This is going to strike some of you as suddenly being thrust into a Bizarro World, but hurry on over to http://www.nytimes.com/2012/09/09/opinion/sunday/dowd-playing-now-hail-to-us-chiefs.html as the estimable Maureen Dowd uses O’s acceptance speech as a pinata. She barely brushes us with her usual condescending,dripping sarrcasm, it’s all directed at Obummer.  You know things are not going well for Barry when even Dowd doesn’t like his speech.
