Why Cain Can’t
I really like Herman Cain. But these articles I read about him raise red flags. This short article is very revealing and it is written by a man who likes him and has done business with him. http://www.lewrockwell.com/blog/lewrw/archives/96860.html I am not libertarian. Rush Limbaugh surprised me yesterday when he said that the only economic plan he has heard so far that appeals to him is | Read More »

Perry’s Energy Plan will work.
Many things are happening on the energy front. Recently I was reading in a newsletter I subscribe to about Poland. The Poles and the Russians hate each other. You would need to read the history of their relationship to understand just how deep this hatred is. The Russians have been able to keep their fangs in Poland because they supply Poland with natural gas. They | Read More »

“Cops Confiscate Cameras at Ohio Congressman’s Town Hall”

Florida-19th Today is the Day!!
Voters in Florida’s 19th district go to the polls today. Does anyone know how the race stands?
Nuclear Nonproliferation treaty
Signing this treaty was a signal to our allies, “Hey, we don’t have your backs anymore!” Will these same allies be motivated to continue investing in America? How will that affect our bond market? We are headed for hard times!! There is a very good commentary on this today at www.mcalvany.com The broadcast lasts 38 minutes.

Our motives in the fight…
Love of country motivates the readers at RedState. I know this. We love America. This morning I came across this posting at youtube…it is such a lovely picture of tender love I wanted to share it. If God’s love so filled our lives this is the care we would find in our families. How repulsive it is to think of a Government who DOES NOT | Read More »
Sarah Palin has targeted Allen Boyd!
I was so encouraged today to learn that Sarah Palin has targeted Allen Boyd for retirement this November along with 19 other Dems. This is going to be a wonderful November!
Victor Davis Hanson
VDH has a great article at the Corner at National Review Online today..March 23!!
Allen Boyd had a bill that had been languishing in the house for consideration. Suddenly it was passed and he voted yes on the health care bill. On the local am talk radio heard some of the candidates lining up for the Republican primary. There will be one Independent challenger too. Boyd will have a primary opponent this time also. Should be an interesting race.
In Mississippi where my dad lives word is that Travis Childers is toast. He voted no on the health care bill but he held the vote close to his chest until the end. In contrast to that Gene Taylor opposed it from the beginning.
