If Obama wins…

Initially, thinly veiled gloating transitioning into an all out “We Are the Champions” in-your-face chant. People Magazine-like reporting on Obama’s ascension to power and his every move. Bush extends an unnecessarily gracious long arm of friendship during the transition. Mouth service given to the new age of bipartisanship while closed door meetings are held by Pelosi and Reid for top-to-bottom takeover of government. Announcements early on what Supreme Court judges are resigning effective January 21st. Election celebration turns to rioting in the streets. Guns and ammo sales boom. Stock market plummets again. The purge of the opposition commences: first up, The Fairness Doctrine, i.e. Rush and Hannity. Reports of election irregularities are squashed. Bush pardons only a few, including Olympian Marion Jones.

If McCain wins…

Rioting in the streets and on campuses. Lawsuits commence. Obama refuses to concede until days pass, and then uses the opportunity to stoke the fires while calling for calm. Cries of racism come from the media. TV anchors take vacations. Suicides well publicized. Bush extends a short arm of friendship to McCain during the transition. Many dems tapped for Cabinet positions. Cheney meets with Palin for transition meetings in Wyoming and they do some skeet shooting. World universally condemns red-necked bigoted Americans. Only Greta covers the Palins transition from Alaska to D.C. McCain supporters are attacked. Properties previously sporting McCain signs vandalized and some burned. Gun and ammo sales boom. Stock market reacts positively.
