#HeToo: Johnny Depp Files Suit Against #TimesUp Hero Amber Heard Claiming SHE'S the Serial Abuser

Could Johnny Depp have been the victim of domestic abuse from ex-wife Amber Heard?

He says he was.

During their 2016 divorce, Amber accused the megastar of violence. But now Johnny’s filed a $50 million lawsuit against her, claiming it was actually she who roughed up him.

Oh boy.

The original allegation was somewhat odd, given that those to whom Johnny was previously linked spoke out on his gentleness. That included ex-wife Vanessa Paradis.

Then again, #BelieveAllWomen (here)

And also, #BelieveAllWomen (here).

In December of 2018, Amber wrote an op-ed for The Washington Post: “I Spoke Up Against Sexual Violence — and Faced Our Culture’s Wrath. That Has to Change.”

Johnny wasn’t too psyched about that, so he decided to file his feelings.

Submitted last week, the suit alleges Amber was a serial abuser during their time together. His evidence includes “87 newly discovered surveillance videos, 17 sworn eyewitness statements, audio tape, photographs, and other evidence.”

Among the claims, Johnny asserts Amber’s previously-recounted mark to the face at the couple’s penthouse was actually caused by her sister’s slap. Additionally, he states that she threw a vodka bottle at him which sliced his hand, mandating surgery.

Unsurprisingly, Amber’s attorney — Eric M. George — refutes the claims, calling the suit ““just the latest of Johnny Depp’s repeated efforts to silence Amber Heard.”

Right. Or maybe, for Amber, #Time’sUp.
