Obama’s efforts to catapult himself into the universe of iconic figures took an especially creepy turn today with this poster, which is advertising his speech before a war monument (the Siegessaule) venerated by the Nazi’s. Give the dude some blond hair and blue eyes and we’re talking a candidate for the Nazi Youth.

The last guy in Germany with this kind of cult of personality had a catchier phrase (One people, One Nation, One Leader) but lacked the flash in graphics:
