Michelle Bachmann was interviewed by Hannity (not sure what date because the FNC Hannity site is a mess, but I assume Friday Oct. 30), during the interview Hannity describes the “Government Option” as a “funnel that’ll eventually suck everybody into it”.
Bachmann says the bill will “…collapse private insurance so that everyone will fold into a single-payer government system…”
I think of it more as a black hole who’s immense gravity will warp the very space around it, pulling people out of their orbits and sucking them into the doom that is Barney Frank, Pelosi, and the left’s concept of health care with only one choice in America; one run by a corrupt, inept group of leftist Democrats.

The elections next fall may not be in time to prevent even more mayhem than we’ve seen already, so I think we should pay another House Call on Congress.

Mostly, this will consist of gassy nonsense from Dear Leader’s minions and technocratic, absolutely correct, yet uninspiring speeches from neutered republicans about how the bill will bankrupt the government while giving Supreme Leader Obama control over which seniors live and which die in in the gas chambers of “end of life counseling”. But one voice above all others rises above the fray, one voice inspires people to actually learn about this Nazificiation of health care, one voice gets people to wake up, call their congressmen, and defeat this bill.
That voice is Michelle Bachmann’s.
We all know what she’s capable of. I think much like how President Lincoln gained national prominence in speaking out against the evil of slavery, Michelle Bachmann is going to become nationally known for having the courage to stand up to Der Fuhrer when even her own caucus prefers half measures. And I think much like how President Lincoln made the most of his principled stand against slavery, Rep. Bachmann will make the most out of hers.
Maybe, just maybe, she’ll be able to run for higher office. Maybe she’ll be president someday.

Principle above party? The RNC endorsed the most liberal of the three and through the conservative under the bus. They changed their tune only when the CONSERVATIVE PARTY (AKA Constitution Party of NY) started his rise to stardom when PALIN (whom the RNC thru under the bus when McCain started losing, blaming her for his loss.) endorsed HOFFMAN. When his numbers started shooting up in the polls, the RNC’s pick, PAWLENTY (who thru another moderate Republican Coleman under the bus instead of sending investigators in to those districts where there were more votes than voters to put people in jail who stole the election.)
No, Hoffman is a CONSERVATIVE PARTY candidate. To paraphrase Ronald Reagan, “I did not leave the republican party, the republican party thru me under the bus.” The faster people like Rush and Hannity wake up to the fact that they will never accept conservatism as a whole, the better off conservatives will be. Rush has been towing this line for 16 years, and we haven’t changed the republican leadership yet. Time to cut that arm with gangrene off!
