BREAKING: President Trump Signs Executive Order Extending Wuhan China Virus Relief Funding

1635 EST. President Trump has signed an Executive Order extending certain Wuhan China Virus relief funding and restrictions. As I noted in an earlier piece, the President felt it necessary to take decisive action due to the determined efforts by the Democrat leadership to lard up legislation with irrelevant amendments and refuse any compromise.

In a brutally honest assessment, the President stated that he and the Republicans have been negotiating in good faith, while Speaker Pelosi and Leader Schumer were obstructing progress. President Trump spent a significant amount of time excoriating Democrat efforts to “steal the election,” with a requirement for all states to have mail in voting among other corrupt voting practices. He also pointed out Democrat efforts to extend monetary relief to illegal aliens and early release of convicted felons. Claiming that Democrats “don’t really love our country, “ the President pointed out numerous other pork items the Democrats wanted to include in the relief bill.

Having pointed out the most obvious and egregious Democrat faults, the President moved on to explaining the Executive Orders which:

-Suspend Payroll Tax through remainder of 2020, for those making less than $100,000.00, retroactive to August 1st. If reelected, his intent is to make these payroll tax cuts permanent.

-Continue the moratorium on evictions, while providing financial assistance to renters.

-Extend unemployment benefits at a rate of $400.00/week, $200.00 less than previous plan. This gets rid of the “stay home” incentive by making work more attractive.

-Defer Student Loan Payments.

Even before this announcement, the Democrats were freaking out about this proposal when the President first brought it up as a possibility earlier this week. My good friend and colleague, Nick Arama will have analysis out at 20:30 EST that explains this aspect. Stay tuned for my OpEd, tomorrow morning.
