did NOT include Kay Hagan or any of the three NC Blue Dog Reps. Of course they’ll say they were too busy working on this stuff in Washington, but gee could it be that no one in the Democratic Party wants to be seen with Obama these days? Normally politicians jump at the chance for photo ops with the President in their home state. Hmmm.

This first one doesn't really cover any new ground. He's said it all before From Tricities.com: This second one, shot by someone in the crowd, has several protesters. I'd like to see what was on those signs. You do catch a few, such as one asking "Did you read the Bible?" Lots of boos here: There's another one from Tricities.com that's basically hero worship from 3 or 4 Kroger employees, including one lady, who says she's a republican, who's now sold on the health care ~~abomination~~ plan. *Sigh*. Watch it if you must, here. Have something for your stomach handy.

I saw the last part of O’s town hall at Kroger where he restated that people will still have the freedom to keep their own insurance. What people don’t seem to realize is that by way of “play or pay”, their employers will make the choice for them by dropping their coverage.

There was local coverage on WCYB of protesters, many of whom were standing in the rain holding signs. Several were coal families protesting cap and trade.

This area has always been pretty staunchly conservative, going GOP when most of the state leaned Democrat. Probably one reason a long running joke here, as far as getting funding from the state for roads, schools and such, has been “Nashville thinks the state ends at Knoxville.”

and conservatives in this area that were vocal against Don Sundquist, Tennessee’s RINO Governor, when he was pushing for a state income tax (Tax Reform).

Don’t be surprised if there are protesters on hand.

Although I’m guessing the MSM will cover this as they would The Sermon On The Mount.; I’ll still keep you posted via this thread wrt local news.
