Senator Rand Paul has a plan for replacing Obamacare. But that plan got no play and no lip service in the House plan put out on Monday night that has conservatives tearing their hair out in frustration.

Paul took to Twitter today to give voice to the general mood.

He’s not alone. A lot of other lawmakers are making statements today. It’s going to be a long day for the House. And the administration.
