Head of Texas Anti-Gun Group Charged for Berating Teens Over Wearing This T-shirt

Last Saturday, a group of teenage girls were in line at a place called Tiny’s Milk and Cookies in Houston. One of the girls was wearing aa shirt that read, “Trump: Make America Great Again.” They were approached by a woman who could technically be called an “adult” who screamed, literally screamed, “Grab them by the pu**y!” at them.

The girls initially tried to laugh it off, the father said.

“Then, she yells it again!” the father said. “At that point the girls were getting kind of scared, and then the woman starts, you know, going, ‘MAGA! MAGA! MAGA!’ while shaking her fist.”

One of the girls, using an ubiquitous smart phone, took a picture of the woman who was identified as West University Place Councilwoman Kellye Burke who is also president of the anti-gun whacko group, Texas Moms Demand Action.

Burke has been cited for disorderly conduct. Incredibly, the apology was written by her attorney.

She issued this apology:

Apparently, Burke is unable to comprehend that the crime in question is disorderly conduct, not the words she used. The issue is an adult and an elected official berating kids in a public place because one of them is wearing a shirt that supports the president.

The lesson to be learned from this is that we are engaged in a battle of ideas with the left. We are engaged in a battle for survival. It is either a political one, read this post if you read nothing else today, or a more literal one that Kurt Schlichter thinks is on the horizon. I’m not sure which is correct but, in either case, what I am sure of is that treating these people with respect and civility is utter folly because they always mistake kindness for weakness. They aren’t our fellow citizens, they are literally out to destroy us and what we believe. If you can’t grasp that, you might as well join the other side.
