First, to say as the DOD and VA do that it’s OK and we encourage you as a veteran that served to strap on the uniform and march in the local parade but thou shalt not speak out about politics is a clear violation of the first amendment and also a double standard.  It says do things we approve of even in your post active duty life but shut up if it’s about politics.

Second, to imply it impacts on the profession of arms begs the question about union fire fighters in uniform in Wisconsin speaking out, marching and then even running for Lt. Gov after doing public speeches opposing Scott Walker in uniform as the union chief did in Wisconsin.  How can one “profession” get a pass and another not?

Third, what about veterans that run for office, is stating their career on their political resume now off limits also because of “using the uniform”?

Next, this public trust issue.  About 10% of the country is a veteran and they all have families (Mom-Dad, Son-Daughter, Husband-Wife, Brother-Sister) or about 70 million total another 25% of the population.  So we are saying about one in three Americans should pipe down because it effects the public trust.  Really, that’s your beef General Dempsey?

I’m sorry but the General got it wrong and all veterans earned the right to speak as veterans and speak openly (uniform or not) about how they feel.  If your uniform is good enough to be buried in it’s good enough to speak your mind in about a core American thing…Democracy!

The General should walk his comment back or reaffirm that we veterans earned the 1st amendment (and all amendments) rights as our civilian friends and neighbors.

The Tea Party has been infested with radicals with an intolerant social agenda that focus their facebook posts and blogs and op-ed articles on stupid social issues that have nothing to do with the core principles of Tea Party and all of us that are everyday Americans that just want fiscal responsibility, states rights, and accountability in Government; the things that we all rallied for two and three years ago.

The Judson Phillips case that just broke is one good example.  He now must pay over $700k to a Vegas hotel he skipped out on for a “for-profit” Tea Party event he tried to pull off in 2010 that busted out.  Add some of his emails and posts from his tea party nation site and blog (just google him for those distracting articles) about far flung social issues and conspiracy theories and it is no wonder “We the tea” have started to avoid events.  He is also a media attention seeker that puts the wrong face on who we really are.  He is not the only one.

You have the disgraced former Marine Gary Stein that has a facebook page that says things like a “rope around Obamas neck” and “one well placed round”.  This is another attention seeker that has bastardized the Tea Party name for his own gain and attention and is part of the cult like crowd in the fringes of the right wing that want to shove his Christian social agenda at us in the guise of the Tea Party much like Chuck Baldwin the former Pensacola pastor and now Idaho “whatever leader”.  Chuck is also one that used the Tea Party to shove a social and personal agenda down all our throats.  Folks this has to stop now!

“We the Tea” deserve better and we need leaders and faces that stick to the core values of Tea Party, leave the ******** intolerance and Alex Jones NWO conspiracy crap at the door.  People like me (yes I said it) and also great folks like Katrina Pierson a great leader and huge part of the Ted Cruz win.  Or Lloyd Marcus in Florida and, then people running and holding office like Alan West and Jason Chaffetz.

If the Tea Party hopes to recover and not slip down a slope that gives the progressive left easy targets while torquing off the blue dogs that also support our core values of fiscal responsibility we had better start purging folks from key events, and media time and push the folks that stick to our core values with a rational and normal view of the world not one filled with NWO conspiracies and fake birth certificates.  This is a marathon not a sprint and we started off with a great pace but have faltered in the last year when some of the fringe types took the baton from us and then ran their own race.

Commander and Chief, Armed Forces Tea Party

First the lies, the most recent is the one saying Romney in essence killed a woman.  The outright disgusting nature and sleazy way this ad rolled out on the heals of the “drity” Harry Reid lie on the Senate floor are clear examples of how the left will avoid the issues facing Americans at all costs.  They are lying to distract all of us from a failed miserable four years of record debt, increasing prices on gas and food, and the complete collapse of America on the world stage as seen in the mess in Syria and Egypt.  Americans are out of work, paying more for everything and have a $40,000 per person debt balance thanks to Obama.

The cheating has stared also with the most recent attack on military voting in Ohio and the attacks on FL, AZ and TX voter ID and immagration laws.  In short the left knows they have been cheating for years as they follow the “Chicago way” when it comes to elections.  Now Obama through Erica Holder (yes I said Erica), are going to piss off veterans and military in an attempt to get out the vote for liberals in Ohio even longer then they already get throuigh early voting.  The very special early voting up to the day before election for military is a sacred privledge and honored thing that the progressives are now trying to seize in the wake of the WI recall to get out more votes and it’s cheating plain and simple.

The stealing has been going on since day one starting with stealing our greatness as a nation and all the way up to now with stealing our money to pay off companies and donors like Solyndra and others.  Obama has used the US Treasury as his own personal piggy bank picking and choosing who to give hundreds of millions of dollars to as a reward for dontions to the Obama election fund.

America we must wake up and realize that the progressive left sees this as thier opportunity to destroy America as a country of hard work and exceptionalisim while tearing apart the institutions and values that made us great.  They want a complete and total surrender of capitalisim, the puritain work ethic, and individual responsibility in favor of a “collective” state that is told by liberal masters how to think, speak, work, and live.  A country that gives up the ruggid individualisim that comes with being free for a large nanny state that picks the industries we work in (green energy movement comes to mind) the things our kids learn and speak about in school (wipe out historical references to our founding days), and in the end even the media spoon feeding us the news of the day twisted by the progressive agenda.

Wake up and vote this election as our future as a free and open country is at stake!  If they can lie, cheat, and steal like they are now how bad will it be if the progressives win in Nov?

Both of these cases show the great divide in the country and more so they show a total uneducated lack of respect for the victims and willingness to have an ounce of common sense. These are two examples and many others on both sides jumped on this to score points, stoke the flames, stir up a crowd, and just get attention and that demonstrates a much larger problem we all have.

It seems we have reached the point when a Brian Ross with no facts and a clear agenda can be allowed to just “report” anything in this country. Same can be said on the right with the Gary Stein types that are the new uneducated, inexperienced 26 year olds with a Facebook page and a following of likeminded zombies willing to believe anything posted on the internet in a social media thread. Stein for those of you that don’t know has had posts on his page in the past calling for “a rope around Obama’s neck” and “one well-placed round” last week as a solution to our political problems…..And we wonder how people get and then act out in a radicalized way… They do this because they are insensitive zombies that live and interact almost exclusively through a laptop and a “page” on the internet.

No longer are people human they are just a string of letters and threads in cyber space. The same with the left and every incident being a call to attack the tea party or guns or just twist the facts In such a way as to fan the flames of radical progressive world. See the Progressive radicals just like the far right wingers like Stein above are also merchants of angst and they sow the seeds of division as a weapon for a larger agenda. Friends sometimes really bad people do really bad things and we as rational and loving Americans have to step in and just show compassion. Not every act of evil has a political agenda tied to it has the examples above try to create and exploit.

It’s time the vast majority of us in the common sense sector of this country take on the role of telling people like to Stein, Ross, Bloomberg and others to shut up.  Once you are a self declared, elected or TV public figure you have an obligation to just take a few days off and let America morn and recover before you go on an attention seeking and agenda building tour that does nothing but add to the grief of the families and the disgust of your fellow citizens.

So I say play along and ask, when was the last time Obama “really” snorted cocaine.  he says it was years and years ago but how do we know?  That’s the question liberals pose….”How do we know” it’s so secretive they say.  Well what about Obama and cocaine for example…why since that is something we really don’t know and……AND it’s a felony (another recent game of cat and mouse) why should we not ask the same type questions and demand the liberal left also do the same?  Or what did Obama do with Bill Ayers in Chicago?

Simple; we can win on Obama as a massive failure if we just stay on message and ask every stupid lefty hack out there to answer this question?  Is America better off today then 4 years ago?  Are small business owners really the enemy as Obama says and insinuates?  Why is 80% higher gas, meat, milk, and ice cream OK with you?

So the next time some facebook troll or lefty hack says “when did Romney really leave Bain”?  you say…well when did Obama really stop using cocaine a felony, and then as their eyes rolls in the back of their head and they start to shake you pose the real questions…..Is unemployment lower, are Americans better off, is gas 80% higher, are small business owners the enemy?  Go after them with REAL questions and when they spin and go back to ya but, ya but why won’t Romney release umpteen years of taxes you repeat “when was the last time Obama committed the felony of snorting cocaine” and start right back in on his failures on the economy.

Don’t play the “look at the clown” game with lefties, make them answer your questions and look at the real clown in the race!

He wasted $400 plus on pork and earmarks in his own district alone as a Congressman.  Yet he uses his fiscal theory as the core of his platform and dim witted Constitutional arguments.  In short the guy does not and has not ever practiced what he preaches.  Further he also takes social security payments while making $180,000 a year as a sitting member of Congress, Even though he wants younger generations to transition away from Social Security, the Texas congressman and Republican presidential candidate says he receives checks.  “I do,” Paul acknowledged in an MSNBC interview on Wednesday. When The Huffington Post’s Sam Stein asked if Paul shouldn’t set an example by declining the government benefit, Paul said no…can you say SCAM and hypocrite!

2. His backers and endorsers include: Code Pink, Rachel Maddow, Don Black (former grand wizard of the KKK), Alex Jones, the anti-semites, plus RP also has the backing of Homophobes and and Truthers.  Lets not miss the recent poll that showed a massive 68% of voters that said they are very liberal support Ron Paul…why is that?

3. The reason is conservatives have three core tenants they work around.  Social, Fiscal and Foreign policy.  RP is left of Obama on the Social and Foreign policy fronts with his open slams and attacks on American exceptionalism as the reason for 9/11.  Now Cult Paul uses “Code” to hide the open hate they have for our country but read they posts to columns like this and all over facebook and it’s clear they have an OWS type mentality.  One of Cult Paul’s words is “Blowback”  the phrase they use to say that America is to blame by being……you guessed it “Exceptional” in the world.  His social policy is nothing more then liberal nonesense that even states the civil rights act was wrong (see above about racist leanings).

4. The most recent thing we’ve seen cult Paul do is start to mirror Obama talking points attacking Mitt Romney.  This is now the end game for the cultist and they are seeing the clock run out so the true colors are showing with them saying things like “Ronmey is a felon”  Where have we heard that one before?  Since when to conservatives break ranks with the Reagan rule and attack our own?  Conservatives DON’T and this is yet another example of how these cultist are driven by their liberal MSNBC talking points and ideas.

5. They also now cliam he won 11 states…this may be the most laughable of lies to date close to the “brokered convention” crap they pushed two months ago.  One thing for sure they can always talk themelves into a new lie!  Fact is Mitt should give him a broom and say the floor is yours starting at 1a.m. to clean.  While your there fell free to speak to an empty hall…now Mr. Paul you and your liberal ideas are dismissed.

Folks, RP is a myth conservative and always has been.  His followers are hell bent on Obama winning the election because they voted for the guy before or they openly support two of three things Obama stands for the social and foreign policy of the democratic party not our Grand Ole Party.  These folks are, and have always been fakes and liberals in hiding and now they are showing their true colors. This guy is bilking use for social security while preaching it’s evils, he praises racist while pretending to be inclusive, he blames America for our God given role of being the becon for liberty and then makes excuses for Iran and other radical nations, he wasted your money by the hundreds of millions yet pushes a false fiscal theory about paying for things with gold nuggets….folks crazy is what crazy says and does in this case!  Thank God we have Mark Levin who really gets the Constitution.

It’s become clear Yahoo is deep and I mean DEEP in the tank for Obama.  I’ll even through out the suggestion that the money changing hands is not just for Obama campaign ads but for total editorial license when reprting the news in it’s top headlines section.  Last night is the most recent example of the yahoo pro Obama, anti-conservative and anti-Romney bias.

They ran a story at the top of their news thread section on the home page that was an old re-hash Bain capital story.  Now this has to be about as low a news item as it gets with Holder, Fast and Furious, the tropical storm and Sandusky all in the news cycle.  But nope, Yahoo runs it’s top headline as an anti-Romney bain capital story with ZERO story in the top news of Holder or Fast and Furious.

It’s clear to me after over two months of watching Yahoo’s daily news thread that they are pushing a very covert liberal agenda as a company or as a minimum in the news department at yahoo.  We have to take a stand.  I’m calling on a full boycott of yahoo by all conservatives across the country and for all of us to join and share this group to build an Army of fed up patriots and Americans sick of the liberal takeover ans bias in the media and it starts with yahoo.  Join this group and share this group today and put yahoo off limits in your Internet use starting now!

Our blog here at www.victorluebker.com is now at the top of Google search terms for “conservative blogs” (a huge coup) and we have 10,000 plus readers and veiws daily across the I-net, why????  I’m true to my conservative values and here’s what that means.

1.  That you have the guts to take a stand and back candidates that can make America better.  This does not mean looking for the perfect TP candidate as some have tried and still try to do.  It means working with, talking too and then supporting those candidates that can make America better.  I did this with Mitt by endorsing him under my name and the name of my Tea Party early on and caught some heat.  Well, it was smart and the right thing to do and more and more we see that Mitt is a great candidate and will be the change we need in the White House over Obama.  #1 GUTS!

2. Next, you have to get in the game, be in the arena as they say.  I work hard daily to keep readers and followers informed and also share my opinion on core issues and take the hits from those that disagree.  You can do this also even if it’s small starting out.  Take a stand and get in the game.  Re-post blogs and stories that count, share thoughts on social media and encourage smart discussion.  It’s taken me years to build the now great following I have but that also means a huge impact for the conservative and liberty minded principles I hold dear.  #2 Get in the game!

3. Avoid the flakes, folks the Tea Party has also led to a rise in the kooky folks on the far right that just want anarchy and see the world and our country through some backwards ass militia lens.  My advice here as a conservative is to call them out so people know they are NOT one of us and also keep sharing smart and constructive information with true conservatives.  We are not the militia wingnuts or conspiracy clowns the left wants to paint us as and we are not the anarchist that some on the far right trying to highjack our movement and make us a cult are.  We are intelligent, articulate, rational people with a desire to have open discussions even with liberals that also suscribe to being civil in politics if it makes America better.  #3 avoid the flakes.

Bonus:  Last is the core, study who we are as conservatives.  I spend hours learning about what it means and those that shaped our principles over time.  Visit these two sources often and study what “conservative” means.

Ed still ranks as the most vile and full of **** guy on TV in my book.  This is the guy that took huge amounts of money from Unions to speak in WI and uses words like talk slut to describe ladies on the radio among other things.  He was typical, boring, angry, Ed with the pissed off face and empty glass comments about fox news and no substance on Obama other then the mandatory high praise and White House talking points.  As always I’ll point out that Ed is a wife beater, look up the ND records on him.  He is the king of duplicity angst!

Dewy had a really stupid segment where she brought our the coward Chris Hayes (guy that can’t call our military heroes on Memorial Day) to talk about his book.  I can’t name it as it was that unforgettable and my guess is Barnes and Noble will be using his book as a stack to place a display of Bill O-Riely’s books by weeks end.  The falling all over herself Dewy praised this book as “ground breaking” when really it’s a hit piece from the Bush years and tying it all together as some grand thesis on how the elites are not elite anymore and that we need new ones (progressive wack jobs of course) and that we need to re-distribute all our wealth and “balance” things out to be elite……It was so funny folks!

Rosie, he is my favorite because to his credit he may be the most passionate about being a socialist and is the most dim-witted of the three.  You want to feel sorry for him on one hand and on the other realize how *******, pathetic he is with the stunts he pulls like attacking Ann Romney about her MS.  Rosie was as usual the most boring of the three with his monotone monologue and re-has of what was said the previous two hours by angry Red and Dewy Meadow.  Here is the best part, he being the guy fired from the prime spot over there at communist news best his two comrades in the ratings.

Friends, do yourself a favor and don’t waste a second becoming the 17th viewer on any given night.  Two months from now I’ll update you with a story about an angry man, a clueless half-wit, and sleepy the socialist with an almost carbon copy of what they say every night….that would be whatever the White House tells them to say!

Last night I was watching Deadliest Catch (a favorite of mine) and the guys were talking after the show about the record ice, the lowest and most ice packs they had seen in years or their entire careers; it got me thinking about the global warming freaks and it hit me that they are backing off in favor of “green”.

First let me share this about the Alaska ice so that the warming trolls don’t just yell lies, LIES!

Walt Meier is a sea ice researcher at the National Snow and Ice Data Center. He says a persistent low-pressure system south of Alaska is responsible for the Bering Sea’s extreme ice.

“Basically what that did, that brought the circulation from the north or the northeast out across the Bering Sea and that essentially does two things. Number one it brings cold air down into the area, so that cold air helps ice form. But it also pushes the ice southward, so you keep pushing the ice edge southward because of the winds blowing from the north.”

Air temperatures over the Bering Sea averaged 11 to 14 degrees colder than usual this winter, which pushed the ice edge as far south as the Aleutians at times.

Now folks what has happened is two things.  First the warming crowd has gone green in the sense they have embraced the green movement and people like Van Jones in order to re-energize the base and get attention for a movement that started 30 some years ago claiming that by now places like where I live on a beach in Florida would be under water and that just never happened.  Sea levels have not risen 10 feet like they said or global temps have risen 3 or 4 degrees on average.  The facts are they lied to us, had bad science and then created an industry to support and make money from this giant hoax.  That leads us to the second thing.

They have gone green as in “M-O-N-E-Y”.  They have become a global industry that both rakes in billions in grants and aid from US tax payers and UN handouts.  Plus they have become a front for candidates handing out “GREEN” to the radicals and progressive trying to take America and make us just another cog in a global body of progressive leaders.  The reality is that warming is now green and both are code for progressive liberals looking to take your money through guilt, regulations, taxes, or the outright shake down of companies.

It’s funny what you can learn from an Alaskan crab fisherman and I learned that the global warming hoax is real and that the crowd that tried to force that agenda and the Al Gore goons selling fake carbon credits are now the “green” crowd and they are coming for our money again.  Get ready for 30 years for dire warnings and UN mandated regulations and money grabs in the name of the next global hoax….that some how they have a green answer to all our problems.
