In 2008 Obama burst upon the scene and jockeyed for a presidential bid as a moderate.   Quite a few paid attention to his record, his words, his past and his past record of successes, or lack thereof as proof positive that not only was he not a moderate, but as a hard left radical, not fit for the highest office in the land.  The only thing he was fit to do as president was to lick his lips and implement every hard left radical program he could get his hands on.

As hard facts spilled out many, many were disillusioned, no – self-deluded into thinking “how bad could it possibly be?”

July, 2010.  It is that bad.  Not only is the economy in shambles and any sign of “recovery summer” tanking, but the stimulus this Administration passed to fix the problems it and it’s Democratic led Congress helped to facilitate has had little to no effect on the housing market.  The expansion of our federal budget that was $700 billion under Bush over a period of 8 years has now soared to $1 Trillion in 18 months under Obama…in less than 2 years.    From  “The debt has gone from President Bush presided over a $2.5 trillion increase in the public debt through 2008. Setting aside 2009 (for which Presidents Bush and Obama share responsibility for an additional $2.6 trillion in public debt), President Obama’s budget would add $4.9 trillion in public debt from the beginning of 2010 through 2016- nearly double the amount accumulated under President Bush over the same number of years. Overall, the public debt level would double over the next decade to $15.4 trillion ($12.5 trillion in inflation-adjusted dollars).  At 67 percent of GDP, this would constitute America’s largest debt burden since immediately following World War II.

Now, not even those with no Ivy League education can see we are headed straight to hell in a hand basket, and we are all out of hand baskets.    Most everyone who has eyes to see can discern that the policies of this president are not in the best interest of the country.  They are, however, in the best, vested interest of the radical left and their progressive agenda.  To  believe otherwise is to ignore the past education of Obama, in school, outside of school, on the streets, and in his own words who he followed and befriended.  He makes no mention of Young Republicans or Young Conservatives on campus; he does mention people like Bernadine Dohrn, William Ayers, Frank Marshall Davis, Rev Wright, his numerous dalliances with the communist party [chronicled in his books] as well as his familial ties to communism.  And Saul Alinsky.

Obama campaigned in 2008 on two key words:  HOPE and CHANGE.  What few people realize is that both hope and  offered by Obama came straight from the Alinksy playbook, Rules for Radicals.  In his 1972 Playboy interview, Alinksy made the following statements about hope and change-how to use them, how to exploit them-how to use them as euphemisms for real radical change.  Highlighted in yellow are his words used to bring in those he wanted to exploit and in blue are the real agenda:

‘According to The New York Times, Saul Alinsky “is hated and feared in high places from coast to coast” for being “a major. force in the revolution of powerless people — indeed, he is emerging as a movement unto himself.” And a Time magazine essay concluded that “it is not too much to argue that American democracy is being altered by Alinsky’s ideas.”’

“…even if we could manage to organize all the exploited low-income groups — all the blacks, chicanos, Puerto Ricans, poor whites:

“Right now they’re frozen, festering in apathy, leading what Thoreau called “lives of quiet desperation:” They’re oppressed by taxation and inflation, poisoned by pollution, terrorized by urban crime, frightened by the new youth culture, baffled by the computerized world around them. They’ve worked all their lives to get their own little house in the suburbs, their color TV, their two cars, and now the good life seems to have turned to ashes in their mouths. Their personal lives are generally unfulfilling, their jobs unsatisfying, they’ve succumbed to tranquilizers and pep pills, they drown their anxieties in alcohol, they feel trapped in longterm endurance marriages or escape into guilt-ridden divorces. They’re losing their kids and they’re losing their dreams. They’re alienated, depersonalized, without any feeling of participation in the political process, and they feel rejected and hopeless. Their utopia of status and security has become a tacky-tacky suburb, their split-levels have sprouted prison bars and their disillusionment is becoming terminal.”  [curiously, things have gotten worse, not better under Obama’s reign…no need to wonder why]

“The despair is there; now it’s up to us to go in and rub raw the sores of discontent, galvanize them for radical social change. We’ll give them a way to participate in the democratic process, a way to exercise their rights as citizens and strike back at the establishment that oppresses them, instead of giving in to apathy. We’ll start with specific issues — taxes, jobs, consumer problems, pollution — and from there move on to the larger issues: pollution in the Pentagon and the Congress and the board rooms of the megacorporations. Once you organize people, they’ll keep advancing from issue to issue toward the ultimate objective: people power  [mob rule]

“Their fears and their frustrations over their impotence can turn into political paranoia and demonize them, driving them to the right, making them ripe for the plucking by some guy on horseback promising a return to the vanished verities of yesterday. The right would give them scapegoats for their miseryblacks, hippies, Communists

“It was then I learned the meaning of the old adage about how ‘favors extended become defined as rights.” [Shartpon got this one, too]

“In all the ways I’ve been talking about, from taxation to pollution. The middle class actually feels more defeated and lost today on a wide range of issues than the poor do. And this creates a situation that’s supercharged with both opportunity and danger. There’s a second revolution seething beneath the surface of middle-class America — the revolution of a bewildered, frightened and as-yet-inarticulate group of desperate people groping for alternatives — for hope

“It wasn’t because the people had any real sympathy for fascism; it was just that they were so desperate they’d grab on to anything that offered them a glimmer of hope

“But I knew that once they were provided with a real, positive program to change their miserable conditions, they wouldn’t need scapegoats anymore.”

“One thing I’ve come to realize is that any positive action for radical social change will have to be focused on the white middle class, for the simple reason that this is where the real power lies

“But they can and will go either of two ways in the coming years — to a native American fascism or toward radical social change

“What I wanted to try to do was apply the organizing techniques I’d mastered with the C.I.O. to the worst slums and ghettos, so that the most oppressed and exploited elements in the country could take control of their own communities and their own destinies. Up till then, specific factories and industries had been organized for social change, but never entire communities. This was the field I wanted to make my own — community organization for community power and for radical goals.”

“Pragmatically, the only hope for genuine minority progress is to seek out allies within the majority and to organize that majority itself as part of a national movement for change

“The cycle goes on and on, and along the way the values of humanism and social justice the rebels champion take shape and change and are slowly implanted in the minds of all men even as their advocates falter and succumb to the materialistic decadence of the prevailing status quo”.

“All change means movement, movement means friction and friction means heat. You’ll find consensus only in a totalitarian state, Communist or fascist.”

“it will mobilize as one of the most effective instruments for social change this country has ever known. And once mobilized, it will be natural for it to seek out allies among the other disenfranchised — blacks, chicanos, poor whites

“My critics are right when they call me an outside agitator. When a community, any kind of community, is hopeless and helpless, it requires somebody from outside to come in and stir things up. That’s my job — to unsettle them

“All life is warfare, [isn’t that the worker party’s motto?] and it’s the continuing fight against the status quo that revitalizes society, stimulates new values and gives man renewed hope of eventual progress. The struggle itself is the victory. History is like a relay race of revolutions; the torch of idealism is carried by one group of revolutionaries until it too becomes an establishment, and then the torch is snatched up and carried on the next leg of the race by a new generation of revolutionaries.”

Can there be any doubt as to the outcome of policies created in this vein?  Why then do people seem to be so surprised or have buyers remorse when Obama reads like an open book.  You pay attention to what he does, not what he says.  He practices his own form of progressive taqiyya.  Headlines like these below speak volumes as to the actions of not only Barack Obama, but his wife.   What you see is a pattern of socialist policies, anti-American sentiment, race baiting ESPECIALLY as a straw man argument when the substantive issues being questioned are just plain unjust, unethical, or morally questionable.  They are the antithesis of George and Martha.  Barack is petty and juvenile while Michelle is bitter and angry.   Neither are qualified to run anything.  Obama never has run a business and Michelle had a cushy $300,000 a year job that did not require she even show up.   That would work if they owned a hair salon, but as POTUS and FLOTUS, we are the ones that suffer from their lack of experience inability to lead or inspire.

During the Trashin’-the-USA tour of  2009 Obama spent the first 11 months of his administration castrating the nation and apologizing for everything real or imagined that America had done in is 233 year history.  Strange that the first interview granted was to a Muslim country.  Strange that he bowed to heads of Saudi Arabia and sent an historic bust of Winston Churchill back to one of our allies.  Strange that he all but gave Bibi Netanyahu the finger, slams Israel every chance he gets  and makes the Dalai Lama come into the White House via servants entrance {the cooks entrance}.

Well, knowing the history of this man, it really is right in line with his education and beliefs.  But what happens when a former follower of Islam-wait, I thought people who left Islam were apostates and deserved death???? Sorry, what happens when a black liberation theology follower, wait, he left that too?   What does that make him?  What happens when an ex-Islamist, ex-black theologist hooks up with Marxist teachings?  It sounds like a joke, you with a punch line like “they don’t recognize each other in the liquor store” but it isn’t.   It isn’t funny.  It is downright dangerous.

Below is some reading material on the marriage.  It isn’t pretty.

In closing I hope you are scared;   I hope you are likewise willing to do something about it.  2010 will be the most important vote in OUR history.  It will change the balance of power and while it is not good for either side to have absolute power, I would rather have a majority of conservatives in power than what we have today.
