A tree of inspiration with Donald Trump at the root of it is hardly one under which I plan to sit and ponder the wonders of the universe anytime soon. Yesterday was regrettably one of those unfortunate days for our side, if we’re still in the business of being “honest” that is. I try to be, so I can admit it. Dems scored a few yesterday with their selection of Representative Debbie Wasserman Schultz to potentially head the DNC and replace outgoing Tim Kaine. On balance, yesterday’s score was probably somewhere close to 99-1 with the release of Rep Ryan’s Path to Prosperity; but at least they got on the scoreboard.
