Steve, we're just too polite to put it up for all to see.

But it involves a two-sided brace for the book's open spine to rest over, and an outhouse to reside in.

I would venture to guess "No."

It then seems odd, considering that no fracking has ever occured in VT and they ban it to protect against contaminating groundwater from "chemicals" yet, they have not banned the production of 1,2,4-Trimethylbenzene in VT when CE Bradley Laboratories Inc. has previously "released" 85 lbs of this stuff. And the chemical plant sits along side the Conneticut River in Brattleboro. (Maybe Brattleboro is south enough along the river that Gov. Shumlin feels that any FURTHER toxic releases will be Massachusetts' or Conneticut's problem...)

Maybe this is what drives either Ben or Jerry (or both) to come up with those whacky flavors and associated names....

I have spent decades repenting of the Yankee Transcendentalism at whose altar my youth was spent--but contra today's non-surprising announcement I still see hopeful signs for the future which can't be detailed now.

To the OP, every multi-generational Vermonter could name someone whose last 5 minutes of life either transpired between the top and bottom of a marble, slate or granite quarry, or were hastened due to years in an asbestos mine. Such people will not be likely to worry about fracking.

The true audience for the governor and his Gaian chorus are the same NE Corridor palace courtiers who since the 60s have used VT as a cultural/political Petri dish in which mixtures unfit for national consumption could be carefully tended until the right moment to take off the lid.
