OWS and 9-11 – interesting perspective
By: Strike_Twice (Diary) | October 13th at 11:56 AM |
A good friend of mine who lost MANY friends on 9-11 emailed the following to me earlier today: “I don’t know why I do it but I just can’t help myself. I walked through Zucotti Park last night around 7pm just to see what this filth was up to. When I saw an old man with a sign that read “America is a Terrorist Nation” | Read More »
Closed Minded Leftists at UNC
By: Strike_Twice (Diary) | April 15th at 09:50 AM |
Former congressman Tom Tancredo attmepted to delvier a talk about illegal immigration last night at the University of North Carolina in Chapel Hill. The congressman didn’t get the chance to speak however because a group of radical close minded leftists prevented it by using violence. Some may say that the shattering of a window is not violence. To those I ask well then, what is | Read More »
Shuster
By: Strike_Twice (Diary) | April 14th at 07:06 PM |
Many people who are fed up with the both the amount of money that the federal government spends on boondoggles and the manner in which that money otherwise is spent plan to voice their displeasure at “tea parties” tomorrow. Because tomorrow is “tax day”, what better day to voice discontent over the government’s intrusion into our monetary well being? As best I can tell, | Read More »
Let Them Eat Cake
By: Strike_Twice (Diary) | November 6th at 06:10 PM |
Just read the post that contends Rahm Emaneul does not pay real estate taxes on his residence because the property is used for a charitable trust. Even if the property does qualify, shouldn’t Rahm be asked why he feels he shouldn’t pay taxes. I’ll bet his explanaiton is akin to “Let Them Eat Cake” Afterall, its patriotic. Would love to see further information on this. | Read More »
Biden’s Estate Planning
By: Strike_Twice (Diary) | November 6th at 06:03 PM |
Just read about Rahm’s little scam. If true, where is the media? If it is his residence, he is a slime ball to the nth degree. “Let them eat cake”. Another limo liberal. I spoke to many people pre election who said they wouldn’t mind paying a little bit more in taxes if it helped the country. They seemed to have drunk the Biden “patriotic | Read More »
Oprah Doesn’t Get It
By: Strike_Twice (Diary) | November 5th at 02:39 PM |
Orpah Winfrey has declared that for the first time since 9-11 the country is united. Her conclusion proves what we all know. Conservatives and Republicans are open-minded, optimistic and respectful of the American way. The country is united because we lost and those who have refused to try to unite over the past seven years have won. Turn the tables and we were prepared for | Read More »
I Meant To Vote No.
By: Strike_Twice (Diary) | October 30th at 09:33 AM |
National Review has the audio of an Obama incident that nearly led to blows in the Illinois senate. Perhaps this is a good rebuttal to the “temperament” argument, but more importantly Obama is heard to say that he had voted yes, but meant to vote no. Add that to the “I apologize for being late” video and we could have created another “who can you | Read More »
Support Our Troops – Defeat Murtha
By: Strike_Twice (Diary) | October 29th at 08:20 AM |
Make a donation to the Russell campaign if you can. I did it yesterday. Believe me, I am “tapped out”, but after making the donation my eyes filled up. In a small way I was showing my support for our troops.
We Can Do This
By: Strike_Twice (Diary) | October 27th at 10:31 AM |
For those of you in the swing states, PLEASE write a simple, one topic, letter to your LOCAL newspaper. Appeal to those who are like you but perhaps are still undecided. Keep your letter simple and make those who are on the fence wonder about any one of a number of topics – Obama’s lack of any meaningful achievement, abortion, especially partial birth abortion, radical | Read More »
Bag The Rallies
By: Strike_Twice (Diary) | October 23rd at 10:51 AM |
Not sure if political rallies are serving our ticket right now. There is little media coverage, and the appeal is to those who are already committed. The college football schedule should be used to our advantage. If I were running Senator McCain’s campaign, I would be sure that he be in Gainsville for the start of the Florida football game, and then in Tallahassee for | Read More »
Obama Lied About His Letter
By: Strike_Twice (Diary) | October 23rd at 10:38 AM |
I just got confirmation that Obama lied during the debates. He said on at least two occasions that he wrote a letter to Treasury to warn of the Fannie and Freddie impending crises. No such letter exists. Think of the commercial. “Why would you trust him?” OK, I am lying. I do not know whehter the letter exists or not. I only would like to | Read More »
David Price and Obama
By: Strike_Twice (Diary) | October 21st at 01:06 PM |
Tampa Bay Rays pitcher David Price introduced Barack Obama yesterday at a rally in Florida. Price did not play professionally last year because the Rays did not offer him enough money. He turned down millions of dollars. He signed this year for millions, plus some. Now that we know that Price is an Obama worshiper, we must aske if Price will agree to give a | Read More »
Boycott Oprah’s Sponsors
By: Strike_Twice (Diary) | October 21st at 09:17 AM |
Oprah Winfrey has offered to produce Obama’s 30 minute infomercial. Oprah has the resources because of the money made off of her television show. We purchase the products of her sponsors. Time to boycott those products. This is far different from the situation of the business owner in Maryland who was chastised for displaying a McCain sign. That individual merely was expressing his opinion. Oprah, | Read More »
Ad Idea
By: Strike_Twice (Diary) | October 20th at 12:33 PM |
Idea for a McCain ad to run during the World Series after Obama’s half hour buy, (Tampa v. Philly means many Florida and Pennsylvania voters watching) should show the pledge that Obama signed and broke with regard to public financing of campaign. Obama lied and duped. “Who can you trust” should be the theme (in my humble opionion)

By: Strike_Twice (Diary) | October 20th at 12:26 PM |
Anyone seen the One’s letter to Treasury yet? You know, the one where he warned of the impending doom at Freddie and Fannie. Yeah, that one. He didn’t tell anyone else he was concerned, just decided to write a letter. I bet it does not exist, and if it does, that it may have a vague reference to HSE’s or either of those companies, but | Read More »

Tax Structure – A Must Read
By: Strike_Twice (Diary) | October 16th at 10:51 AM |
I am not usually an email “forwarder” but not only did I forward this email that I just recieved but felt compelled to post this little ditty. I do not know whether the writer who was given credit for this example even exists (if he doesn’t he can vote in many states anyway) but this is the best example of “unfair tax cuts” that I | Read More »
Temperament
By: Strike_Twice (Diary) | October 15th at 03:50 PM |
We have now learned that Obama is qualified to be president because of his temperament. Soon all resumes will state “no experience, poor judgment but good temperament.” Didn’t the good senator almost have a fist fight with a collegue on the senate floor not too long ago? If so, it needs to come to the surface again to rebut any attack on McCain’s temper (which | Read More »
Where is the LETTER?
By: Strike_Twice (Diary) | October 15th at 09:55 AM |
Senator Obama has twice referenced his brilliant letter to Treasury warning of the Fannie/Freddie impending doom. Has anyone seen the letter? It must be a public record. Does someone need to file a FIA request to get a copy of it? Shouldn’t we, as Americans, demand to see it? If the letter exists, it cannot hurt the McCain camp. Senator Obama did not vote in | Read More »
Intimidation At IU
By: Strike_Twice (Diary) | October 15th at 09:25 AM |
My daughter called from Indiana University last night. She told me that she is afraid to vote because she is afraid to go near the polling place. She is not a wimp, but the Obama supporters have been “in her face” telling her that she has to vote for Obama. She has been intimidated and threatened. My daughter’s friends who support Senator McCain have not, | Read More »
Appeal to Americans As Americans
By: Strike_Twice (Diary) | October 15th at 07:36 AM |
When Sarah Palin mentioned self-responsiblility during her debate, Frank Lunz’s (sp?) whatchyamacallit devices (record-o-meters?)moved to the highest levels of approval not matched at any other time during the debate. Senator McCain has tried to appeal to the hard working Americans by complementing us, acknowledging our work ethic. So far, he has not connected. I believe he needs to look America in the eye tonight and | Read More »
Dear Senator McCain
By: Strike_Twice (Diary) | October 14th at 11:10 AM |
Dear Senator McCain: We know that the MSM will not ask Senator Obama any meaningful, substantive questions. You sir, respectfully, must therefore use tomorrow night’s debate to ask Mr. Obama the questions. As is good debate practice, you msut pre-empt his answers by anticipating what Mr. Obama might say, and by stating why such an answer is not acceptable. The American people are fed up | Read More »
Stealing Lawn Signs
By: Strike_Twice (Diary) | October 10th at 07:11 AM |
Saw my McCain-Palin lawn sign get stolen last night. Thieves didn’t know that I live on a circle. Waited for them to complete the loop (took them longer than usual because they stopped to lift more signs). Got their plate number, called the local police and the thieves were apprehended. A short time later one of the culprits, an 18 year old, returned my sign | Read More »
Our Own Grass Roots
By: Strike_Twice (Diary) | October 6th at 04:29 PM |
Let’s face it, we are getting out maneuvered by the left. To follow up on Martin Knight’s idea, I beleive that we, the people, need to write letters to the editors of our local newspapers. I know this seems obvious, but the campaign, or one of our Red State leaders, should compose a few very simple letters and post those letter with instructions to send | Read More »
