    1. we need his vote to help defeat Health Care ( Pelosi lost 4 votes lately with Murtha, Wexler, Abercromnie, and Cao switching)

    2. special elections cost a lot money when states are already bankrupt not sure how this is good for taxpayers

    I was wondering how it affected the h/c vote because the thinking is his retirement is immediate. Hoping someone( with better math skills than me) can lay out the numerical landscape.
