The 321 Renewal and Repeal — The Entire Battle Plan — What you can do

No entitlement has ever been repealed in this nation’s history.  News media are already trying to play up that repeal is impossible (Krauthammer most notably) and it is a new day for America.  They don’t realize that it is a new day, but not of what they are imagining.  Well, this nation and every generation has overcome their share of insurmountable obstacles.  Repeal of an entitlement is impossible?  Well, there is always a first time for something.  How about if we make this our insurmountable obstacle to conquer?  To repeal this horrific legislation and to restore what used to make this country great? If we cannot, lets kill this legislation by annililating it with a thousand cuts in amendments with future congressmen so that when we’re through, it will just be such a bad jumbled mess that it will have to be pitched in the trash can.

The Outline:

  1. Legal challenges from state attorney generals to tie up this legislation in the courts for years.  No expediting or fast tracking of cases.  Let it work itself slowly up the court ladder.  We need the time.  If you and maybe even others can spare the resources and live in a state where the attorney general will not take this up, sue in federal court in a class action as well in that state as well.  If I am not mistaken, I believe that any citizen of the United States would have standing because of the obvious harm that this is going to do to any American citizen from a financial standpoint.  This bill will bankrupt the country if not undone.  We will eventually default on our debt and have all nations who we are indebted too completely angry at us.  THIS MUST BE UNDONE.  THIS MUST BE REPEALED.  The individual mandate and the constitutional problems it has with the commerce clause, states’ rights under the 10th amendment, and the possibility of 2/3 of the state legislatures holding a Constitutional Convention to enact a Constitution Amendment banning this health care atrocity are all on the table.
  2. While these legal challenges are going on, we need to regroup and focus on electing GOP conservative officials to the local, state, and federal levels of government.  Donating to the right candidates who believe in and act in accordance to the principles while in office that they said they stood for during their campaign to get elected.  This will be done in the GOP primary cycle.  If we get someone who might be diluted and our candidate doesn’t win, that will be fine.  An 80% Republican is far better than a 100% “conservative, pro-life, pro 2nd amendment Democrat”.  NO THIRD PARTY CANDIDATES.  Any third party candidate is typically a fraud, an impostor who masks as a libertarian conservative but in reality, seeks to divide the vote so the Democrat in that election can win.  Case in point recently?  The race to unseat Harry Reid in Nevada, the race for governor in New Jersey, etc.
  3. Probably most importantly, we cannot let this issue escape the public eye.  GOP candidates must hammer any elected official who stood for this atrocity with their with their declared vote.
  4. As was shown yesterday, Bart Stupak, Steve Driehaus, Kathy Dahlkamper, Nick Rahall, Allan Mollohan, Joe Donnelly, and indirectly Chris Carney, Marcy Kaptur, Charlie Wilson, and Jerry Costello. These first mentioned seven are the ones who traded their stated “pro-life” convictions for a worthless, unenforceable, toothless, Executive Order from Barack Obama to sell to their constituents.  They wanted to fool their constituents into thinking that they were pro-life but when the big moment came, they betrayed their constituents.  And now they will try to shop this fig leaf of political cover by trying to sell to their voters that they were able to get a ban on federal funding for abortions.  These seven people are scum, the worst kind of scum.  Duplicitous, two-faced, treacherous.  These people have no place in Washington and are completely unworthy of the calling of being an elected public servant.  The worst obviously is Bart Stupak who gave interviews and gave the appearance of one who was being mercilessly whipped, a tortured politician (the National Review interview with Robert Costa) who was in a living hell, but who in the end all along was desperate for political cover and would give at the tiniest bit of it just so he could retain his segment of pro-life voters and bolster his re-election chances.  Rightly so, the GOP called a Motion to Recommit with only having the Stupak-Pitts amendment language.  This forced Bart Stupak to come and denounce his own amendment and to burn an image into the minds of Americans Pure Treacherous Hypocrite.  The anger that Stupak exhibited was funny to watch.  He didn’t like being called on to reveal the man he truly is.  Carney, Costello, Kaptur and Wilson were likely bought but were not at Stupak’s press conference.  They are the ones who stated that they felt that the Senate language was sufficient to ban or uphold federal funding of abortions.   Send these entire 11 packing in November.
  5. What’s in the bill, line by line, that is so bad for this country and the American individual?  Well, the three most alarming things is the individual mandate that will require Americans to purchase ever price increasing, spiraling, unaffordable, health care insurance.  The IRS enforcing penalties and to make the judgment if one has “adequate” health insurance.  Ready for some audits anyone?  The countless doctors and people who are in the medical profession who will quit and thus cause customer service to take a nosedive.  Get ready to forfeit hours if not days waiting for medical care.  On top of that, the amount of tax revenue that will be lost when all of these people in the medical field drop out.  This will cause our fiscal budget to spiral out of control if not appealed soon.  There are other reasons as well.  Do you really think that employers are going to hire more people?  No, they are going to cut work forces.  If you think unemployment is bad now, are you in for a shock as this plays out over the next few years.  And of course, the numerous back room deals, the Cornhusker Kickback, Gator Aid, the Lousiana Purchase, and even the Bismarck Bank Job though that was pulled in the end but still attempted (Do you hear that Ben and Bill Nelson, Mary Landrieu, Kent Conrad and Earl Pomeroy?).  Wait, why doesn’t any Congressmen have to participate in this Healthcare plan again?  In summation, this healthcare bill result in the utter financial ruin of this country if allowed to stand.  I will be making a request to Congressmen Paul Ryan to send me a package highlighting every single little thing that is so bad about this bill and break it down in common language that the voter will be able to understand and for you to pass along to your friends.  Here is a sampler.  THIS MUST BE REPEALED SOON.
  6. As unfortunate as this is going to be to hear for those 34 Blue Dog Democrats who voted no on this legislation, those turncoat pro-life Democrats destroyed your political careers last night.  How?  Well, it revealed that at the end of the day, every Democrat is a socialist, big spending, give away our children’s future, pro-choice Democrat.  Any Democrat who says that he is a fiscal conservative, pro-life, pro 2nd amendment, limited government, pro military, pro defending liberty and freedom, pro defending our nation from our enemies, pro standing up to our enemies rather than wanting to “reason” with them, is a complete, utter, bald-faced liar and is, when the time comes to live up to their stated convictions, a socialist with the name Democrat.  Anyone with a (D) must be targeted and thrown out of office.  As I stated last night, the mask has been ripped off.  Unfortunately all these Democrats only voted no for political cover for the November elections so that they might be re-elected:                                                                                                                                          Rep. 7. Any Democratic House Representative or Senator is 1 more vote that keeps Nancy Pelosi as Speaker and Harry Reid as Senate Majority Leader.  Therefore, any moderately Democrat district (D+10 or less), neutral or GOP leaning district must be targeted by us to take out in November.  I don’t have a list here but will have one soon enough along with the declared GOP opponents.  Feel free to contribute information with comments on races, the candidates in your area and the Democrats that must be taken out.  This post is meant to be a public project for all of us and to pass along to your friends and neighbors.  All GOP candidate should be advised to highlight this.  ANY DEMOCRAT THAT DID OR DIDN’T VOTE FOR THIS HEALTHCARE ATROCITY IS STILL A VOTE TO KEEP NANCY PELOSI SPEAKER AND HARRY REID SENATE MAJORITY LEADER.
  8. David Axelrod wanted to have this debate once healthcare passed and to bring it on.  Be careful what you wish for David.  The Democrats are dying to say now that “Republicans are going to take your healthcare away.”  now that healthcare has passed.  Well, let the fun begin.  Here are some of the stuff that can be hit at Democrats:  “Democrats for decades have said that Republicans were going to take away your Medicare.  With the bill the Democrats passed, who has taken away your healthcare?  The Democrats.  $500 billion in Medicare cuts and saying goodbye to Medicare Advantage.”  “Democrats stated they were for honest, open, and transparent government.  Here is how they have kept their word.  (Louisiana Purchase, Gator Aid, Cornhusker Kickback, Bismarck Bank Job, countless backroom deals, offering federal positions to family members (Hear that Jim Matheson?), the possibilities are endless.”  “How do you interpret a Democrat is saying or is going to do?  Just hear what he or she says that comes out of their mouth and then know the complete opposite of what they are saying will be the truth.  Case in point, Barack Obama, Nancy Pelosi, Harry Reid, Bart Stupak, etc.,  Case in point?  Bart Stupak voted against his own pro-life amendment in the healthcare bill.   Democrats, contradiction and hypocrisy are their trademarks.”  “The GOP is interested in having liberty and freedom for the people, to serve the people, to ensure a legacy of prosperity and freedom for our current and future citizens.  The Democrats are interested in back-room dealings, bribes, corruption, having government be in charge of your life, taking away your liberty and freedom by forcing you to purchase health insurance.  The Democrats are for higher taxes, lesser freedom, to rule you rather than serve you, and to leave a legacy of scarcity and governmental servitude/slavery for our current and future citizens.”  “A vote for (Democratic congressional candidate) is to keep Barack Obama, Nancy Pelosi, and Harry Reid in charge of your future and putting your freedom and liberty at the hands of their mercy.”  “Democrats bring issues and never debate issues.  Democrats pray on people’s emotions to gain more government control over people’s lives.” The list can go on and on.  The scream factor that would come from the Democrats would be something unlike we have ever heard until this time.  The GOP has gargantuan ammunition to hit the Democrats with this fall.  Unearth every little bribe and backroom deal pay off, every process done in the shadows.  Bring everything into the light of scrutiny.   Heck, I didn’t even get into the 68 Democratic congressmen who voted for the Stupak amendment the first time around and then a sizeable number who voted the other way once it came up again in the motion to recommit.  The effort should be made to THROW EVERYTHING AT THE DEMOCRATS IN EVERY ELECTION CYCLE FROM HERE ON OUT.
  9. I will be putting together a list of the Democratic Senate incumbents that will be up for election in 2012.  It is possible that the GOP on top of winning the presidency could secure a 60 seat supermajority in the Senate.  The Democrats are very vulnerable and have a LOT of Senators in friendly GOP states up for re-election in that year.  We need majorities in the House, Senate and have to have to win the presidency in 2012.  I won’t mention who I am pulling for here but if you look in my diary, you can see who I want.
  10. Now to make the Democrats really scream and howl, let’s make every Democrat a screaming Howard Dean.  Big and small business leaders, let’s put that Supreme Court decision rescinding campaign finance reform to good work.  Create and run those attack ads at all Democratic congressmen up for relection this cycle and for future cycles.  The unions might try to compete but they don’t have close to the resources you do.  Union workers, our beef isn’t with you.  See here how your union leadership is screwing you and how you’ll be stuck with everybody else with having pay outrageous expenses and seeing your pocketbooks dwindle.
  11. Probably the most important thing is that you stay involved.  Arm yourself with information and share it with your family and friends.  Tell them what is going on.  A fired up GOP base, livid seniors and independents, and even some moderate Democrats who were fooled into believing that their party stood for certain things will make for the transformational change that Barack Obama loving media pundits love to talk about.  Let’s show them what WE THE PEOPLE mean by change.

The GOP is not the Party of No.  The GOP is the Party of Repeal.
