On today’s episode of “Try to Contain Your Shock and Amazement,” histrionic blue-check liberals lapsed into apoplectic seizure on Friday over Melania Trump appearing to not recite the Pledge of Allegiance during the 9/11 ceremony in Shanksville, Pennsylvania.

Let’s go to the tape, shall we?

OK, so clearly, Melania didn’t recite the pledge — for whatever reason.

Keep in mind she’s recited it on many occasions over the last four years. Not that it matters to the Trump Derangement Syndrome crowd of navel gazers, mind you.

Radio personality Kojo Ebro busted out a bit of street talk.

Author Joyce Carol Oates posited that since Melania didn’t “make more of an effort to participate,” she was obviously “indifferent” to the ceremony, the pledge, or both.

Author and HuffPo contributor Tony Posnanski chose **vile language** to attack Melania. This is who these people are; their bitterness is uncontainable.

Author Lynn Comella was aghast; she chose to attach her little bit of bitterness to Melania’s tweet commemorating 9/11.

Finally, this blue-check clown went with the favorite liberal go-to line against Melania — her English language skills. Apparently one of those people who laugh at their own non-funny jokes.

She barely speaks English. You can’t expect her to have memorized the pledge. 😂

Left-wing media rags also went after President Trump for apparently leaving out “Under God” as he recited the pledge. Hilariously, Heavy ran the “news” as “Breaking News.”

As the Pledge of Allegiance was recited, the president and first lady both put their hands over their hearts.

Trump began to recite the pledge, but appeared to miss a few phrases, including “under God,” many pointed out online, including Vox reporter Aaron Rupar.

Melania Trump, meanwhile, kept her mouth closed for the entire recitation.

Oh, the humanity.

Here’s the thing. Do any of the above petty attacks — blue-checks and all matter? Of course not. Do they serve as yet another example of the virulent bitterness harbored by the Left over the reality that Donald Trump — the buffoonish reality TV show host — beat Hillary Clinton — the most qualified person in the history of the universe — in 2016?

Oh hell yeah. And that makes it’s all worth it.
