He did even worse in 2012 this week.   Ratings were down more than 13% this Tuesday from the level in 2011.

The Berkshire Hathaway (Buffet’s company) 2010 Annual Report states that the company has 8 years of unsettled tax returns with the IRS. They have over $4 Billion parked overseas that they want to bring to the US.
