The AP report confirmed this detail, that the SUV driver had attempted to ram the gates, but was successfully stopped and placed under arrest.

An NSA spokesman told reporters that the incident is now under control, and released a statement:

NSA police and local law enforcement are addressing an incident that took place this morning at one of NSA’s security vehicle entry gates. The situation is under control and there’s no ongoing security or safety threat.

CBSNews had additional footage of the scene and the SUV with bullet holes in the windshield.
