He’s got socon appeal. Santorum likes him. He’s got fiscon appeal. He’s got tea party appeal. He even has a bit of appeal to RP supporters in auditing the fed and getting back to a more strict constitutional approach. Romney supporters would back him as well, Romney would get behind him.

No other candidate will consolidate Republican support like Gingrich can.

Sickening…we try to push the last conservative candidate out of the race to make room for…Rick Santorum?

NEVER…I hope Newt fights to the end. Worst thing that happens is that Mitt Romney gets the nomination, which is no worse than Santorum getting it.

Using myself as an example, I knew about Newt, his baggage, his achievements, and some of his infamous missteps like complaining about being asked to disembark from Air Force One from the back door. I see him a lot on FoxNews as a contributor and that was pretty much it for the longest time.

Then during this cycle, I didn’t pay much attention to his candidacy and pretty much thought he is a goner when his staff left him in May 2011.

Then , through sheer force of will and ideas, he forced his way back into my consciousness. As much as the MSM and GOP establishment tried to minimize him, he forced us to reevaluate his candidacy! And as I dig in deeper, I am drawn to his record, ideas, and came to the conclusion that baggage aside, he truly is the man for a time like this.

And as great a candidate as Newt is, his greatest asset is his ability to summarize his ideas into easily communicated talking points. So it makes it so much easier to talk to others about Newt’s ideas. Personally, i find it that much easier to sell Newt’s ideas to others! The ideas sell themselves. I am just the mouthpiece!
