While the doctor is ethically prohibited from denying care for any patient based on political view point.

He is able to express his desire to treat a subset of patients to his choosing.

This will be lost on our liberal citizens.

The doctor doesn’t ask his patients about their political affiliations, but, it is not discriminatory to decide on the basis of political affiliation. It is not mentioned in the discriminatory laws. Nice try.
