Interesting to see in the “American Jobs Act” that an interviewing individual may actually SUE a potential employer for not hiring them based on a discrimination clause in the legislation. The turned-down individual has legal grounds to sue for discrimination based on the fact they are unemployed, and have been discriminated against because of their “condition” of being unemployed.
