This bit from USA Today shows exactly how broken Washington DC is when it comes to grasping the fiscal cliff we are facing. Interesting to see in the “American Jobs Act” that an interviewing individual may actually SUE a potential employer for not hiring them based on a discrimination clause in the legislation. The turned-down individual has legal grounds to sue for discrimination based on the fact they are unemployed, and have been discriminated against because of their “condition” of being unemployed.
