Sen. Kamala Harris (D-CA) must really really want that VP slot on the Democratic ticket.

She put out a video to endorse Joe Biden and it looks for all the world like a hostage video, as though her arm was being twisted behind her. The background is a lot like the background for mugshots. The video seemed lacking in both sincerity and enthusiasm.

Now you may remember that she attacked Joe Biden during an early debate for his support for two senators she termed segregationists and for being against busing in cooperation with those senators.

"[Joe] is a man who has lived his life with great dignity. He is a public servant who has always worked for the best of who we are as a nation."

This is the guy she’s now saying is about “dignity” and who she’s talking about in the context of civil rights?

What a hypocrite.

And people haven’t forgotten.

It took Kamala Harris 51 seconds, over half way into this video for her to say that she would endorse Joe Biden.

But even with this hostage video, as we reported on Saturday, Biden’s choice might not be her. Sen. Amy Klobuchar’s endorsement sounded a lot more sincere and it sounds like Biden might be considering her, if her Freudian slip is accurate.

So Kamala better not count those chickens just yet.
