contest” to see who you favor for President – Mitt Romney, Rick Santorum, Newt Gingrich or Ron Paul.

The Presidential primary “beauty” contest results showed Ron Paul getting clobbered with 13.2% of GOP votes versus Romney’s 58%.  Even the candidate who had withdrawn the week prior, Rick Santorum, beat Ron Paul with 18.3% of the vote.

So how can you elect GOP Convention Delegates for Ron Paul for President, if only 1 out of 8 voters like your candidate?  How can you get a majority of voters in any Congressional District to elect your slate of four candidates in each congressional district?

Study Saul Alinsky.  His basic message to the far left when he wrote his book, dedicated to that other revolutionary group of an earlier age who like the Ron Paul “organizers” also cannot stand “the establishment” and also sees no difference between the GOP and the Democrats, was simply this:

Lie.  And demonize your opponent, always making it personal.

Put more softly, Alinsky urged, don’t reveal your true colors.  Deny everything, and blend in with society, while constantly attacking “the establishment” and always making it personal.

Most people are either stupid or gullible so you will get away with it.  This is the teaching of Saul Alinsky (not my view so do not misquote me) – and there are some who participate in GOP primary elections who would deny it, would attack anyone (such as the undersigned) who reports the truth: they proudly use the tactics of Saul Alinsky, including deception and misdirection, to get votes and support from conservatives who if they knew the truth, would NEVER vote for such candidates.

Of course, just like any Alinskyite, they would bitterly DENY that they are lying even when you caught them red handed using these tactics of deception and misdirection.  They would also use the Alinsky tactic of demonizing whoever wrote that about them (watch – if any of theirs are reading this you will see, you will recognize them by their fruit).

In the 4th congressional district of Pennsylvania, some of the Ron Paul candidates won election as GOP National Convention delegates or alternatives, running such a campaign of deception and misdirection, while carefully and purposely hiding their true colors.

Those who voted for these Ron Paul “revolutionaries” would be shocked to know their true colors.  Why?  Because here is what I read about them:

On their facebook pages, NOTHING about Ron Paul except for ONE of their eight candidates, ONE.

That’s right.  Of eight candidates running pledged to Ron Paul – four as Delegate and four as Alternate, only ONE of those four I could find a facebook page that indicated their strong support for Ron Paul.

Apparently, he didn’t get the Saul Alinsky memo, or else, he is “rebelling” against the rebels.  Whatever.  7 out of 8 Ron Paul candidates carefully HID their association with and their dedication to Ron Paul or saw fit not to have a Facebook page which happened to mention this.

And that one Facebook page out of the eight, will of course, not be read by MOST of those Christian-conservative activists who voted this past Tuesday, nor by most GOP primary voters, because it is the Ron Paul forces, like their brethren of the radical left, who employ social media, while Christian conservatives mostly continue to slumber on, either without any social media at all or only checking their Facebook page every week or so.

But Saul Alinsky would tell you to use misdirection not simply evasion.

So listen to what I read for some of their candidates – the Ron Paul candidates – at the Christian PAC website, Americans for Christian Traditions in our Nation.  This is the questionnaire that ACTION of PA York Chapter circulated to each candidate, and then put their answers on their website as a voter guide:

Note that only ONE candidate of the full slate of eight Ron Paul candidates (which you can only find by looking for the official Ron Paul website by the way), mentioned her support for Ron Paul in this questionnaire.  And only ONE candidate of these eight (not her) mentioned Ron Paul on their Facebook page.

This is the triumph of Saul Alinsky “deception and misdirection” if ever we will see it.

The response from Christian conservatives OUGHT to be and I hope will be: there is power in those tactics of the dark side, which can only be banished with MORE light.  Here is the truth, albeit after the fact- here is what they really wrote, and notice for yourself that only ONE of them says a word about Ron Paul.

This is the response to the questionnaire which was then posted on the website of Americans for Christian Traditions in our Nation, of several of the Ron Paul candidates (their words):

*

ACTION OF PA’S 2012 VOTER GUIDE – DELEGATE TO THE REPUBLICAN NATIONAL / CONVENTION 4th DISTRICT

* (candidate 1, name withheld)

I am a wife, mother, Registered Nurse and relentless pro-life activist. I know God’s laws

are above all others. The life issue is the most important one for me and the reason I am running for delegate.

Uncommitted — want most pro-life candidate elected

* (candidate 2, name withheld)

I am running for alternate delegate because I was solicited by my friends and neighbors in Pennsylvania to represent the interests of conserving the principles of our country’s founding.

Undeclared

* (candidate 3, name withheld)

I am running as a delegate because I want to make sure the Republican nominee maintains a Constitutional platform of limited government and conservative principles.

Mitt Romney, but will respect the vote of Pennsylvanians

* (candidate 4, name withhold – the only one to mention Ron Paul)

I want to represent Congressman Paul and do what I can to assist in his endeavor, as I believe he is one of the few truly honest statesmen left standing.

Ron Paul

*

(the candidates for alternate delegate were not listed at ACTION of PA webpage so I had to go to a Ron Paul page to get their names, and look for their facebook page to see – that out of EIGHT candidates for alternate delegate or delegate only ONE mentioned Ron Paul there)

Now, I am sure the lawyers in our midst will say that this is not an example of lying (with the ONE exception immediately above, out of eight candidates).  And since my namesake was a lawyer, in fact as some may have forgotten the lawyer most responsible for the bill of rights, I will defend myself by saying your assertion is at best, arguable, and at worst, disingenuous.

Claiming to rebut my calling these candidates “liars” is a strawman argument because I did not call them liars.  I said they are using misdirection and/or deception.  I did not call anyone a liar, although clearly one could make such an argument.

And people have been arguing about “the ends justify the means” long before Saul Alinsky’s quote which I cited at the start of today’s offering.  Hence, a Paul supporter who either quotes Alinsky or uses words to that effect while denying the link, might offer this:

“I truly do believe what I wrote, so I am not lying.”

So I will repeat: I did not say it is a lie, because I acknowledge someone who uses misdirection and deception can argue he is not a liar.  Any lawyer can help you understand why (a) these are not lies and (b) why so many non-lawyers hate lawyers.

Just to give you one example: “Your honor, my client’s position is that he did not lie, but the person saying that is using smear tactics and is a hypocritical Christian.”

Notice, the lawyer can say this even if he knows that his client is a damned liar and even if he knows that the person who wrote that about his client is a Saint (which I am of course, NOT saying that I am).  The lawyer would point out that he (a) did not say it is true, and (b) did not say it is his belief.

This shows why people detest lawyers.  It also should illustrate how someone who supported Ron Paul for President would happily use the tactics of Saul Alinsky.

Alinsky would cheerfully echo Marxist doctrine in teaching you that what is morally right is what produces victory, and what is morally wrong is that which will not help you win.

And that means, the practitioner of these tactics, is using exactly the same tactics on values voters and on Christians, that the liberal left uses.  Same tactics, same target, same purpose: defeat us and take power.

And that brings me to the final part of today’s offering: The stupid.

Now I want to start out by apologizing to any dear Reader who thinks I am calling you stupid.  All of us are in some area, uniformed.  I am hoping that those who did not know what I am about to share will not take insult but will be informed and guided for the future.

You are only STUPID in my view, when you keep repeating the behavior that never works, keep repeating the behavior that never gets you a good result.  Others have said that such behavior is insane but I think it is actually a slight bit more charitable to ask you, isn’t that STUPID?

I was sad that Sam Rohrer didn’t win last time.  But if you don’t work to raise money and build an organization you will get the same result this time, that you got last time.  There are plenty of candidates across America who did the same thing and who should have known better.

Better campaign organization, including building lists of supporters and doing the necessary fundraising, are not tasks that happen happen by themselves.  This is hard work and also requires some knowledge (see my previous article).

Fundraising is the least popular, least enjoyable part of a campaign, according to both winners and losers.  Yet it is one of the things which when done properly and in advance, separates the winners from the losers, especially so in primary elections.

And in fact, money begets money – so the more you raise early, the more you will then thereafter, raise.

Speaking out on the issues of concern to conservatives and finding who your friends and allies are in advance, is not something that happens on its own, nor something which you can ignore for a few years then suddenly do a “make up” in the final 6 months before voters cast their ballot.

You’ve either been there in those battles, or else, you have not.

If you were there, you either were speaking out for our conservative beliefs or you were not.  If you did that, then you either reached out and made new friends, or you did not.

And if you did all of this and failed to keep a list of your new friends you simply cannot make up for that failure in the last six months.

By way of comparison, I remind you of the career of two people: Hillary Clinton and Barack Obama, both schooled in the tactics of the very Saul Alinsky whose name appears so prominently in my offering today.  Hillary did a paper on Alinsky and was offered a job as an Instructor on graduation, and Obama actually accepted and was both an Instructor at the Alinsky Institute in Chicago, and then a “community organizer.”

Both Hillary Clinton and Barack Obama used issues, made lists, learned and did fundraising and then put it all together in a well planned campaign.  Unlike so many of my conservative friends who did not do so well this past Tuesday.

Which is why I am dwelling on this topic in my offering of 2 days ago (read HERE) and again today.

All too often we have candidates who think that by being a great speaker or by being right on “the issues” they can simple coast to victory in a primary because “God” will make it so, and “the people” will “rise up.”

Silly goose.  That is like opening up a lemonade stand in your backyard behind a tree and a fence where no one will see you, instead of on the front sidewalk where there is traffic.

God does in fact, help those who help themselves.  God does in fact, prefer you and I to be better organized, and to start thinking about this further in advance.

A campaign that has no money and has no volunteers is usually the one that also had no business plan (see previous article on this topic, which I rather inartfully called the “Conservative Primary Losers Checklist” but which is more correctly the “Winner’s Checklist to Win Next time”).

The anti-establishment radical left always makes the claim that we conservatives have the money and the corporations and they have “the people.”  Their answer is to “speak truth to power” (they claim) and to use their “people power” advantage to overcome the monied interests, throw them (us) all out, and take over.

This is a many decades old strategy of the Marxist left, popularized by Saul Alinsky and very often quoted and used by some Tea Party, 912 and “patriot” newcomers who so often don’t even realize that they are so exactly parroting the leftwing.  It is also a line routinely used by Ron Paul supporters.

In fact, it is why I end today’s article with this third segment entitled “the stupid.”  Because if you fall for this “we are the people that’s why we have no money/organization” silliness then you are echoing the left and you deserve to be fooled and to lose.

The finalists in the closing week of the U.S. Senate race and the U.S. Congressional race are not the “purist conservatives” who kept arguing that they were fighting the guys who “had the money.”  That convinced no one because those using it were very obviously seen by most everyone as simply making excuses for their own lousy performance.

No, the finalists in the 4th district were Chris Reilly and Scott Perry who did the work to raise the money and who then had TV commercials, direct mail and nice literature to go along with the volunteers they were able to recruit.  The finalist in the U.S. Senate race wasn’t Sam Rohrer but the two who were on TV and who also sent out voter mail and nice literature.

You cannot overcome the money and GOP establishment advantages of a Steve Walsh simply by making a great speech/performance at the PA Leadership Conference and winning their straw poll by a huge margin, sadly.  Sorry Sam Rohrer.  I don’t like it, but that is the truth.

If each time we conservatives lose we simply complain “money/the establishment beat us again” and then go home, the less conservative candidate always wins the primary and then of course, the general election.

Money also buys nicer cars, nicer homes, nicer clothes and better healthcare.  And people who are better organized and have a business plan very often, are the ones who have more money.

So we are supposed to sit the general election out also, since you cannot beat “the money” and “the establishment” candidates, or throw our vote away on a third party candidate in a close race to see who will control the U.S. Senate or Congress or State House?

And then, next time around we simply repeat the same thing again, and get the same result again in the primary?

Wrong.  Why not begin organizing right now?  Why not make a commitment right now to stay active and build our cause?

The “establishment” candidates can and are beaten but only when we are better organized and start much earlier, whether it is we who want to support winners or the candidates themselves – we are all in this together so Dear Reader, don’t be blaming everything on the candidate.  What will YOU bring to the “table” next time, to help your candidate organize better?

If you ran for office or if you supported a candidate for office who lost, why not look around and find one or more conservative/values voters type organizations you can support and stick with them?  Why not become one of that group’s leaders?  Why not start well in advance to build our cause?

I counted over a dozen mainstream conservative and values voter type groups at the recent Pennsylvania Leadership Conference and hundreds at the Conservative Political Action Conference.

Why not look at how one builds lists, how one impacts public policy questions, how one can recruit others to join you?

How about doing what Ronald Reagan said: go out of here, and despite a defeat, tell others about our cause so that next time, there are more of us, and along the path to that future victory, we can put up more of a fight on the issues we care about, and do a much better job of influencing public policy debate?

So, like other conservatives, I have some disappointments during this year’s primary season.  Here in Pennsylvania, for Governor, the candidate I supported, Sam Rohrer, lost as he did last time.

Rohrer lost by a very, very large margin, as he did in his run for Governor.  He lost while the winner raised more money, recruited more volunteers and spoke a conservative message with their voice amplified by those dollars and those volunteers.  He didn’t raise the money last time and he didn’t raise the money this time.

My candidate for President, Rick Santorum, also lost, even as he earned more votes and won more states than any other challenger to the “establishment” candidate since Ronald Reagan (and WOW do the liberals hate it when you say that!!).

Another candidate I supported to topple Planned Parenthood’s favorite GOP State Senator in Pennsylvania, conservativee Andy Shaw running against Pat Vance, also lost, having been outspent by a wide margin.

My first choice for the GOP nominee for Congress, lost by a large margin (Chris Reilly).  At least he ran a competitive race as far as organization, money and volunteers, and his commercials featuring Senator Pat Toomey (actually an independent group) were fabulous.

On the other hand, three of my four choices – who I endorsed in this space in advance for GOP Delegate to the GOP convention won (pledged to Rick Santorum: G. Edwin Matthias and Marilyn S. Gillispie and to Newt Gingrich, PA-LC co-founder Charlie Gerow, despite his still not wanting to be my Facebook friend).

I thank Chris Reilly, Rick Santorum, Sam Rohrer and Andy Shaw, and all of those who ran for office this year using principles and issues as their engine, even in defeat.  Thank you, God bless you and your families and all of those who worked for you or gave donations to you, for the sacrifice you made to hoist up what Ronald Reagan called “the banner of no pale pastels but of bold and vibrant colors.”

But now is not the time, in defeat, to walk off the battlefield.  It is the time Reagan urged us to stick with it.

So I proudly say:

I will support Mitt Romney for President because the speeches I have heard from him, especially this past week, are what I want to hear from my TV, my radio, on the internet and in newspapers for the next four years, not more of Obama and his minions.

I proudly support Tom Smith for U.S. Senator because foremost, he will vote to throw Harry Reid out as Senate Majority Leader, and will vote for most of the measures that add up to a conservative platform.

And I will proudly support State Representative Scott Perry to win the Congressional race because he will help keep Nancy Pelosi out and has a strong record of championing conservative values and views.

Yes, I know that you can say something critical about each of these choices – and I most certainly HAVE during the past 9 weeks, in many of the 102,360 words offered here on RED STATE, in 46 articles averaging 2,225 words each).

But the primaries are – for me here in Pennsylvania – over and done with, the battle lines are drawn and I see what is on my left – the forces of Obama, and who is carrying my flag into this battle.

So without reservation: I’m for Mitt Romney for President, Tom Smith for U.S. Senator, Scott Perry for U.S. Congress, and for the reelection of State Representative Seth Grove.

Does that make me a “straight line Republican” voter?  Hold on there friend.

I wrote in Sam Rohrer for Governor last general election and if I lived in his district it would take a mighty powerful argument (which I’ve not heard) to convince me to vote in the general election for Planned Parenthood’s favorite GOP State Senator, Pat Vance instead of writing in the awesome Andy Shaw, who failed by just 300 votes in his bid to topple her.

Things are so much simpler in my district, where State Rep. Seth Grove, a past “Statesman of the Year” of Americans for Christian Traditions in our Nation (ACTION of PA) in York County, ran against the same candidate as last time and increased his victory margin from 72% to this year’s 82%.

The challenger echoed the same material circulated by the libertarian and/or anti-GOP group which uses Glenn Beck’s name, which is anti-establishment, they are all the same thing, topple the bad guys and power to the people and oh, we have no money but we have the truth.

Good going – the incumbent increased his margin by 10 points over last time when he was challenged by the same person using the same arguments and no issue that I ever heard or read about where I agree with him and not with the incumbent.

How about, lets you and I who are mainstream conservatives, get out there now, and make sure our side wins this year 2012, so we can then push hard to enact the conservative agenda in the months and years after the election is over?  Won’t we have a much more favorable hearing with most of those who won the GOP primaries, rather than knocking on the door of a liberal Democratic President, Senators, Congressmen and state legislators?

As Reagan said in 1976 in defeat, and I will quote it again to conclude: “This is our challenge; and this is why here in this hall tonight, better than we have ever done before, we have got to quit talking to each other and about each other and go out and communicate to the world that we may be fewer in numbers than we have ever been, but we carry the message they are waiting for.  We must go forth from here united, determined that what a great general said a few years ago is true: There is no substitute for victory.”

Romney All But Ends It

PCW Pennsylvania Punditry
Red Crown Bowling Center
Harrisburg, PA
Tuesday April 24, 2012
Play by Play: ‘The Voice of PCW’ Johnny Suave

Newt Gingrich (R-GA) came out and said the race isn’t over until he says it over.  Since no one else in the back is willing to wrestle for him, he’ll take on Mitt Romney‘s
(R-MA) wrestler ‘The Japanese SuperDestroyer’ Yamamoto Tanaka (R) himself if he
has to.

Romney comes out and immediately agrees to the match.

(1) ‘PCW’s Queen of Extreme’ Valora Salinas def. ‘Tin Cup‘ Ray McAvay of the Tea Party

Valora tuned up for her upcoming match against ‘The One Man Hollywood A-List’ Stone Chism (D) for the PCW Television Champion by destroying McAvay.  Chism watched the match with Code Pink and Emily S. List but did not intervene.  After the match, Chism and company left.

Former PCW Women’s Champion Kathryn Randall Colllins (D) came out and demanded an immediate rematch against new champion Miss USA.

Replay: Miss USA’s victory over KRC last Thursday on PCW Politics is
War on P-SPAN

KRC again petitioned the PCW Competition Committee for relief.  Leader of the Competition Committee John Boehner (R-OH) came out and told her that he would bring it up for a quick vote.

(2) Tom Tebow- Tim Tebow‘s Long Lost Black Sheep Brother He Never Knew He Had w/Suspended St. Louis Ram Defensive Coordinator Gregg Williams def. Ronnie Walker (R) of Scott Walker’s (R-WI) Rangers.

Tebow tried to take out Walker’s knee but John Walker (R) made the save.  After the match, Tebow and Williams went back and met PCW Tag Team Champions Big
Union (Democrats ‘The Self Proclaimed Savior of the Middle Class’ Big Labor and
James the Jeep Worker) to collect their bounty.

Big Union refused on the basis that Tebow didn’t get the job done and a scuffle broke out before security jumped in.

PCW Competition Committee Meeting
Eric Cantor (R-VA) held a meeting for Republicans and tried to rally the troops against sanctioning the match between Yamamoto Tanaka and Newt Gingrich.

Cantor: All right.  I don’t care what you think of Newt, this match should not be sanctioned nor take place.  Those of you who will oppose this, raise your hands.

Only a smattering of hands go up.

Cantor: No, seriously.  Who’s against this match?

Again, only a slight few raise their hands.

Cantor: Oh, come on.  I know Newt has his moments but still…let’s try again.  Those who will oppose this match raise their hands.

Yet again, only a few scattered hands go up.  Meanwhile, on the Democratic side…

Nancy Pelosi (D-CA): Okay, those in favor of sanctioning the Tanaka-Gingrich match raise your hand-

Immediately, hands are thrust into the air.  Some put both hands up.

‘The Voice of PCW’ Johnny Suave: HOLY CRAP!  WE’VE GOT BIPARTISAN CONSENSUS!  SOMEONE MARK THIS DOWN ON THE CALENDAR!

(3)  World B. Peace def. Richard Headd of Guys With Unfortunate First
Names Given Their Surnames.

Hello?  Is this mic on?

COMMERCIAL BREAK

Why should you buy this book?

Jesusland v Progressiveville isn’t the usual predictable partisan trashing of the other side like other political books. J v P doesn’t pander to the fringes of both sides like most books do.

Before the main event, Leader of the PCW Competition Committee John Boehner
comes out and announces that former PCW Women’s Champion Kathryn Randall Collins will indeed get her rematch with Miss USA for the women’s belt- at PCW Loose Cannons Unleashed 8 in June!

Gingrich came out first and milked the moment for all it was worth.  He spent what seemed an eternity walking around the ring and trying to shake peoples hands until he finally got annoyed and grabbed the mic to berate the crowd, specifically the Democrats. He said he wouldn’t let any Democrats down here touch his calves, which was odd and completely out of character.

Tanaka and Romney came down next.

WINNER: Yamamoto Tanaka (R) @ :23

So, now it’s on to PCW Politics is War tomorrow night.
- PCW CEO Barack Obama will make what is being called a big announcement
- Newt Gingrich to also make an announcement

Obama Terrorist Tactics Against Legal Immigrants and Illegal Aliens is the Real Issue Before Supreme Court not “the Arizona Law”

The question asked of the President’s men by the brilliant Supreme Court Judge Antonin Scalia in today’s hearing about whether to overturn the Arizona Law was direct: what does sovereignty – the clear power reserved to the states in America – mean if it does not include the ability to defend your borders?

Arizona presently has a staggering 360,000 illegal immigrants residing within its borders.  The Supreme Court is being asked by the Obama Administration, as part of its ongoing “war against the states,” to invalidate their “Arizona Law” (HB 1070) attempt to enforce existing law and stem what is literally an invasion by neighboring Mexico.

The one issue not being argued before the U.S. Supreme Court today as the Arizona Law to enforce U.S. immigration law, are the tactics of terrorism aimed at voting immigrants in America to stampede them into voting straight Democrat and reelecting President Obama.

All Latinos would be treated as potential lawbreakers whose papers must be continuously checked, goes the Obama argument in seeking to persuade the Supreme Court

Racial profiling by police officers would mean that anyone who is brown skinned on the streets in Arizona could be stopped by a police officer and if they do not have their “papers” could then be thrown in jail.

The especially disgusting tactic of accusing people who simply want to enforce existing law against illegal immigration of being racists and scaring the heck out of every legal immigrant of brown skin in America is the basic core of the Obama argument before the Supreme Court.

But the audience for this argument is not simply the Supreme Court.

The audience that these arguments are really aimed at are Latino and all immigrant voters who are scared to death that they and their children, friends, brothers, cousins – will all be targeted by police and thrown in jail.

These tactics attributed to police in advance, are actually not in any way part of HB 1077, popularly known as “The Arizona Law.”

The facts are simple.

If you already have a law – as we do in Pennsylvania – that you must carry auto insurance, can a police officer stop anyone he wants and demand “papers please”?  No.  Emphatically, NO.

The police officer is supposed to already HAVE a reason to stop you – such as catching you speeding – before he can stop you.  And at that point he may ask for evidence that you carry insurance and that your car is registered.

If someone is a visitor to America from another country they must similarly, by law, carry their papers to document that they are here legally.

And just like with the insurance papers, although this is the law, it does not mean that they can be stopped by any officer simply because they appear to be a foreigner, and be required to show their papers.

They must FIRST have given the officer a reason to stop them in order for the 2nd question – are you here legally – to ever come up.

And even then, unlike the example of the insurance papers, the police officer must have what is called “reasonable suspicion” in order to even ask about your immigration status.

That is the Arizona Law.

It is an accusation against police officers that they cannot be trusted but will instead ignore the law and go ahead and randomly stop any brown skinned people that they see on the streets and demand they produce “papers” to prove their legal status in America or if they cannot, they will be tossed in jail.

“Thou shalt not bear false witness against thy neighbor” may not be the argument before today’s Supreme Court hearing on the Arizona Law but Americans of Christian and Jewish faith ought to be asking, how can the Obama administration make such an unwarranted accusation – a smear – without being called to task for it?

There is nothing being done by Arizona which violates the fourth amendment, which reads: “The right of the people to be secure in their persons, houses, papers, and effects, against unreasonable searches and seizures, shall not be violated, and no warrants shall issue, but upon probable cause, supported by oath or affirmation, and particularly describing the place to be searched, and the persons or things to be seized.”

There was no evidence presented before the U.S. Supreme Court today to back up the very implicit accusation that police officers are guilty of such illegal behavior in Arizona, nor that the Arizona Law sanctions such clearly illegal behavior.

So whether it is the law which requires you to carry insurance on your car and to carry the documents with you when you drive your car, or the law which requires aliens to carry their documents which show they are legally allowed to be in America, either way the law already does require these papers to be carried, but does not give police officers the power to simply stop Americans with the demand that the papers must be produced.

It is a lie to claim that the Arizona law allows police officers the power to stop people and search them without first establishing “probable cause” for a crime.

The sole purpose of such a claim is to frighten immigrants who are in America legally.

The suggestion that those who support the Arizona law are bigots out to harass and frighten legal immigrants is unfair and is in fact a cynical ploy to boost voter turnout for Barack Obama and his Democratic Party.

It is a blatant lie about the Arizona police, against those who passed the “Arizona Law” and against all of us who support enforcement of existing immigration law rather than ignoring it as the Obama administration is doing in order to build a larger base of proven votes.

Americans have every right to demand that the existing law prohibiting illegal immigration should be enforced.  It has nothing to do with Christian charity towards visitors.  It has everything to do with the rule of law and “thou shalt not steal” by jumping in line ahead of all those immigrants who came to America legally to build a life in the land they now call home.

The Obama administration’s central purpose in brazenly arguing before the U.S. Supreme Court that Arizona and the states should not be allowed to enforce existing law is to blatantly appeal to immigrants in general and Hispanics in particular that their very lives in America are imperiled unless this President and his party are left in power on election day 2012.

Such terror tactics by the President and his allies against uninformed people, are both un-Christian and un-American and should be denounced at every opportunity.
