Updated target list:

Jason Altmire (PA-4) (NO)  Brian Baird (WA-3), John Barrow (GA-12), John Boccieri (OH-16) (YES, but keep pressuring him until we hear the announcment), Rick Boucher (VA-9), Allen Boyd (FL-2), (YES) (Stunner.  He is in a heavy GOP district.  Retribution from his constituents is going to be unfathomable.)  Travis Childers (MS-1), (NO) Lincoln Davis (TN-4) (NO According to posters on other blogs, Davis’ staffers are telling the callers he will vote NO, keep calling as he hasn’t come out in public yet)Betsy Markey (CO-4) (YES ACCORDING TO YAHOO!)  , Jim Matheson (UT-2), Scott Murphy (NY-20) (Work this guy.  Pelosi is working hard on getting his vote), Glenn Nye (VA-2), Heath Shuler (NC-11), John Tanner (TN-8 ), Harry Teague (NM-2) (NO). Suzanne Kosmas (FL-24), Henry Cuellar (TX-28) (Apparently leaning yes.  Hammer him.  If he votes yea, Caterpillar will hammer him terribly with corporate ads come November.  Texans, go to work on him.), Tom Perriello (VA-5) (Leaning yes but wants to be assured reconciliation is going to happen.  If reconciliation happens, immigration reform is out for this year and the CHC’s support of the bill is in danger),  John Barrow (GA-1), Sanford Bishop (GA-2), Tim Bishop (NY-1) (Yes), Gabrielle Giffords (AZ-8 ), Baron Hill (IN-9), Paul Kanjorski (PA-11), Alan Mollohan (WV-1), Solomon Ortiz (TX-27)  (YES.  Boy is he crazy.  Wait till Texas finds this out), Bill Owens (NY-23), Earl Pomeroy (ND-All) (Bought with sweeteners in reconciliation bill.  He’s being played for a patsy.  Update:  Has been taken out of the bill at the request of Conrad after being called on it by the GOP) Nick Rahall (WV-3) (lean no but call him up and encourage him no deal with Pelosi on abortion), Zack Space (OH-18 ), Kathy Dahlkemper (PA-3), and Brad Ellsworth (IN-8 ) (Really work this guy.  He is looking like he is going to be key.  He is giving mixed signals.  His senate bid might be on the line.  Obama might promise him a no contest primary to get him on board.), and last but not least Joseph Cao (R-LA)  (NO?  Somebody has got to get a leash on this guy.  Cantor better work him over and tell him to quit talking to Obama.  NRO reported he was wavering….again.  UPDATE, uh never mind.  Cantor worked him.)

Here is the whip list at The Hill.

Cantor is optimistic.  Pelosi is trying to cut a deal with the pro-life Stupak coalition to do something about the Senate language later.  Hello?  NICK RAHALL!!!  IT WON’T HAPPEN!!!  THE SENATE WILL NOT VOTE FOR THAT.  THEY VOTED IT DOWN THE FIRST TIME.  NO SIDECAR BILL IS GOING TO WORK EITHER.  The GOP has promised to upend any effort on that part as well and has already covered the bases with NRTL.  Stupak has got to tell that guy that Pelosi’s promises are empty.  Pelosi needs some soul sellers here it looks like.  The only way pro-life amendments are going to be restored is if the process starts over from square one.  Amazing, Pelosi flips Stupak the bird and then comes back and says “Let’s fool you make a deal.”
