MEMBER DIARY

MSNBC Becomes a Member of al-Qaeda Today

Today is September 11, 2011. Everyone knows this. The TV networks and thousands of people are commemorating the 10th Anniversary of 9/11 and the deaths on that day that resulted from terrorism.

How is MSNBC commemorating the day? I turned on their network at 4:45 p.m. EST and saw them airing Rachel Maddow interviewing someone about the poor post-9/11 Muslim detainees and how badly they were treated. When I hit the button “info” on my remote control, what was the show called? It was called “911 Anniversary Coverage.”

I DON’T THINK SO, MSNBC.

Remember when George Bush said, “You’re either with us, or against us, either with freedom or not.”

MSNBC is NOT with us. That was proven today.

Bad taste.
No class.
Un-patriotic.
Un-American.

she would have been the pinch-hitter for Tokyo Rose.

If she had been around during Viet Nam, should would have been palling around with Jane Fonda.

I pity anyone who is sympathetic to Maddow’s cause. They are truly misguided.

Why do the GOP candidates keep doing this to themselves?

And MSNBC did a poor job in what questions were asked, and although there were some snarky landmines, overall, I thought it was a good debate. Far better than no debate.
Hey, any exposure to us is good, and if MSNBC picked up the tab…far be it from me to complain.
I mean even though t it was pretty much the first run of Perry Vs Romney… everyone else just window dressing…it still put them out there.
Thankfully, there are several more to look forward to, and hopefully, they will be a bit better so far as equal time and meaningful content.

from which to nail them on their liberal bias (video posted earlier on another diary). And they didn’t even kill his microphone–of course, Reagan broke them of that propensity some 30 years ago . . .

He really is. That guy can just shred them into itty bitty pieces.
But dang it.. it is just Newt. And we all know far too much about Newt. If he just was true to his rhetoric.. we would bite.
    Too bad….

presidential field is that I know way too much about all the contenders, and I can’t give my loyalty 100% to any of them. I like Perry, I like Bachman, I like Cain, I even like crazy Uncle Ron and mishmash Mitt, but I am looking, this year, for a choice as clear as the one I was presented with in 1980, and I don’t think it’s going to happen.

I have one thing to be thankful for, though: McCain is not running this time!!!!

You are preaching to the choir, you know.
We are just trying to sort the worst from those we could accept.
