President Donald Trump and the First Lady got huge cheers at the national championship game between LSU and Clemson on Monday at the Mercedes Benz stadium in New Orleans.

Chants of "USA" broke out.

He also had a guest in his box, actor Vince Vaughn, who apparently was able to talk with the president without any acrimony and even shake his hand. What a horror! Vaughn has expressed some conservative ideas in the past when it comes to such things as guns and taxes.
I'm very sorry to have to share this video with you. All of it, every part of it. pic.twitter.com/ELMbDHZbZq

That caused a general meltdown from some on the left who couldn’t believe it and naturally, canceled Vaughn for having the temerity to be a civil human being with the president. Those on the right loved that Vaughn apparently dared to buck such sentiments.
Look, man… Vince Vaughn can make whatever life-choices he wants.
As for me, there's no power on Earth that could ever make me shake hands with anyone named Trump. pic.twitter.com/hdINjRbxdA

All of you saying calm down, Vaughn is shaking the hand of the man who is hell bent on destroying not just our democracy, but our survival in the world community, for his personal benefit. Wake up!

Yet, none of that is reality. How do they manage to continue with these talking points?
So Vince Vaughn is cordial to a man who locks kids in cages. What’s the big deal.

She apparently missed the eight years of the Obama administration.
Liberal think he has a “gotcha” moment with the intent of shaming someone for being cordial with the POTUS…
This is why social media liberals make me wanna vomit… https://t.co/Z6OibdiMfL

I watched this with the sound on thinking the shocking part of the video would be them saying something OUTRAGEOUS.
It's just some folks talking civilly. Can't even hear them.
The fact that someone finds it damning says a lot more about them than Vince Vaughn or Trump. https://t.co/bOH9VnWQZa

Pray for Timothy. His life has been turned upside down by having to witness a celebrity show respect tot the president of the United States instead of lecturing us and calling us racists. https://t.co/AJxbboLp0M

Wow, it must be so terrible to see a celebrity interact with politicians you disagree with. Prayers in this trying time. https://t.co/kFxDyx84zX

If you think this makes you feel sad, I can't imagine how you're going to feel on November 3, 2020…
