Latest Gov. Palin media: Noonan’s Must read and a “disturbing video” of Palin speaking in Church

Just spotted Noonan’s piece on Drudge: must-read. The best quote on the media:

Dig deep into Sarah Palin, get all you can, talk to everybody, get every vote, every quote, tell us of her career and life, she may be the next vice president. But don’t play games. And leave her kid alone, bitch.

Then there’s this video that’s getting a lot of attention on Fark. Some will instantly make parallels to the Reverend Wright video – this thing could be a real MSM attention-getter. She asks people to gasp pray for a pipeline. Mixing of Church and State also came up. So the usual idiocy. Watch the MSM run with it…

    If anyone is offended by that video I can say without reservation that it is not because they are a democrat or a sexist, it’s not because they love Obama and can’t stand McCain, it’s because they are offended at the name of Jesus Christ being spoken from the lips of a believer rather than His Name being used as a curse word by an unbeliever.

    JESUS, GIVE US A PIPELINE! Three months before she was thrust into the national political spotlight, Gov. Sarah Palin was asked to handle a much smaller task: addressing the graduating class of commission students at her one-time church, Wasilla Assembly of God. She is nuts. When asked if her daughter would be raped and impregnated by raper, she said she would choose life. With capital punishment, she said rapist should die. So the kid is allowed to be born and his dad is executed- what kinda family values is that????

    1. Pipeline is already on-going. I also prayed to Jesus to pass my exams in college 1000 times. And I deeply believe that Jesus answered all my prayers. I am more Nuts than Sarah Palin.

    2. If my daughter is raped and impregnated. I will accept the baby. And I ask my daughter to allow me raise the baby. Because I will take the blame of not protecting her 24/7. I am MORE nuts.

    3. I will seek death sentence to the rapist. 1000 times execution. I am more nuts than Sarah Palin.

    WHY? IS IT CRIME NOW TO PROFESS MY RELIGION? DID SARAH CURSE OTHERS? For me, the above are non-issue.

    BUT NO. I WILL VOTE SARAH BECAUSE I AM NUTS.

      Strangely enough, I agree with both her comments in her column as well as her comments on the “open mike.” Like maybe half the people on this site felt on Thursday, August 28th (and mysteriously, only about 5% of the people on this site now), I do not think Palin was a good pick for McCain: and in that regard, I think her comments on the MSNBC “hot mike” were on target.

      But by that same token, you play the hand that you were dealt. Thus, I can agree with the column that Peggy Noonan wrote about Sarah Palin and the “inside the Beltway” news crowd. Moreover, the way the media is treating Bristol is horrendous: I honestly think Barack Obama, as the father of two young daughters himself, is appalled.

        This is the same reason why I would feel an “inadequate father” if something happens to my daughter when she grows up. I will again pray to Jesus Christ, Mankind’s savior, that he would protect all my children wherever they go outside my own house.

ANYTHING oh I don’t know like calling out the Koskidz….hmmm…NO he has done nothing because he believes it benefits him and he will do nothing to stop it….his pitiful words the other day were said because he was asked if his campaign put it out there otherwise he would have said NOTHING…..

          Palin is the best pick because she makes the liberals and media (one in the same) go nuts and that is what a VP is meant to do….Noonan is wrong and she is another of the inside the beltway elite who think they know it all and they KNOW NOTHING.

          Although, yes, I do wish that Obama would say even more about it, give him credit where credit is do. He not only called out the DailyKos crowd on it but he also did reference the fact that he himself was born to an 18-year-old mother less than nine months after his parents were “married”. And yes, Obama’s father was a bigamist but even you can’t blame him for what his parents did before he was born anymore than you can blame Sarah Palin for her daughter’s pregnancy.

          And really, the argument that

          Making “the liberals and media go nuts” is irrelevant and nothing more than an exercise in politcial masturbation: it may make you feel good for the moment but ultimately it accomplishes nothing.

          Yeah, she may make the liberals and media go nuts but what it she also takes the issue of “experience” off the table, making that issue at best a debate instead of the slam dunk argument for McCain that it should be?

          What if most independent and moderate women, all those who were going to vote for McCain any way, if unenthusiastically, think this is nothing more than a cynical ploy to gain their votes and it backfires on McCain?

          What if, quite frankly, she is the reason that John McCain loses a ver close race?

          Would she still be the “best pick because she makes the liberals and media (one in the same) go nuts”?

          Give Peggy Noonan credit where credit is due; she was both honest and helpful.

    Already seen it. Doubt media make too much of it. Just gives us the chance to remind everyone about a truly outrageous church leader that Obama tolerated for several decades.
