Watch: WWII Vet Becomes Star of the Show at White House Commemoration of Pearl Harbor Day
President Trump was one-upped for showmanship by World War II veteran and Pearl Harbor survivor, retired Navy Chief Quartermaster Mickey Ganitch at the White House on Thursday.
Ganitch broke out singing the 1942 hit “Remember Pearl Harbor” as Trump made his remarks commemorating Pearl Harbor Day.

Ganitch was joined by five of his fellow WWII veterans: US Navy Flight Engineer Jack Holder, Navy Seaman First Class Robert Fernandez, Army Staff Sergeant George Blake, and Army Privates Alexander Horanzy and Lawrence Parry.
