With Obama and his wife inviting poets and rapper into the White House for a night of poetry, did anyone expect that there wouldn’t be a scandal? The 1^st “Lady” has invited rapper Common into the White House to provide his colloquies and perspective.

People don’t realize that he has been endorsed by this White House before in 2009 at the Obama Home Estates Inaugural Ball. Where was the outrage then? This same outrage should have been present THEN and would have been just as justifiably placed.

Many are also missing the fact that he, ALSO, is a member of the “honorable” Reverend Jeremiah Wright’s church, yet another testament to the type of person that is being cultivated and nurtured out of that church. He has also been directly tied to the Black Panthers and the Black Liberation Army.

I have read several liberal blogs and opinion articles and heard several radio and tv show pundits who have argued that it is irrational for the Right and the conservative members of the American congregation to not be too excited for the same individual who wrote and sang a song that says, ” , who wrote and performs a song that is intended to praise a member of the Black Liberation Army and a domestic terrorist, and has performed poetry that says “flyers say ‘free Mumia’ on my freezer,” referencing a man that killed a Philadelphia Police Officer in 1981, performing at the request of the President of the United States and his wife.

This is the EXACT same group of individual who comes out on a regular basis and accuses conservatives of racist remarks and bigotry. This is another case of liberal progressive white washing. “Well it’s OK if we do it, but you guys can’t do anything that may make anyone ever question anything that you do… ever.”

I don’t know why I would expect it to be any different. The same people who have accused conservatives of racism for years, specifically Reverend Jesse Jackson and Reverend Al Sharpton, have been recorded spewing more racial bigotry and inequality promoting remarks than anyone on the Right has even dreamed of.

It is this kind of double standard that causes conservatives, Republicans, Tea Party members, and libertarians and all of the rest, to be so damned scared to say anything or to argue a point. How has it gotten so bad that a man who has profited from recording records and writing poetry that condones and promotes domestic terrorism and the murdering of police officers is being invited into the White House, and conservatives are expected to just stand idly by and not say anything, being ridiculed and called ignorant if they do disagree with it.

These are the real problems in America that need to be addressed before we can even consider addressing any serious issues in a rhetorical and respectable fashion. If we continue to slam the other side to a point to where they can’t even say a damned word about a situation like this, then things have really gone too far. This is 100% of a representation of the current standard of American values. Our country isn’t even recognizable from even when I was born, much less some of our veterans and people who have spent their life watching their hopes turned to being accusations of bigotry.
