Norway’s Insidious Motives

Fellow Americans you may be wondering why Norwegians are so anxious to give awards to flake, Al Gore and now President Obama.  There is a method to their madness they are going all out to develop oil fields in the Arctic while giving awards to those who put the brakes on the US.

The Norwegians have very generous social welfare plans but on current account and regular fiscal basis they run surpluses and are a net creditor.  What they have now figured out by egging on Al Gore and his fellow US energy suicide acolytes that they can sell their oil in the future at at over $100 a barrel to pay their bills.  That is the main motivation why they hate George W. Bush because thanks to GW Iraq is now rejoining the ranks of world petroleum suppliers.

Now you know the real motives behind the Nobel Peace Prizes.

David Axlerod is laughing at you tonight!

He does not want realizing you how bad the economy is!

http://www.bls.gov/news.release/empsit.nr0.htm

David Axlerod, top political advisor to President Obama is laughing at you tonight.  Mr. Axlerod is the strategy guy for the White House.  He is the one at the 5:30 AM Monday morning meeting who sets the weekly agenda for the news cycle discourse.  He is the one who tells the President to serve suds when he puts his foot in his mouth over Professor Gates.

Now Axlerod is quite pleased that you are all worked up over the President’s nonexistent health reform plan or this week, health insurance reform plan.  He wants you at your Congressman’s face yelling.  He wants all these fireworks and with the two poles squaring off over this issue.  Why?

It takes attention away from how bad the economy is!

Let us look at some of the highlights of the Bureau of Labor Statistics report for July!

Since December of 2007 when Congressional control switched to the DEMS we have lost 6.5 million jobs.

The number of people unemployed for 27 weeks or more rose by 584,000 in July to 5 million!

The number of people working part-time involuntarily remained little changed in 2009 at 8.8 million!

The number of people who gave up looking for work in July was 796,000!

So when you go to your town meetings with the members of Congress, you may want to ask this question,

Why are you talking about healthcare reform when so many people are hurting now?

Democrat Gets Reasonable Input

Congressman Steve Rothman of Southeast Bergen County NJ heard from his constituents yesterday in North Arlington, NJ.  Have to hand it to the Congressman for he is doing two meetings a day this week on this subject.

Outside the meeting hall it was calm with both sides squared off.  I spoke with some retirees who realize that the House bill is an indirect attack on Medicare.  One got it, “how are the doctors going to handle more “limited pay” patients?  I have a hard time getting appointments already.”

Rattlesnakes Committing Suicide in New Jersey!

http://www.nj.com/news/index.ssf/2009/07/nj_officials_ny_rabbis_caught.html

Two Democrat Mayors in Hudson County and a State Assemblyman from Ocean County, NJ were arrested by the FBI this morning.

The charges appear to be money laundering.  There has been some suspicious things going on with a certain Jewish community with temples in Brooklyn, Deal, NJ and Lakewood.  Couple of years ago, one guy caught caught at Kennedy airport with hundred dollar bills taped all over his body.

Total of 30 arrested.  Several officials in Jersey City.

Would not be surprised if GOP NJ Gubernatorial candidate started the investigation while he was US Attorney.

Take the stimulus out of appropriations, extend unemployment benefits to the victims of Al Gore’s and President Obama’s economy.

Did anybody get her on video saying she would like to get her hands on the first stimulus?

The Architect and the Great One Have Spoken

RedStaters,  let us focus on yesterday’s Karl Rove WSJ piece!  It is still the economy stupid!

Last night, Mark Levin was speaking on the evil intent of the DEMS particulary Carol Browner until he took the Honorable Michele Bachmann as a guest.  Mark was talking about the DEMS’ restriction on the US domestic oil and gas supply and how they are chaining us to serfdom.  Congressman Bachmann spoke on the evils of ACORN and her efforts to stop them in Congress which was great, but ONLY WE REDSTATERS GIVE A HOOT ABOUT ACORN!

If we want to turn things around, we have to plunge the President’s and the Congress’ approval numbers down!  Then we can stop Judge Sotomayor and ACORN!

Lesson 1- A President’s policies cannot effect the economy in any material until the third year which is 2011. (See Paul Samuelson, MacroEconomics)  Rush and Sean are wrong, this is not President Obama’s economy yet!  The two year lag rule holds!

Lesson 2 - It is the spending!  If the President and Congress cannot effect the economy until 2011 why are they charging on our national credit cards?  We will be saddled with this debt.  (See Steve Hanke of Johns Hopkins)

Lesson 3 - back to Mark Levin.  This is the disaster that the President and the Congress are fomenting.  The economic recovery of 1981 to 1983 and the recovery of 2001- 2003 were marked by a great expansions of US domestic oil and gas production and a decline in the inflation-adjusted price of energy.

G. Allen Brooks of www.rigzone.com on March 17 said that the decline in the US oil and gas rig activity since September of 2008 is unprecendented!

Goldman-Sachs analyst, yesterday

Murti forecasts $70 oil by the end of the year!

We cannot have a sustained recovery until we have affordable energy and we have mal-intent enviro-socialists in charge such an Chu as Energy Sectretary, Salazar at Interior and worst of all, Carol Browner!

Get our message on track and take back the House!  Where?  there are thousands of oil and gas exploration and production people out of work in Kansas, Oklahoma, Colorado etc!  Organize them, like ACORN!

Judicial Temperment

On Mark Levin this evening there was a brilliant call from an attorney.

The American Bar Association guidelines for judges calls for them in public statements to maintain an air of impartiality.  The attorney who called said that the nominee for Associate Justice to the US Supreme Court through her statement “able to judge better than a bunch of white guys” has disqualified herself.

Can any attorney’s out there elaborate on this?

DEMS shrink the World

Jeff Rubin, Canadian economist who correctly stated back on November 5, 2008 that the current world economic crisis is due to $145 oil!

His new book, Why Your World Is About to Get A Whole Lot Smaller is available on Amazon.com.

We need to get the word out!  Had we had the ANWR oil in 2008, America would not be suffering like it is today.

Witch Winter Upon America

Carol Browner, now President Obama’s US Energy Department’s “director of energy and climate change” had Vice President’s Al Gore’s ear in 1996.  Say goodbye to Detroit and hello to further poverty.

Carol Browner’s war on the American way of life.  First battle won was in 1996.

Two recent economic downturns have occurred in a relatively benign tax and monetary environments.  Loss of wealth in our US equity markets caused the recession of 2001-2002 and now what appears to be an even deeper decline for 2007 - ???.  Capital market professionals are calling the period from 1999 to 2009 the “Lost Decade”; middle of May 2009 Standard & Poor’s 500 (S&P 500) level is below 900, returning to 1999 levels.  Both meltdowns have one thing in common; disinvestment in the Energy sector of the Standard & Poor’s 500 (S&P 500) and overinvestment in another sector: Tech in the late 1990’s and Real Estate/Financial in the late 2000’s.

The cause is the lack of opportunity afforded our US energy companies.  World governments fail to permit the creation of wealth by private investment in energy development.  Some of these rogue states include Vladimir Putin’s Russia, Saudi Arabia, Venezuela, Mexico and more important, the United States.  President Clinton’s veto at the urging of Vice President Al Gore in 1996 of energy development in the Arctic National Wildlife Reserve (ANWR), Senators John Kerry and Joe Lieberman’s filibuster in 2002 and now, Interior Secretary Salazar’s obstruction to off-shore energy development has and will continue to render the US and the world , poorer.

We are stuck in a roller coaster ride. (Jeff Rubin, The Oil Drum, November 5, 2008)  Prosperity will inevitably result in skyrocketing energy prices as long as the Federal Government restricts future US energy development.  Economist Larry Kudlow has stated that the run-up in gasoline prices in 2008 was the straw that broke the economy’s back. Consumers were stretched too far.  Mortgage payments were missed.  John Hofmeister believes that China’s demand for diesel fuel instead of polluting coal during the Olympic summer of 2008 drove us to $145 oil.  Mr. Hofmeister states that a mere increase in US oil production of 2 -3 million barrels per day would greatly enhance the supply and demand balance.  Had ANWR development had commenced in 1996, it is estimated that would have been 800,000 barrels per day of US production starting in 2006 (40% of the lower of Hofmeister’s range)

We can stimulate the economy.  We need to have the Federal Government to get out of the way of the US energy sector.  A trillion dollars of private money could flow to energy development.  There are States that can use the money from off-shore oil drilling.  There is a natural gas pipeline out of Alaska that needs to be fast-tracked.  The States that have grown in population in the last 30 years need oil refineries.  Norway is permitting energy development in its Arctic region.  Will the US government continue to pauperize its people with the economic winters of the White Witch and lose another decade?
