Herman Cain in Detroit elaborating on 9-9-9

Rather than defend 9-9-9 I’ll let Herman do that himself.

Cain is very presidential in this address, authentic, and inspirational. I know every argument against this man’s candidacy. lord knows we have been through them many times on this site. I freely acknowledge that the hill he must climb is very real.

I’ve said before that when he speaks I’ve heard faint echoes of Reagan and despite all that is stacked against him, I am beginning to think that this man will be the next president of the United States of America. If I were Obama watching this man, I would be very very concerned.

    You said “if I were Obama…” and you reminded me of a scene from Rocky when Rocky was on TV punching beef and Creed’s manager was watching. He said to Apollo ‘hey you should take a look at this guy, I think he means business…”
    Yeah, I know, Rocky is a movie, But Cain is flying under the radar of almost all the pro pundits, not think he has money, organization, he makes mistakes, etc.
    But – I think he means business – a whole lotta people just like him.
    We’ll see how it goes – but O needs to give him some thought ey?
