Oh, this is definitely something that would lead those who have been paying attention to go, “Hhmmm…”

Throughout the election season, Dallas Mavericks owner and billionaire, Mark Cuban, has slammed Donald Trump.

It’s been kind of funny to watch, actually.

Cuban backed Hillary Clinton during the run-up to the election, but seems to be softening his rhetoric towards Trump, since this is, ultimately, our reality, now.

You would think that there’s not a lot of common ground between Trump and Cuban, at this point, given Trump’s penchant for pettiness and Cuban’s obvious distaste for the orange nightmare.

So what was the meeting between Trump’s chief strategist, Stephen Bannon, about?

It’s not like the two didn’t know each other. Bannon’s position with Breitbart has put him in contact with Cuban before.

That being said, TMZ, who first reported the meeting, are speculating that the meeting was of a political nature.

The Dallas Mavericks owner and “Shark Tank” star met with Stephen Bannon Tuesday afternoon at the King Cole Bar in NYC’s St. Regis. They’ve done business deals together in the past, but this had to be about politics.

Cuban became a vocal opponent of Trump, but early in the campaign season he supported the idea of the political outsider and biz tycoon running for office.

It’s just the latest twist in Trump world.
