The thought of our Dictator In Training Pants holding firearms is as laughable as it is dangerous.

He’s being insulated as much as possible from everything, except what’s being done via executive order.

We’re at the true tipping point, with two fulcrums: The first being the November elections and the second will be the instant one of the five Constitutional SCOTUS justices retires (or has an unfortunate accident that sometimes happens to people in a government out of control).

I feel for Obama – come into Texas and try to push your ultra-liberal socialist policies… we have guns, we have oil/gas, cattle, farms, but most of all, we have people. We have people who don’t mind carrying or firing a gun, who are use to work and know what going without is, we have control over how many of your military bases complete with weaponry – and honey – those soldiers are on our side – just like every other self respecting soldier would be.

We can secede and make it.

Heck – we already have an embassy in France! LOL!

Activists Taking Action: Unified Patriots

This post makes me want to move to Texas! Unfortunately, my family is here in Wisconsin. Anyhow…WONDERFUL, INSPIRING WORDS! More power to you, and the state of Texas.

As I drive home from work every day here in TX , I have been keeping an unofficial tally of the number of out of state license plates and U-Hauls I see on the road every day. To be sure it is way more than casual tourism, or of a few years ago. That number is steady and increasing. Lots of California, plus Ohio, Michigan ,Florida, even Hawaii. Doesnt take a genius to figure out what this is – people who havent gotten to the DPS (DMV) yet to switch tags to their new home state – where their new job is. I have been unemployed and know what it felt like. I often say a quick prayer of thanks that these folks, after they lost their job up north or out west, found a job – especially if they have a spouse and kids I thank God. The heat and mosquitos lack of a rocky mountain line (except in El Paso) will be a sacrifice but they have a job, and most of them will stay. Their children will grow up, will learn the Alamo story of giving all for freedom, will say the pledge to the US flag and Texas flag, and yes it isnt Pittsburgh to you if you came from there, but in the end you’ll be OK. You would think Obama would be glad in 9.5% unemplyment, there is one part of the country working right and providing jobs – the great commonwealth of States working like they’re supposed to, balancing out highs and lows and industry changes. But no they play the politics of jealousy and destruction: “Texanum delenda est!” Not even any common sense, have they, let alone wisdom, or gratitude.

ANYONE who has met us Texas gals knows that we are made of VERY strong stuff. And you don’t mess with those we love. It takes some truly special menfolk to “tame” us, and when they do….. buddy, you have got a hell of a team to go up against.

The state is FULL of these men and women, who are many times – like my husband and me – 5th and 6th generation Texans. This spirit runs deep in us, and it is passed along to our children and our grandchildren. And those who move here very quickly become proud citizens of this State.

So by all means, Mr. President, come on down to Texas. Our mommas raised us right, so you will be treated with respect – despite the fact that you are unwilling to treat us with anything other than the basest contempt. And you will be shown the finest hospitality in the world, because that’s how we treat ALL of our guests.

But you’d best know what you are walking in on. And you’d do well to understand this:

There is not a chance in h*ll people like O’Damien could ever comprehend the spirit of TX. Few people do.

First, they get scared at Teri Leo(R-Spring) and other conservatives on the SBOE.

And Second, It seems that they are now frightened of Debbie Riddle(R-Tomball) and the fact that she wants to bring back HR49 from the 81st Legislature. I’m sure that HR48 will be back as well since it gives HR-49 teeth.

I may be a proud Kentuckian but by God when needed my blood, sweat and tears would be in Texas standing with her as if I were a native son.

He’s making sure he’s in different parts of the state than Obama so as not to be seen even in the same city, much less in the same camera shot.

I can’t imagine there’s a better measure of how unpopular Obama is than his the opposing party candidate is happy to meet him while his own party’s candidate is in hiding.

The Republicans are holding a rally at the Capitol in time for the 6:00 news.

I wonder if Gov. Perry will wear one of these for the Obama meet ‘n’ greet.

It would be hard because fed. handouts are now embedded in almost all activities, but TX is big enough, has energy, has agricultlure, has great cities and universities, has population, and has a gun, and it is the only state ec. not to be in recession, everyone owns a gun, and then there are the TX Rangers.

I will move to Texas as quickly as I’m able! I’m originally from Louisiana, myself, but I think I’d prefer Texas right now! Y’all have room there for me, right?

As a native Texan who was bred, born and raised there but who has, unfortunately, had to spend most of his adult life in the ‘suburbs’ (it’s what Texans refer to the rest of the country as) I can attest to the fact that there is a pride in TX that just isn’t in any of the other 6 states in which I’ve lived.

Blew me away to find out that ‘state history’ wasn’t a requirement in any of the other states in which my kids went to school and although I’ve been ‘away’ for more years than I care to count, I will *always* be a Texan.

“Don’t Mess with Texas” ain’t just a slogan.

I may be from Oklahoma. My Favorite football team may be Oklahoma Sooners. But my Grandmother on my dads side was born in Eastland, tx. I will defend Texas I will fight for Texas if she secedes. Texas is my second home. GOD BLESS TEXAS.

Having lived in North Texas for 7 years, just a couple of miles from South Fork Ranch, I learned to LOVE the State. Texans are a very unique breed of folk, and even those that migrate there begin to feel the pride. My youngest daughter is a 1st generation Texan and for that, I’m one proud papa!

If the Man-Child thinks he can Dictate to Texas, he did not pay attention much in school. Texas will not roll-over to the Feds, nor OB1. Gov. Perry is finally showing that he can be a Conservative, and not just the establishment Repub he was for the longest time.

Good to see that he dusted off his boots and grew a set. Things are fixin’ to get interesting in the Lone Star State. I now hang my hat in Nevada, and will be doing my part to send Harry back to Searchlight, hopefully on a Greyhound bus, after a long stint in a Federal Penn!

The title of this reminds me of the confrontation between and unarmed Wyatt Earp (Kurt Russell) and a “heeled” and surly dealer (Billy Bob Thornton) wherein Earp takes the young’un by the ear and throws him out:
