US Attorney General Lynch's Flower Child Moment Prompts Outrage

U.S. Attorney General Loretta Lynch is an imbecile.

I just had to get that out of the way, right off the top.

Her latest show of idiocy came on Tuesday of this week.

“Our most effective response to terror and hatred is compassion, unity and love,” Lynch said after meeting with officials in Orlando, Fla., on Tuesday — a week after a gunman at a gay nightclub killed 49 in the deadliest mass shooting in modern American history.

I’m sure those men on the beach getting their heads sawn off, or those in the cage that was lowered into acid, maybe even the guy who was set on fire, all for the cameras and at the hands of the group Omar Mateen pledged loyalty to – ISIS – wish they’d known about the compassion, unity, and love trick.

Lynch’s ridiculously out-of-touch statement set off calls from Republicans for the Obama appointee to resign her position, perhaps to take up a career in some field where she’s more suited, such as digging graves for all the bodies her theories would allow to pile up.

The attorney general’s remark, which was picked up by multiple conservative news outlets, comes on the heels of the Justice Department’s invitation of controversy by initially redacting multiple references to ISIS in a partial transcript of one of the conversations that gunman Omar Mateen had with a 911 operator in the midst of his bloodshed.

Mateen pledged allegiance to ISIS leader Abu Bakr al-Baghdadi twice on the 50-second 911 call, but the Obama administration originally redacted the mentions from a transcript released on Monday. Officials wanted to avoid publicizing the group’s terror, they said.

Just the fact that the event happened publicizes the group’s terror. I think that was the point of the attack.

Lynch and Obama are far too interested in crafting a narrative of Christians, the NRA, and traditional marriage proponents as the real villains in society.

Ultimately, the full, uncensored transcript was published, but not without a lot of outrage from Republicans, who rightly pointed out that the administration was trying to shield Obama and Democrats from the facts, which show them to be weak-as-water on terrorism and national security.

If that’s their worry, they’d better listen to Republicans and push out the flower child sitting in the AG’s office right now.
